What do you dislike about the product?
Roam has a bunch of independent developers making extensions for it which mean it's very powerful for pulling data in from other platforms via API. For example, changing my daily Google calendar entries into TODOs in a daily notes page is one of the main reasons I'm not exclusively using Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion nearly solves the problem of the "all data and information in one space" system that those of us who understand the concept of tools for thought and knowledge work have wanted (and seen as a possibility) for well over a decade.
The new AI functionality means I can type completely in the flow without having to stop to think about whether or what I'm writing will make sense to read back. It shortens the gap between getting things out of my brain and onto page, then simply right-clicking in Notion and using AI to correct means that I can maintain flow and it make sense without me having to self-edit.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it is and how many great features it has. I've already recommended it to a lot of friends and since being introduced to it I feel like my studying has improved and my personal life has become much easier to organise and keep track of. Everything is in one place, it's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find the 'Help' feature, even after downloading the Notion app on my laptop which is what it recommended to do on the website, however I still did not find it. So I've had to email Notion instead which is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my work faster and things like sending professional emails easier. Also checking my work for grammar mistakes.

I like how customizable the notion is for what I need, whether for school, work, or personal needs.

It's been really slow and glitchy lately

Notion has helped me improve my written tone and fix small grammatical issues. It has also increased my time management and productivity.

Jumping between accounts (personal / work) feels like it could be simpler somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For work it's used as a knowledge base for everything our company does, from Engineering sprint documentation to travel policy information. One source of truth for almost everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy building of simple databases for tracking information, requests, and responses.
I appreciate the backlinking and easy mentioning and going to other pages.
I enjoy sending links to pages for review, including the subpages for communicating info to others.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of font selections and sizes of text choices.
I find it troublesome when away from the city that I cannot access pages off line.
I would like to see more font selection and can have some pages synced to a local device. Also, I would like to reposition the covers on the mobile as on the desktop.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all information, Emails, documents, and databases for specific projects into one location. I am, therefore, more productive because I do not waste time searching for what app has the information I need. I also have the peace of mind knowing it is there when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it use and how well it is integrated into the whole Notion ecosystem. I really enjoy how there are a lot of cues and how easy it is to ask the AI to write a longer or modified responses
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the AI needs clarification if I ask for something that doesn't strictly follow the page's headline. I think it would be better if the AI would follow more the given cue and not the headings on the page. Sometimes the answers are too vague.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is helping me to write better work emails and communicate with stakeholders more effectively and clearly. The product makes me more productive with an increased work performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about notion is that you can create pages and structures to the way that your mind works and get creative. Instead of using a different platform where you are stuck with their structure, Notion lets you create your way. I also like that notion is easy for anyone to edit and move things around. I also love that notion can let you use it in so many different ways. It can be used for so many things allowing me to keep everything in one platform and not have to jump to a million different platforms or tabs.

I really wish notion would be able to sync with my google calendar without having to use third party apps.

Notion lets me run my business almost entirely from one platform. I created a system for Project management, Note-taking, Knowledge Base, Client Portals, Content Planning, and more inside one Notion template.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI drastically speeds up my workflow. I mean 100x faster.
I use Notion for everything from creating lists, conducting research, and planning tasks, to writing articles, blogs and content.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have very issues with Notion. The only slight downside is it is easy to have nested pages which are very hard to find but this could be down more to how I structure my Notion.

Organisation, Collaboration, and speed of use.

I like how visual and intuitive it is. It's very easy to keep track of pages and documents, as well as store them in various places. I like the search functionality, which allows me to quickly and easily find what I'm looking for.

I don't like the sheet/table functionality, it's not as comprehensive or capable as excel. It's usable and basic, but could be improved with additional functionality such as formula capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my company, Notion solves the issue of information sharing and accessibility. We are able to upload all of our external documents into a single software that everyone can access. Notion helps us keep track of our projects across departments, and provides visibility / transparency to the rest of the team regarding the status of these projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion have allowed my business to stay organized, keep in touch with my remote team, and scale with their various plans. In addition, Notion AI has significantly sped up our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are some limitations in Notion, there aren't a tone of downsides, especially as they start to create new integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is storing my informaiton, keeping it organized, and helping us speed up our workflow. Notion has done this with their templates, intergrations, Notion AI, and their small business support.
