Notion is a great tool for organizing information, creating visual design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the block interface. I come from a web design background, and the blocks are very similar to Squarespace. Also, web design, in general, is block-based, so it's easy to arrange the information logically and easily understandably. Also, I love using documents as containers for other documents. This is an innovative way of organizing connected ideas that need space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the pricing is tiered for adding members. It would be helpful to use a system similar to Trello, where they only charge you for seats when a member has access to multiple pages within a workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to organize complex ideas and concepts in my business. It allows me to visualize and communicate with others my idea for the structure of my company.
Notion AI - Enjoying the evolution of Word Processing
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Notion at the start of the year (2023) and it's been really helpful for organising my business and personal projects. Writing long documents such as scripts with the help of AI is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a subtle frustration relating to the fact that I still feel like somewhat of an amateur user. I know there are some pretty advanced things I can do such as creating databases, my own templates, or selling pages as information products, but I'm lacking in my skills. I also struggle with getting the AI tool to do exactly what I want but I'm noticing improvements. I need to invest more time using it and learning on YouTube in order to get the most out of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create better quality long and short-form content faster. As a result, my consistency has improved, which benefits my business. It also acts as a reservoir to keep all my notes and ideas organised.

Nothing really. I think it is a really versatile product.

What do you like best about the product?
The custom usability would be my first pick. Then the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number one would be that we can't create reciting tasks/pages in databases. This feature is needed. Eve though there are workouts there has to be a simple way.

Hands Down, Complete Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It's truly an all-in-one workspace allowing you to build what you need from a very complete modularized LEGO kit. I feel like a kid again! I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very small things, like being able to set global page preferences for how I would like appearances to be, including page logos and covers. That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us retain and organize all of our knowledge, templatize our agency workflow, and completely avoid email. It saves tons of time and cost.
Amazing App
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's amazing UI/UX. It feels intuitive and easy to use. I also like how the AI function works seamlessly with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how they cancel your use of the AI services immediately even though you have already paid for the whole month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Notion for a while now, and I have to say, it's incredibly intuitive. I can easily retrieve notes that I've taken in the past, without any frustration or hassle. It's been a game-changer for me, and I don't know how I ever managed without it. Notion has streamlined my note-taking process and made it so much easier to keep track of everything. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a more organized and efficient way to manage their notes.
Notion feels like Jira, but more customizeable.
What do you like best about the product?
I use it as a ticket tracking system and it works wonders. I love how you can use it on mobile and pc seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is unintuitive at first. Integrating it into my own website was a hassle too.
While the api is accessible, it would be better if Notion natively offered an embed feature.

It's helping streaming e workload and gives me a live list to link to my more curious clients. Productivité has gone way up, mostly in the time management department.

Notion AI is helpful for people who could theoretically do the set task without AI too.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the best organisational systems I have found online. I love that it can contain my whole life - any subject is able to be divided up into categories and databases are so helpful in linking topics. I love the databases the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot really think of any downsides at the moment. Maybe that there aren't any design templates (in terms of colours and style of the software) but to be honest that is maybe also kind of the point of it. It makes everything more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving issues of organisation, as well as writing for me. With AI coming into the mix now, it has significantly improved my PhD writing workstyle. I can now jot down thoughts and ask AI to improve my writing. This is SO helpful!
