It took time but for good!
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the flexibility of the tool! What I like is that I can start, build pages, without any idea of the structure or hierarchy. Then you can do anything you want, organize your content. And Notion is connected to all the most popular tools of the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it took a certain time to understand the logic of Notion, how to start with it. But after some trials and maybe particularly one good use case, I finally started to work on it and now I work on it with my teamates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
the flxibility to design a dashboard, a place which has the elements / objects that make me mroe productive (tasks, todos, diary, 'for today' etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
imability to create more spaces. 'workspace' and 'private' are simply not enough. inability to edit text font size inside a tabke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves for designing pages that fit the needs of my team - flexibility. databases that can be designed in any way we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like databases the best, they are strong enough to keep infos, and stylish to be good looking everyday

The app can be really difficult to learn, I've spend some days / week to accommodate but once you're there, everything's logical

Integration of AI into PRDs, documents, tasks have optimised a lot on time to complete and more to near perfection. Blends best of AI into your workflows

No major dislikes yet. Notion suits perfect for small to large teams especially for hardware companies which requires strong product management tools

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is not just an ordinary note-taking platform. It has some incredible features that we want like scheduling tasks, email notifications, customizing and sharing pages, collaboration, etc. Notion has been keeping track of the requirements of its user and making sure they add them in their updates. It is best to note down everything you want, from simple note-taking to complex databases. You can build anything and everything and the ability to customize and share it with a collaborative touch makes it one of the best platforms for note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major thing I believe notion should add is drawing on the pages. We cannot draw or annotate anything on the pages. It is just typing. You cannot customize the page much, there's no way to change the color of the page. Also, it would have been great if the web URL could have started with our username so that we could convert it to our website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has increased productivity and helped cut down time with its awesome features that help in note-taking. Also its integration with Slack and features like import and export make it easier to work with your content and manage it properly. Also, its price is decent and it is worth the features you get.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The desktop app makes it even easier and more functional to use across all platforms and sharing with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is room for improvement in the organization of the tables, API integrations and add-ons that make each page more powerful. It's just not quite as powerful as Coda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize my thoughts and notes across multiple projects and team members. We used it for project management and task tracking as well as planning and other strategic initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very useful for takeing meeting notes, create to-do lists, and plan my daily work on marketing projects. I think it's one of the wonderfully tidy and simple to use. I've only been using it for a week, but I already know I am going to be switching to paid vision. Notion is amazingly flexible to use. The best part is that I can share my notes and docs to anyone and I can also monitor what access they must have. For a missy people like me this tool is god saver as it maintain and organize everything at one place and the work which we do also looks need and clean. UI /UX design of the software is amazing, and the app and website version both work increbility amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
With notion I only dislike one thing which bothers me at the start and also sometimes know that is I find it challenging to navigate the tools and some amazing features it provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to maintain numerous meeting notes in one place, it helps me to keep the track of the work have have to do, which I am doing and which I have already completed, It helps me to prepare organisation notes which I have to share with entire organisation, It helps me to prioritize my work and mentain the record which needs to be done first and which at last and its the main reason to use notion is that it not time consumpting it helps me to do things in 5-10 mins which is amazing compared to other software out their.

What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Notion for my abstracts during I studied. It is really useful for that. Every day I discovered new features, that I wanted to use right now in practice. Text styles, lists, checklists, toggles, and quotes are designed so simply and esthetic that they don’t need to guide or explain. Even have only these features you can work with your ideas, doc, abstracts, notes, etc.
However, Notion is not only those features that I have described. In that wonderful moment when I discovered the databases its changed my mind about that a simple and pretty “notebook”. My image of this product has been changing every day when I recognized a new feature combination and how that helps me with my work and private life. Notion helped me understand how databases work, especially CRM systems, etc., and evermore complex systems.
It has been 3 years since I become a Notion-adept and evangelist. There are no days when I don’t use Notion for checking something or noting (even this review I write in Notion right now). It can sound a little sentimental or even nonsense but I don’t imagine a day without this tool. For me, it is a helper, friend, and advisor right now and every day.

There is only one thing that I unlike in Notion. It has not fast and easy to use an app on smartphones. I see that Notion’s engineer and product team do their best they can to improve an app's speed and usability, but unfortunately, it is still slow and hard to use while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with my work as a task management, documentation, and road mapping tool. For more, I use Notion for tracking time, meeting notes, writing every idea, etc. Same things I use for my private life and more for building private OKRs and as a diary.

A simple premise of connected databases elevated to templates, sophisticated structures and a bustling community giving notion and it's user more value with every block created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delta of where they want to be and what they promote - the switch from being compared to Notetaking Product and fully committing to the database pitch is implied from the notion -but not explicit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That not only can I create a working system for me, but for my teams, and the rules and frameworks are built with us in mind. No tool allows for this - the ability to replicate nearly every other business process or integrate it - while having control over each block and page and making it presentable!
Next to that their approach of working with templates is something that will create much more traction the more people get the idea!
