AI-Driven PM is the Way

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent, AI-driven project management platform (and so much more!) My favorite feature so far that I use the most is the AI transcriber for meetings and quick huddles. Notion helps me stay organized and prepared for what's next.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely a learning curve; it's not the easiest platform to figure out at first. But once you get it down it's pretty smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion consolidates what used to live across three or four different apps. Project tracking, meeting notes, transcriptions, and reference docs all in one place. The biggest win is not having to context-switch constantly or hunt down information that got buried in a Slack thread or a random Google Doc.

Revolutionized My Productivity, All-in-One Solution

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to manage tasks and projects, capture and develop ideas, plan travels, for personal growth, and to manage my household. It serves as my all-in-one platform, and I love it. Notion is the best tool I've encountered for building systems that work with my personal flow, allowing me to retrieve and act on information uniquely. There are four killer features that Notion offers: the perfect combination of databases and documents, which lets me structure my documents meaningfully and relate them to other databases; a high degree of customizability that rewards those who invest time into learning the platform by aligning it with their needs; AI integration (particularly the new meeting notes feature); and high integration with other knowledge platforms, which enables me to consolidate everything about a topic or project in a single place. These features have revolutionized my productivity. I love Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things: 1) task management; while I love the flexibility of Notion for tasks, it is a bit cumbersome to tick things off my to-do list, especially on mobile devices. Therefore, I have built a system that integrates the power of Notion databases for my tasks that integrates with the mobile speed and agility of TickTick. I would love it someday if Notion built a dedicated task app (like TickTick or Todoist) that is integrated with the backend Notion database. 2) I love the new AI integrations (and probably should have added this as the 4th killer feature of Notion in the above comment), but one of the biggest challenges that I have had with it is that when I ask it to make changes and it doesn't do it exactly as I wanted it to, unrolling those changes has proven to be very difficult at times. It says that it doesn't store the original in its memory so it cannot undo the changes with a single command. This makes me cautious about using it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my all-in-one platform to manage tasks, projects, and personal growth. It lets me build systems that flow with my personal style, surpassing other tools that locked me into rigid workflows.

Notion’s Flexibility Keeps Notes, Tasks, and Projects Perfectly Organized

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. It lets me manage my notes, tasks, documentation, and project planning all in one place, which keeps everything together and easy to access. I also appreciate being able to create custom pages and databases, since that makes it simple to organize information in the way I prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it can feel slow at times, particularly when I’m working with larger pages or databases. I’d love to see performance improvements so navigation feels smoother and more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses the problem of scattered information by bringing notes, task management, documentation, and project tracking together in one platform. For me, that means I can keep everything organized in a single workspace, rather than constantly switching back and forth between multiple tools.

Versatile Tool for Dynamic Knowledge Management

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the structure of pages in Notion, which feels like the convergence of a file organization system with the functionality of a word processor, spreadsheet, and webpage all in one space. This makes it highly versatile for various tasks. The AI scribe for meeting documentation is a feature I find beneficial, especially because I can easily make corrections to summaries, like spelling specific terms or people's names. Additionally, Claude works really well with Notion, and I document all my Claude projects and work in Notion seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found things like integration with Google Calendar or Slack to be useful, yet. Maybe I'm not aware of the benefits. I have a feeling the bottleneck to me and my company getting more value out of Notion is to learn more about what you can probably already do on Notion. It's sometimes difficult when you don't know what you don't know. I know there are many Notion training resources and no shortage of templates etc., but the reality is that it's difficult to make the time to discover new things because there's always more work to catch up on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for meeting documentation with AI scribe, which allows easy corrections. We've replaced Salesforce with a custom CRM on Notion that's better for us. I document projects in Notion, finding it works well with Claude.

Perfect Note-Taking for ADHD with Outstanding AI Features

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly helpful for keeping everything organized for me in one place, especially since I have ADHD. I love how it holds my reminders when I’m forgetful and also takes my class notes. The AI meeting feature is literally the best; it summarizes enough detail and captures 2+ person conversations well. It’s fantastic for summarizing key points without the fluff during my law school lectures and cold call dialogues. The initial setup was simple and easy, thanks to using a template. I’ve even had a couple of school friends adapt to it and I always recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion needs autocorrect badly. I also do not like the pricing and that will be ultimately why I will stop using AI meeting. If school is the focus, the business account is just too expensive for the average student. I would love for it to sync with my iCloud calendar but when I attempted it was too many errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything organized, manage reminders, and take class notes. Its AI meeting feature is great for summarizing detailed lecture dialogues, capturing key points effectively.

Easy to use and syncs well with claude. the formatting allows you to select and build whatever needed to allow us to consolidate other tools into Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating the resources we have in our company and creating a centralized knowledge hub.

A Single Hub for Notes, Tasks, and Roadmaps—Plus Great Slack Integrations

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for me. I find it very useful to have a single space where I can consolidate notes, tasks, and the roadmap, and also track progress. The integrations with Slack are very helpful for my day-to-day work as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode isn’t available. The mobile app isn’t as good as the desktop version, and it can sometimes be challenging to find the route I’m looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m part of a very small UX group, and as we grow we’re defining our design ops and figuring out, setting, and adapting to different ways of working. Right now, Notion is helping a lot with managing our projects and keeping track of what’s in flight. It’s also been helpful for visibility with other project partners and stakeholders, and for mapping our workload so we can see who has more bandwidth to take on new projects.

Easy to Use, Highly Customizable, and Great Integrations

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customizeability -- also integrations and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve -- the difference between pages & dashboards and other vocabulary, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is now helping me project manage my entire business - -it's where I track cashflow, tasks, and projects. I created a bot with Notion AI takes my to-dos from each week and automatically drafts an "end of week update" email to my clients in Gmail. This alone saves me at least two hours per week. Plus, for each meeting I have, I have Notion AI read the transcript and provide me with tasks -- then, it estimates the time each task will take and places that on my calendar. Saves me hours every week.

Notion AI Is Wildly Helpful and Impressive

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is incredibly helpful. At first, I was only using Notion as a document hub/server for SOPs, but once we discovered the AI tools, it became wildly useful. Overall, the system is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t identify any qualities about Notion that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become our central hub for all tasks, SOPs, ordering, and more. We used to have everything spread across multiple platforms, but now we have one place where we can keep it all together.
