Notion AI is very impressive
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day for both my work projects and personal tasks and goals. The structure and flexibility is incredible. Now it has AI? This just upped the game even more. I use it all of the time, for project planning, ideas, product information, reviewing and improving my documents; the possibilities are almost endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be slow at times. Also, when searching a large database, it often misses results of entries in the database. Repeating the search system-wide works well, and this is my backup process. AI sometimes tries to produce images (without my asking), which would be great.. but those have never worked for me. The pros far outweigh the cons, however...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a large number of projects at work, with many workstreams and many tasks each. I also need to be aware of countless business processes and technical processes. I use it for my notes, my own documentation, in addition to my work projects and tasks. The way I can relate tasks, projects and documentation is priceless!

What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager in a small team, I find Notion to be an incredibly useful tool. It makes managing a project easier by providing a single platform for all of the team's tasks, notes, documents, and databases. The easy-to-use interface and intuitive design make it simple to get started, and the collaboration features enable us to quickly share ideas, documents, and tasks. What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's glitchy. The notification can be a bit annoying sometimes. Some team members need guidance to use Notion. So sometimes the process is slightly slowed down until they get enough knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Notion in my team as a product manager and CTO, and I'm already seeing the benefits it brings to our team. Notion is a great tool for centralizing all of our information and documents. It helps us stay organized and keep track of our progress on projects. With Notion, everyone on the team is able to easily access the information they need, and collaborate efficiently. We can also easily track our progress on tasks, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Notion also makes it easier for us to share documents with each other, and store and access important information quickly. All in all, Notion helps us stay organized and efficient, which is invaluable for us as a remote team.
My review of Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as it gives me a space to write down notes and organise them properly. The AI features make it quicker to format text and improve punctuation, grammar and percieved tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find slightly annoying about notion is the fact that certian nice to have features such as checkboxes are hard to access. Furthermore, while the AI is often right, it sometimes just gets it completely wrong hence why fact checking is still required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Notion is solving for me is that it helps me to develop my creative ideas more freely. The AI features help me to research topics much more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion with AI writing tool is helping me with my English education and inspiring me to write more complex text in my documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the startup speed of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me write more correctly and with richer language. It also allows me review the logical structure of my sentences. It increases my speed and confidence in communication.
Greatest App
What do you like best about the product?
A great application which allows you to create structured files. Notion AI allows you to do it faster, deal with the problem of a clean slate and get good advice

Quite a heavy phone app. But you can use the widget with the latest pages to bypass the search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for personal and work tasks. With the help of AI, I come up with eyeliners for posts, assemble a structure for a landing page, use it instead of a search engine, check grammar and summarize the results of large articles. Great tool, thanks!
I use Notion everyday, and I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a tool that I use for my personal, work, and hobby life. It helps me organize everything into tidy containers, that I can easily expand and add to. I couldn't imagine doing some of the large scale projects I do, without the help of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that Notion has a Mobile option, but I find that it often doesnt register my touch (seemingly due to the selection of multiple "Lines" in the Notion pages), I also find that with smaller mobile devices, the keyboard is fairly obtrusive - an in app keyboard may help improve the general user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find that I have trouble keeping myself organized, but beyond that - I like to iteratively build a lot of my foundational knowledge. Notion provides a perfect space to do both those things.
Organized and pretty
What do you like best about the product?
I can organize all my info, professional and personal, and make it aesthetic enough to make it friendly to connect with and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm not sure what feature to use. Probably by not being a developer, I have less mental structure to imagine it by myself.

Bets all in one collaboration tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines personal note taking, shared documents and databases into a single platform. If your team/organization can only choose one tool that can do it all (for budget or tool proliferation reasons), Notion is a very good candidate. Be prepared for a messy start and lots of time spent tweaking databases to fit your processes, though. The offline mode is a nice improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
People trying it for the first time often get overwhealmed by too many options to customize it. Also, search could be better (especially, when trying to mention pages).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team wanted to have a place to keep all the project, product and process documentation. Previously, the information was scattered in the private documents and many people were not aware that we even had those docs. We also started using Notion for planning roadmaps and personal note taking.
Save hours of time
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI integration. I've saved so much time and effort using this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downfall of notion would be the lack of UI customization. But that's a very small con.

I've always found it hard to write. But with Notion AI I can jot down my ideas and have them turned into usable words. I've used it to write my case studies.
