Notion is an ever expandable tool that has been a great asset in note taking
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how I can mold it to fit my workflow, add functionality, and easily keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
* would like the ability to encrypt pages.
* The AI functionality is a little weird in what it uses as it's input for my request.

It helps me manage my notes and bookmarks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use but also very versatile. I love the ability to use templates to find other things that people use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the UI is a little confusing and how it looks a little bit dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all of my info in the correct place, and I can use ai too.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion ai reads the document, and then you can ask questions about a specific subject helpful if you are trying to learn a particular topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application crashes and or will stops working. Also, it only reads within the file currently used. It would be nice to read an entire file with their subfiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there is a part of the code I don't understand, I can ask about it, and it will give me basic knowledge; however, I would like to add GitHub to the file so that it reads all the applications for specific errors or ways to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
It looks good right off the bat.
Relatively easy to use without tutorials etc.
Page within page features is simple but powerful (I had used Roam in the past and thought it was too complicated)

Spreadsheet / database is not powerful enough
Linking is still not the most intuitive
Formatting features are not 100% there (for ex, I would not use Notion for a visual portfolio)
Because it's so standardized design-wise, pages from different projects or even companies tend to look the same and lead to confusion.

Improving writing communication, AI tool is incredibly helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It is super intuitive, and the AI tool has been a total productivity booster in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest lacking feature is that there is no way to track changes, suggestions and comments, similar to the one in google docs. it makes it easier to see iterations and who changed what and how a document was updated over time. i have a colleague who didnt switch from google docs to notion for this reason. i do think notion benefits outweigh this inconvenience but i do experience the pain point. to overcome this i typically pick a different color for every iteration, ask people to do the same, do not resolve comments so we dont lose valuable context etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
two main things: the platform serves as a knowledge base for the entire company, and the ai writing assistant supports my work almost like working with another colleague/editor which has been fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for organizing multiple documents, embedding documents within others. Also the '/' feature to pull up specific tools within Notion increases efficiency. The AI has been great! I've been using it to modify the tone, summarize snippets, and write job descriptions. It's very easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems as more features roll out, it slows down a bit. This can be frustrating as you wait for the tool to catch up. Sometimes it does feel like theres too many tools and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one place and personally, I find it's easier to use and navigate than something like a Google doc. The AI really helps those of us who are not the strongest writers.

Notion AI is just about the best baked-in use of GPT I have tried; it writes better than most. Formats very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't get the same quality of information as other implementations I use.

It is very organized, I enjoy getting my thoughts together on the page!

Notion is helpings me with podcast production

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly customisable and allows me to organise information in a way that can be leveraged by any colleague. It's flexibility compared to competitors is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion requires a certain mindset to get the most out of it. If organisations using it are lucky enough to have such colleagues who can see the bigger picture, then Notion is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion mainly for project management but I have recently begun to use it for its AI capabilities. On the latter, it has proven to be considerably useful as an adjunct to my own skills. I particularly enjoy using the AI writing assistant to help me make my project notes more condensed so that others can grasp the main point more quickly.
