What do you like best about the product?
Imagine a notebook that can do way more than taking notes. The AI feature takes it to another level

The learning curve is large. I would love if it was easier to use

What do you dislike about the product?
Not that easy to start working with the templates. I wish we had a better tutorial or something a little more user-friendly at the beginning to make better use of the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has replaced all the tools we used to do the following:
- Project Management
- Sale & Marketing
- Writing reports
It is pretty much the go-to central place for everything related to our business.
We use the slack integration so we can chat on different topics and we have 1 slack channel per project to get updates from notion.

Great Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organize all of my thoughts and tasks in a single area in the most user friendly interface I have used. The UI is also easy on the eyes. The new AI tool is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that, while I find the tool to be intuitive, this may not be the case for all. There are many different configurations to manage to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me on task by allowing me to create clear and well defined task lists and management tools to make sure I am keeping track. I can share this list with my team to know what the status is at any given time. The AI tool has helped me generate ideas and thoughts when I am looking for inspiration.
Hands down the best do-it-all notetaking and organizational tool I've used. Game changing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplified layout that makes it easy to organize my thoughts without having to worry about formatting. The fact that Notion is platform-agnostic is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of searching for words in Notion using Control+F, instead of just searching the note I have open, it searches my whole library and the interface is somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant is really helpful at fixing spelling and grammar, and condensing long articles to summarize. I use this to annotate better and take notes for my business and class.
After trying several editors, Notion is my favorite one.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Simple: The interface is simple without too many fancy features that will make writing experience awful. Notion is really easy to use if a freshman starts with the basic functions. 2. Powerful: Lots of useful functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I would be better to generate a catalog for an aritcle so we can quicly locate a content. 2. It would be better to have more font styles. 3. It would be better to have a local backup for our data then we can read our articles even without connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a text editor that has lots of useful functions and beautiful interface. Notion is that one. TBH, what notion attracts most is its beautiful design. Moreover, it is easy for us to build a webpage when sharing our notes or articles with others.

I use Notion for so many different things. It is so verastile. From simple to-do lists, to complete project management I use it to manage all aspects of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say is that creating formulas is a bit tricky. I would love if it had a function that was more spreadsheet-like that could perform simple calculations

It is so versatile that it can keep many things all in one place. So task management, writing content, ideas, brainstorming and data storing all within one app is so helpful and efficeint.

The UI is incredible, one of the cleanest and most easily accessible note-taking/management software.

I wish that they would offer more customization tools in terms of how to make your overall appearance look

Overall management and organization method and also my main method of taking notes for classes
Good all round documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a versatile platform which can present data in a collaborative and friendly alternative to the likes of Excel. The new AI functionality is good for summarising page content and writing introductions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the table or DB options are limited and you can spend some time trying to figure out formatting only to discover its unavailable and not as versatile as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a good central repository for live collaboration and documentation. The public and private repositories are well set out and permissions are intuitive.

Incredible All-In-One Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love notion because it has capabilities for every aspect of life. Work, personal life, home life, moving. Plus it's new AI feature has made it incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes overwhelming because there are so many tool options with notion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant has made it so much easier to complete work and not feel daunted by "starting the project". It's fast, creative, and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
The aI is very convenient to use, however it is annoying how when you type characters it automatically scrolls to the top of the AI window so when you enter in a long prompt you can't see what you're typing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike it is a very big improvement over other competitors and the AI is conveniently implemented. Like I said before there are some minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion to double check translation for my Chinese language class. I also use notion to summarize scholarly sources so I can skim a large number of scientific papers quckly.
