The best thing since Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
It makes integration for productivity so easy.

I don't like that not enough people know about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep all of my notes, plans, and calendars in one spot while attaching and integrating all related digital assets.
I love Notion. Been a day 1 user since the early days. AI takes things to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to take notes, create tables, create embeds of all kinds. It really is my one stop shop for everything. I use it every single day as my todo list and productivity application. AI helps a ton with writing and summaries
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is extremely minimal. It takes forever to get responses. They are also not very helpful. If you search Reddit with Notion Support, you'll see lots of testimonials about these issues.

Note taking, todos, productivity, AI rewriting, writing, notes for meetings, product management, knowledge bases for resources.

Couple that with the existing ower of notion databases, then the possibitlies are endless if you're a notion user.

I dislike how hard it is for newbies to understand the best way to implement it fortheir means.

Notion provides one of the best integrations for saving knowldge and using ai to actupon that information/

What do you like best about the product?
The features included in Notion are what I find most helpful. It has made my like better professionally and personally.
I've been able to study for my comprehensive exam, write an academic article, and organize my sources and ideas for writing my dissertation. It has been super helpful to remain organized.
For work, I was also able to use Notion as a project management tracking tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes. The only thing I can think about is having to learn and/or keep up with new features and/or learn specific templates. For improvement, maybe more tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, Note-taking management for writing academic articles and most recently, AI Assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can put my notes in the same place as my AI - asking the Notion AI questions either about my notes, or to add extra information in that I hadn't already included.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part was probably just when it took longer to produce an answer, or it would say that the AI is too busy and to try again later. Sometimes that would happen for a little while so it's not something you can rely on when you're on a roll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The writing assistant is great for university! The benefits are just that it can do things so fast compared to what I can do, as in I can ask it to read an article and summarise it and that saves me a lot of time.

It has literally had a logical answer to every question that I've asked.

Although I've used notion quite a bit since I've been remember, I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I dislike right now.

Could have solving complex questions regarding the blogs that I write for my IT consulting website.
Notion AI is Amazing for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I am from Brazil, and my main language is Portuguese, but I work mainly in English. I still don't know 100% English grammar, so anytime I need to write more formal text (send to some stakeholder), or some copywriting for our product, I use the feature "Improve grammar". It functions exceptionally.
I love that in Notion we are able to create our databases and make relations between them. This is very organized to project management.
The fact that each record is a page is also very useful for product management or CRM - IF we have a table of tasks or a table of clients, we can add not structure content (text, image, videos, files...) in just one single page. This is awesome.
The fact that each record is a page and each page can have a "conversation" is also awesome. I wish we have this feature "internal chat" also for databases, ex: https://share.cleanshot.com/qxm8xlCY

I don't like in Notion that the inbox don't work as I wish.
Sometimes I am tagged in something, and I read, but I can't answer in this moment. Would be awesome if we have "more than read or unread".
My proposal: Each time I am tagged in Notion, I gotta do something: Review, answer, research and answer, development and answer... - What if you create a "Default to-do list" for us, and then every time i see a new thing on my inbox, I can easily create a new to-do on my default to-do list. In this default to-do, I could have tags to separate work things from personal things, for ex.
Other thing that is kinda frustrating on Notion is that is too expensive to have more historical updates. You should give us 1 or 2 years of page history in Plus plan. In Airtable we can have 3 years - For that reason, our team still use airtable to manage our main tasks.
Other thing that is kinda frustrating on Notion is that you don't work properly with a lot of records (more than 200 for example). Other days I tried to import this database (https://welovenocode.notion.site/List-of-timezones-72f8a4a1f6a740038b3e329caf39422e) from Wikipedia i think, and I had to do a repetitive work to import like 50 rows each time, because If I wanted to import 300 rows, didn't work.
I don't have any Idea what other things I would improve or I dislike about Notion.

It feels limited with the air feature but it gets the job done, maybe suggestions would so I could learn more organizing techniques

To connect databases together easily, and using inline databases

Impossible to tag a group of users as for simple user and to create graphics without using third-party applications

Notion’s AI has saved me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not that great at writing well-constructed sentences, so I love the 'improve writing' functionality of Notion AI. I use it to draft emails, blog posts and marketing, and it has saved me loads of time and turned my core content into something more easily read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many. I a few times it's thrown up utter rubbish and I've had to start again. It writes in US English, and then I have to auto-correct to UK. I not sure if there is a setting to change that. I don't find the 'make more casual' option works very well as there's no way I'd write "Yo, how you doing' in my context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to spend ages writing website copy, blog posts or emails. But I do want the important points I need to make communicated well. AI writing assistant has revolutionised this area for me. I've written all my website copy using it. The same with blog posts. I'm able to throw a load of info onto the page and at the end, as AI to make it read better.
