Notion and its AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion and the AI Writing Assistant have been incredibly helpful in organizing my work. The platform's flexibility has allowed me to create easy-to-use tables, keep track of my tasks, and summarize content with ease. The AI Writing Assistant has also been a great help, providing suggestions for rephrasing my writing and improving the structure of my work. Overall, I am very pleased with the capabilities of Notion and the AI Writing Assistant. They have helped me streamline my workflow and be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, one downside of using Notion is that I sometimes create too many pages and subsections, which can make it challenging to locate where I was working before. This issue may be more related to my way of working, but I have found that creating a clear hierarchy for my pages and subsections can help me stay organized.

Great for note taking and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I'm able to keep all my notes in one place and have the integration of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI was able to do a bit more like read other notes, pdfs or images as well as rewriting tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing copy, brainstorming and helping me be a more efficient professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the task organization feature and the fun aspect of writing. The user-friendly interface makes work more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permitting pages sometimes is a hustle. Also, I would like to have more autonomy to set different templates in the pages easily including for example an outline or preview of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cant automatically calculate the tasks' due dates if they are dependent on each other. I can't also easily add sub-tasks, I think it is somewhat confusing.
Notion is a versatile productivity app
What do you like best about the product?
The app is incredibly versatile and flexible - I appreciate being able to create and collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside with Notion is that sometimes it is hard to find where something is.

Notion is a central hub for me for organizing my thoughts, notes, and workflows.

What I like about Notion is that I get to make notes on the go about almost everything. With the recent release of AI, it made things a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only unhelpful thing about Notion is the fact that the AI isn't the best against other AIs such as ChatGPT 4.0 etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had solved general schedulingand email task with Notion AI and Notion in general.
Took a min to get—now it runs entire LLC. AI helps fix autism jumbled wording. PPL understand me now
What do you like best about the product?
It became the sole app running operations, managing creative projects, we even "email" using a "memo" database and button. It can do everything. And I can set up templates that make tasks so easy it does all the onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve was steep but I learned so much. I dislike that I have to build steps into a SOP template to get her to use it the AI. I'm a little bit dreading the cost come next yeat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't teach how/what to prepare for blog, or any task, a template I make does, saving me much needed time building the business. It really is the center of everything. Also the AI helps me (ASD1) be more clear in writing on the first try. For a while we joked it just needed messenger, then we realized how to set up everything to use it for internal communication. OH and the AI gets your brain going with ideation, too.

The AI tool has matured significantly and helps me affirm, or correct my assumptions or fill in the gaps in my knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion support is abysmal, 17 days to respond to a query about their templates. I don't even bother, I can get better info online.

Research, ideas and creative muse to bridge information gaps or break through writers block

What do you like best about the product?
It helps with productivity. Keeping you organized. Everything is easy to use and helps you to get started. I like the to-do list. Free to use across your computer and mobile phone.

There are not a lot of templates available. It would be nice to have more templates that you can work with.

It helps to keep me organized when keeping up with my projects. It also allows me use to the AI writing assistant to help to plan my week with different ideas making it easier to keep on top of my projects.

Notion might be a little hard to understand at first. It might be helpful to have some training videos that give the user more knowledge. But once it is clear, it is super useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and user friendly Notion is. The interface isn't over-complicated and it's a platform that I can access easily from all of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that formatting isn't as straightforward on Notion. I often see people with incredibly customised and impressive pages, and never quite know how to replicate that myself from scratch.

Notion helps with my note taking management - it helps me to organise my thoughts and projects all in one place. The AI assistant has been really helpful, too. It's opened ky eyes to how intuitive and helpful this technology can be. My work involves a lot of writing, and the AI function helps overcome thoughtblock that can often occur.
