very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Notion to organize my academic activities and not miss deadlines. I also use Notion to organize my personal life, like doctor appointments, things to buy, exercise routine, and other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't really like about Notion is that I can't customize things a lot, like changing the color of task cards, and there isn't a huge variety of typography that I can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Notion I was able to better organize the university's projects and manage to separate the tasks of my study team members. This made me more productive and with more time for other tasks without being overwhelmed. It also helped me to have a better visualization of personal goals.

4. if you can convert your pdf into text - you can ask questions about the text and notion will answer

you can't make your letters to bigger font

The experience. It's all clean and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! Notion is the best tool I've ever used.

API integration is key - allows for easy integration to my other SaaS services.

AI blocks do not "see" databases.
AI is great - I understand the pitfalls are commonplace this early, so no complaints.
However, with how important databases are in Notion, its a shame to not be able to use AI with databases.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration among team with accountability and clarity between projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpful: No need to create additional documents. Only thing I would change is that all parties involved need to create an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates clear and concise meeting notes while delegating the team's steps. The AI is allowing me to create and summarize clearer messages.
Notion is a life management saver

The software is dynamic and includes a direct line to generative AI which helps to complete some of the tasks that I use Notion to track

The cost is the downside to Notion. I feel a bit muddled on what subscriptions I am currently paying for in the app.

Notion provides a dopamine gold mine for keeping tasks in a space that allows for novelty and variety

A flexible database construct where you can even move a record from one database to another.
And you can add/delete fields very flexibly.

It is awkward when I want to close a page.

Task management.
I have various types of tasks, but I can sort them out with Notion and I can see waiting tasks at a glance.

Good experience and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Loads of resources to improve task resolution and team organization. Figma integration is also great. Notion is the best one in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to align the text with an image in the same row or a short text, for example.

Task documentation, so you are able o see what your team is doing and how much time they are spending on some project.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I ever wanted from an organization system is there and ready to use. Not only is it a workhorse, but I also can make it aesthetically pleasing. I had tried Obsidian after a friend had recommended it, but I couldn't jive with it as I had with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep. I still don't fully understand how best to use all of the features available with Notion. After many hours of YouTube videos, I have a functional understanding, but I wish I had felt more comfortable with databases and how they can be linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to be scatterbrained, so having all my thoughts and ideas in one place is helpful. Not only on the desktop where I do most of my work, but also on my iPad and cell when I need it on the go.
Easy and nice design
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use, and it has a lot og integrations. I use it for both school and my business, and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes my PC slow, but that might just be because my PC isnt very good.

It helps me to seem more friendly in messages to the people on my team.
