Organizing with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it easy to organize data and link data to create different views and filters, without compromising the experience and data itself. I use Notion to manage projects and the different views and filters makes it super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integrations with apps and embedding things–like Dropbox and such. Making it easier to link Form data (like with Google Forms to a database) would make it a lot more appealing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me write emails with Notion AI and helping with project management. It's helped organize my data and thoughts across different views and databases with has really helped my workflow and workload.
Great tool, all my colleagues want to use it because of me.
What do you like best about the product?
Super clear overview of all your information and tasks, great and minimal design with a lot of options to adjust it to your personal needs. Love the AI tool, use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing actually, only thing I can think of is that when you copy a pretty table from Notion to Outlook email it looks bad, but maybe that is my own fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always lose my notebooks and have very bad handwriting and I can never find anything back that I wrote, with Notion all my notes are in one place and I can search very easily. Also, it saves me a lot of time when crafting emails or coming up with new ideas because of the AI function.

Maybe somehow that would be good if there would be a possibility to communicate with AI as it is in OpenAI's ChatGPT. That would be a great feature, which will give more possibilitief (f.e. for me as for a developer).

I did use it to get some knowledge about smth, but to be honest ChatGPT is better in that. But, it gave me possibility to translate some text better and to write letters much faster then I did it before.

Notion is an essential tool for the performance of my personal and professional tasks and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the potential of Notion, it's endless! So far I have developed several projects relying on this tool. It is the first tab I open when I start my personal and professional tasks and projects. It has helped me visualize, organize, project and optimize the development of goals, objectives, etc. I recommend it to colleagues and friends almost daily, assuring them that in Notion they will find an answer to their different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
In truth, Notion has so far only surprised me. I do not find anything negative in this tool. Maybe, there are some details that I would like to improve, but they are very little: for example, being able to put colors in calendar blocks...
Honestly, if I found something to improve, I don't remember. So I can say that they will not have been big or significant... I repeat: Notion is the best tool I found to date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI has greatly simplified my blog posting time. Also, the answers need very little editing. I love the potential of AI: it can give me ideas, improve the tone of some texts... I use it a lot.
Of course the other applications (tables, calendars, etc.) I use daily, but the AI has surprised me. It's much more faithful than others I've used, it has interesting uses, and it's also more accessible than other AI platforms I've used.
