An excellent product for both personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the interface, Notion AI which can be used in different ways. I also like the "import from evernote" option (i had some notes there but decided to migrate them to notion). I also like that pages can be shared in the web with a url.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't use the database option yet, maybe because it's a little harder to understad. I'm also not so sure about how to create a template. Maybe it's me, but it's not clear as other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My notes are saved on the cloud and accessible from anywhere. I can use the app on the web, in windows and android without paying anything extra. With other apps, I was able to use either web or mobile, which was a pain.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes legal writing and research easy with AI. Also, a wonderful tool for organizing office activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
My office staff would require training before they can use it. So, collaborating is not easy.

Writing, researching, drafting documents, and organizing activities and timelines.
Notion AI is a great tool for both Personal and Business
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an intuitive tool that allows me to either rewrite the text as well as reformat text while maintaining the meaning. We've tried multiple competitors and found no other that compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of Notion, you do have to spend a pretty penny. I prefer to have some form of shared workspace without paying with a kidney. Even if it meant only one user could edit and the others could read (and the primary user had access to limiting what the readers could see).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEO Restructuring for our products and webpages. We utilize Notion AI to reformat and rewrite the vocabulary within our web pages to keep it clean and clear for our users and google alike.

What do you like best about the product?
Many functions allowing for use in any domain of life, including work, school, life, interests, finances, etc. An "all in one hub"!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion has many functions, it does require a significant degree of technical skill and experience to operate to its fullest capacity or potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for fantastic organization of the several research projects I am working on, with built in AI allowing for efficient table creation and ideas.

You can be creative with it, having the feeling of a nice customized page is satisfying, just simply looking at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aligning of the objects, like page sections or aligning parts differently, is a bit tricky and complicated. Making it frustrating sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Notion is that it allows a general visualization of the tasks of each team. It also allows us, with its tools, to create personalized spaces that promote better order and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complex platform that only trial and error will teach you how to use it. Sometimes the application crashes on macOS which causes me to have to restart my computer or force quit the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to reduce time in the sense that the integration of AI allows us to realize our ideas better or to bring to reality ideas that we had not been asked to do before. It saves us time in creating documents and having a better track of the tasks performed by each team.

What do you like best about the product?
I can take notes with any organization, hierarchy, tags, sections, spaces. Organization is not anymore a distraction and I can focus in what I write.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Pro and paid tools are high. But it is also reasonable, considering the vast ammount of free features and its usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried many writing tools for many years only to organize a hierarchical project. Notion solved the problem I had in minutes. I had a lot of complicated notes, and now they are easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, due to the fact that there are a thousand links, one can get confused and it's not clear which are the spaces, the team spaces. I would indeed like more clarity in the management of shared spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the issue of not overloading my PC with information that I had scattered here and there among various PCs and that everyone can access easily thanks to a link.
Notion is so good that even this title was written using it.

Notion helps me with report writing and work communications because I can write something without worrying about what tone of voice to use or whether I am expressing myself correctly. I also use Notion daily as a habit tracker and personal diary, which helps me stay organized and keep track of my ideas, moods, and habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Notion may seem difficult to master, especially when looking at the templates of people who seem to spend all their free time figuring out how to make things not only efficient but also incredibly convenient and beautiful. It took me a year to truly understand how to use Notion to the fullest, but now I'm very happy that I put in the time. It was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me communicate effectively with clients As English is my second language, I often feel uncertain about the structures I use. However, with the help of Notion, this problem has disappeared entirely. Now, people compliment me on my communication style and expressions :)
The Perfect Project Management and Wiki Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility you get while using Notion is what makes Notion the best project management and wiki tool. Notion takes the best of platforms like Jira and Confluence without the overly complicated control and setup. Plus its AI capabilities are KILLER.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the increased flexibility can be its greatest weakness where users can experience choice paralysis. While Notion has gotten better about making it easier for users to use templates and structure pages, it can be a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to organize my life and my projects all in a singular location. Plus, Notion has been incredible for documenting existing processes and product specs which makes it useful for me and my team.
