With Notion... everything is easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple and clean visual. You can add pages and they are easily accessible in the pages or folders. But what I like the most are the dropdown titles. You can use them everywhere at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add fonts or imported icons to it. It would be so much more user-friendly! You cannot customize the colors, only those that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several problems, but the AI function helps me fill in the gaps when I'm lacking inspiration or to make a plan for an article to write. AI can also make lists of all the things that come to mind. I love it!

Flexibility and options to create what I need and adapt. I also love customisation.

Notion App Mobile is not the best. App is slow.

I really like Notion, the way I can easily organize things depending on what I need, and it integrates very well with other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I so appreciate the richness of functionality and modularity of the software, as well as the minimal design that allows clear visibility of everything and few distractions. I use it for both work and study and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
ChatGPT's AI integration is excellent, however, maybe since there is an ongoing subscription that I am paying for, I would also introduce the updated version of ChatGPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ChatGPT's AI integration is in this sense extremely useful, but apart from that Notion allows me to organize notes, thoughts and pages in a customizable and therefore potentially orderly way
Extremely Versatile All-in-One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its versatility. It can truly adapt to almost any workflow. Synced blocks are a standout feature... they help keep information consistent and extremely organized across pages. I also appreciate the integrations (e.g., Slack), which make collaboration seamless. It works well for project management, and I really value how they’re incorporating AI to enhance productivity and content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything in particular, but project management could be more advanced. It would be great to have stronger native features for managing dependencies, sub-dependencies, assignments, and recurring project templates. Tools like Wrike offer more structured project controls, and adding similar capabilities would make Notion even more powerful.

Notion helps me centralize knowledge into one workable hub. It enables smooth collaboration, keeps documentation structured, and makes it easy for teams to stay aligned. It has significantly improved how we organize information and work together.

The Notion AI, the AI writing Assistant, is super helpful. From brainstorming to correcting my grammar almost include everything I need.

1. Every time I open Notion need to wait for the response. The user experience is not that smooth.

So far, I have not found any negative point in using Notion. Notion is an all-in-one workspace that has been incredibly helpful for organizing my tasks, notes, and projects. Notion is helping me to solve a company knowledge organization problem. In many years, there has never been a suitable place to store simple and basic information, and today, we are able to organize such information
Notion AI is the dream tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best platform in the market for a variety of uses, from organizing yourself and your life goals to managing company tasks, documents and processes. But since the Notion AI feature was implemented, I use every day. Especially for translation, it is much more accurate than many other tools. Working on marketing, it has really helped me design new content for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about the tool. I believe the only people who do not like Notion are those who do not know how to use it, which may be the primary path for improvement. Even though many youtube videos and templates teach you to make the most of its use, it would be nice to have more tutorials and tips built in the platform.

Having an all-in-one tool that allows me to organize all my tasks and creations while also having the support of AI technology to further creativity and insights.
Notion - an all time tool for business, fitness, and family organisation
What do you like best about the product?
First of all Notion has a free plan without strings attached. The free version is so powerful, that most people will benefit solely from this product without ever becoming a paid customer. Sorry dear Notion team ;). But everyone who wants to step up their game, I highly advise to sign-up for the Notion AI plan. It is just 10 $ or so. Notion is connected to OpenAI's chatGPT. This means a directly integrated AI solution in your (more than just) writing tool. This saved me time and accelerated my brainstorming heavily as a performance marketer who often has to create headlines for many different products and many different audiences.
For my personal life I use Notion to track my sports results, have a database for my movements, and store valuable information.
For my family I share a Notion task board. This way we keep track on important tasks and projects, boosting our family duty productivity tremendously. Sometimes, we need to write ministries for different requests such as papers for going abroad or requesting docs from our health insurance and other dry topics. Notion + AI helps to keep track and write polite letters in no time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been close to what Notion's limitations are. Often it is solely branded as a test writing tool or as a Kanban board-style productivity app. I personally believe this tool replaces many of your tools you use on your daily basis. As paid customer you can also integrate Notion via API with more apps outside of the typical ones (G-Drive...). The limit of Notion is from my opinion your personal limit of imagination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all Notion solves the problem of keeping track of your tasks and projects. I use Notion a little like Trello (Kanban-style) or like a G-Sheet (database). After creating an item I do outline all tasks. Everything that need to be written like ad copy or email responses can be managed in Notion for the text creation if you want. During my work I like to create ad copy promopts for products with up to 50 headlines. For my other job I do like to have written ad copies for social media. Notion helps tremendously to save time and boost output.
I also started writing a book in Notion but it is far from being finished.
Other than that I like to save items to Notion to get back to it whenever I feel like it. The Getting Things Done method by David Allen works wonders in Notion and many talented people have designed beautiful templates in Notion already.
Using Notion makes your day-to-day work feel like a gamified work experience with achievements, progression, and real results.
