the Notion's AI Writing Assistant will definitely step up the game, but it's not perfect yet.
What do you like best about the product?
It's all about the clock! Notion saves me tons of time. With my trusty IA writing assistant in tow, I get automated suggestions for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. It even suggests alternative word choices to up my writing game. And when I need to jet off to my next task, it helps me whip up outlines and summaries in a flash.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact there is no confirmation popup when deleting a page. So if you're not careful, you delete tons of work without knowing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy how Notion is a powerful tool for project management. It allows me to organize my projects and tasks. it's super easy to create task lists, set deadlines, assign team members, and track progress. You can also use Notion's database features to store project-related information such as notes, files, and links.
So great with notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistent is great, i can use it to write whatever kind of paragraphs i like, and the block system is very simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import and export formats are not enough, i just need to import PDF or export Word, please add more format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI need to imprive its accuracy, it should improve like ChatGPT 4.0, id like to say now the Notion AI in the quality of article aspect, it's not as good as ChatGPT4.0.
Seamless, flexible and game changing
What do you like best about the product?
Notion acts as my second brain. I store all my ideas and docs for work and life in there so it's a hub I can always come back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I learn a lot of notion designs from creators on tiktok and youtube, id love to see more of them in the template gallery so it would be easier to copy and paste as opposed to replicating it step by step

Notion ai shortens my research time for my work and has helped me better structure my emails as well.
All in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use this for every aspect of my life. I use it for work, school, goalsetting, personal development, and anything else that needs organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, however, once you get a hold of it thanks move a little faster

For me, it is a great way to see everything that I need to do in one place, it gives an amazing overview and allows you to dig deeper in order to be more specific on tasks, while still providing that general overview
Notion has completely changed the way I work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it's so easy to create templates to automate my personal and team workflows. Notion AI has also played a significant role in accelerating how I write documentation that's more effective and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved is their table features. Databases are powerful for the right use cases and it's great that we now have simple tables, but would like the simple table to be easier to use (formatting text sizes within a simple table, being able to add to do plus text in a cell, navigating from cell to cell, etc). I would like the simple table to be on par with how google sheets work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion features automates and accelerates so much of my work and my team's work and it makes organizing and finding documents so much easier on a scaled design team.
Easy to use all in one platform - the perfect tool for social media marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is excellent to use as a social media marketer, especially when planning content and presenting it to clients. I've really been enjoying the new AI feature as it allows me to maintain being on one platform rather than swapping between chat GPT, excel and so on.

What do you dislike about the product?
I only have three pieces of constructive feedback:
1. It would be great if my clients could view their content without needing to pay for the platform as they wont need to make edits but they can at least see what's been scheduled.
2. The AI feature does repeat itself sometimes which can get a little annoying and has left me with no option but to go to ChatGPT
3. The AI feature should not be automatically added to new team members and should be an option as it's not always the case a "team member" is using the platform.

Notion assists me with managing client content and ensuring I can keep track of what I have planned - the AI feature has been amazing with helping either improve copy or get ideas for content
Simply the best all in one org system!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion simplifies your system so that you no longer require an app for each division of your work. Instead, thanks to an incredibly flexible system you can go to one app for everything - personal, work, team collaboration - it has it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. There are some features I would like to see added in terms of alerts/notifications, cross-functionality and syncing with other services (e.g. calendar). Still, good things take time, and they have consistently progressed toward building valuable features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal hub for literally everything. Work hub for everything from docs to project management. Freelance hub for all things freelance. AI writing assistant that is integrated through it all provides valuable insight/help with otherwise repetitive tasks. Since the inclusion of AI within Notion, my productivity has improved significantly.
A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The organization tools are very useful, but the AI helper is the most impactful for my workflow. It helps to get past the difficulties inherent with a blank document and get to a final outline in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many (/many/) features and functions of Notion are one of its aspects that many appreciate—myself included—and help to attract a broader user base, but all these functions can be a bit overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to the AI tools I use regularly, the project management functions help me to organize my clients, the various projects I'm working on for them, and easily share out progress.

A lot of templates can help me work better.

There are too few text editing formats, and the format cannot be quickly modified when editing text.

What do you like best about the product?
It's well integrated into notion, I love that it has the capability to build charts, lists and format within the paramters of Notion's capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a tendency to default to US english. It's easy to bypass but it's drustrating to have to ask at the end of every promopt 'Use UK English'.
There is no obvious way to ensure AI assitance was used, I'd love to see a feature that watermarked where AI was used.
