Notion experience
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fairly easy to use and has a simple design. There is a lot you can do with it including project management, creating a personal agenda, organizing company information, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Notion add more creative options. As it stands, there are limited font and color options. It would be nice to change page backgrounds and fonts to match our company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is currently serving as our company intranet. Our teams have their own "teamspaces" whereby they store all of their important docs and other information in their individual wiki's. I use notion for my personal agenda/to-do list, and I also manage our company homepage where we list upcoming events and other pertinent information.
Notion is the best container for knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has done what no other project management, knowledge base, or task master software has been able to do before - it's made creating and updating pages fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to become a daily power user is a little steep. When launched amongst a group, it feels like some users don't catch on as quick and miss out on the fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to build a product across timezones without missing a beat. Knowledge is captured and shared easily. It is organized in a way that makes sense and is easy to navigate.
Great product with ultimate flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
There's endless possibilities in Notion to adjust to exactly how you want to structure it. I love that I can create my own pages and organization while working within the parameters of a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to run slower in the web app than the desktop app but the web app is easier to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is the backbone of our company, we use it for everything from order management to a customer database. The integrations allow us to connect with most of our other platforms to create a one-stop shop for our users.
A bit hard to get started
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that notion allows. Any sort of information that needs to be sorted, can be sorted. There's so much customizability with Notion that I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the collaboration tools could be better. Exporting could also be better. I also think it is difficult to get started. It is overwhelming to start using notion to the best of your capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of different teams I need to take notes on. I can easily sort those with notion. Previously I was restricted by the formatting of schema of notes app like onenote.

There is nothing much that I dislike about Notion, this app actually helps in managing all the daily tasks you want to do, format your notes, upload your pdf notes.

Best Projects & Productivity Tracker In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for sharing, creating processes rapidly, and preserving all project-related information in one location. Notion is so strong that you can build websites, wikis, and product instructions using it.

I like the toll but I find it a bit tedious in keeping multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me manage sales and marketing projects, as well as my personal work through its note-taking management feature.
A great approach that's really flexible

You can create anything you need with the flexible set-up, various blocks and unique templates.

I had a bit of a learning curve to get to know. the best way to structure all the data.

Easy company wide collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows for document sharing and tracking across the organization.

There's not much not to like. It integrates well with other applications which is usually the priority.

Central administration of a glossary of contacts and documentation for processes and procedures around the org.
Notion is our go to for Sprints, PRD documentation and High Level Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Notions best feature has to be the way you can interlink pages inside different files..also the tables are super intuitive to use and more appealing than the traditional excell

The search feature by keyword could be better

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us document and keep a track of all our day to day activities dripping down from the roadmaps which are all created on notion. Also helps to collaborate better across different functional teams
Feature rich workspace for calendars, tasks and documents
What do you like best about the product?
1. Ability to add multiple organized structures like calendars, boards, tables for the same database, allowing us to visualize in a variety of formats
2. Credit system - connecting Notion to other apps or installing the mobile applications gives us credit which can be used to upgrade the tier.
3. Great UI - allowing minimalist colors and aesthetic appeal, without seeming too loud

What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner, Notion can get pretty overwhelming since it's very unopinionated and therefore, anyone can get confused on what options to use. The android app also isn't optimal to use on the small phone screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my personal workspace on my desktop. It allows me to house my tasks and calendars onto a single platform, and thus, I don't have to switch between a lot of apps. I hope to see further improvements in the app
