makes writing much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Amazed by how well Notion has been as an AI Writing Assistant to me in the past few months. It also works very well in helping brainstorming and researching information. Highly recommend!

User interface can be further improved to make it more friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am using Notion to help writing and coding in my paper and also business projects. It works very well so far, at a low cost with great efficiency.
A versatile power-tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Notion is its versatility, and the fact that you can easily drop any kind of content and it handles it without hassle. The mobile and tablet apps are also quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been recently trying out Notion AI, and even when it's pretty good, it's also sometimes a little tricky to make it work properly, with ocassional periods of unavailability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keeping all information together. It works as a quick note keeping and knowledge base tool you can easily tailor to you needs. Also its new AI Writting Assistance helps you sumarizing information or just writing new content from scratch.
A good personal wiki
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a simple interface to document and take notes and the option to include any document format type and is very customizable. Also like that it is easily accessible on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While exporting the document to pdf, there isn't much option to format the export. Also a good support to import any markdown document in the exact format would have been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single app that is easily accessible on all the platforms. Very good as a student for note-taking and documenting all the resources to be used as a personal wiki.

The suggestions are genuinely helping me to get better at my emails, but also answer the difficult responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a downtime, so if that is fixed then I have no issues at all.

I love the interface! It is simple and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't particularly appreciate that I had to pay for it, although my student plan is free. I am a broke college student and would love to use Notion AI more.

As an non-native English speaker, Notion helped me sound eloquent when writing essays for my college classes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI has several use cases with compelling results. I like the summarize feature, which can highlight key points from long-form essays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes predictable in its style of generating responses especially when used to write a blog post.

I use it to write blog posts and conduct research
A mastermind for my mind.
What do you like best about the product?
Having one spot to put everything is nice. Being able to close tabs knowing that I can get back to them really quickly, is beneficial for my work and peace of mind. The AI writing assistant is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing I've come into is that a page is not simply drag and drop. For non techies it's probably great.

Expansive tool set that is improving over time
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some of the basic document functions don't work as expected. For example, copying text from a non-Notion source over highlighted text in Notion doesn't overwrite the highlighted text, instead it inserts the text below the highlighted section. Additionally, command + shift + down/up arrow moves text segements around instead of highlighting text. These small issues make notion pretty tedious.

Notion offers many ways to store/create content, our company uses it for the vast majority of our knowledge documentation.
Easy to create and organize online program
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating an online program, espeically with all the information and data that needs to be organized,

I would like there to be more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am storing all the information I need for the online program I am creating. Notion makes me more productive because I can create different pages and sections, whereas in a word document, you would keep scrolling.

Sometimes I just want to have part of the article improved anc the AI generated content is about the overall page.
Sometimes the generator text is hallucinating and the generated action item. That's not the minimum criteria for output.
