What do you like best about the product?
The sophisticated UI and high scalability are attractive. Even those who don't usually use Notion find the information automatically organized and visually easy to understand. You can embed code using tools like AI Chat, enabling automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the amount of information increases, I think the point that it can take time to open becomes a drawback. I thought it would be difficult to complete all business operations on Notion from a risk management perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion visualizes task organization and makes it easier to grasp schedules. It automatically organizes information in a way that is easy to understand visually, and promotes automation through code embedding in AI chat.

Highly Accessible but Challenging to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to access from my laptop and smartphone. The databases make it easy to manage my work. It offers tasks, sub-tasks, and notes, and I can access the history of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just hard to understand from the beginning. It's difficult to create the database that I want, so I need to watch YouTube and use ChatGPT to create a proper database for my team. It's not too easy, because this is my first time using an app like Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my team and prioritize my work. It's easy to access on my devices, and I like the databases for organizing tasks and notes, including task history.

The summarization accuracy is excellent. It is also helpful in revising documents using the Notion AI feature. For example, it is used to write meeting minutes with the summarization function and organize action items within those summaries. The initial setup, in particular, was smooth and problem-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar for finding information is not working well. It's hard to understand. Also, when viewing information in a list, the display area is narrow, making it difficult to see. I would like the search suggestions to be displayed more visibly.

Easy Data Storage and Team Sharing in Notion
What do you like best about the product?
We can store all kinds of data easily in a notion document. If we want to achieve same via other tools it will be harder. Accessing / sharing of documents is also easy with in the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI features weren’t accurate. For example, when I use Notion with the meeting recorder turned on, even after we’ve concluded the meeting, Notion AI keeps listening and picking up content from the meeting summary unless I explicitly stop it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to store KT documents, keep track of test plans, knowledge content, tracking of bugs etc. This helps to maintain all the data at one place without using multiple vendors for various purposes
Affordable, Flexible, Yet Needs a Reliable App
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion enables me to integrate all work-related things in one place. If I were to choose, I think the Kanban Board view is my favorite, because it really helps me to keep track of the tasks at hand, not just my tasks, but the other team members'. The page and sub-page feature, as well as the table view, allow me to see all my tasks and requirement documents in one place. I really appreciate the feature that lets me streamline workflows within my team. Notion is a much more affordable option for me compared to the tool I used previously. I also like collecting things in one place, and Notion helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered problems with the Notion Windows app every time I open a rather large document. Sometimes I cannot scroll through the page, other times the page didn't load properly; it's really frustrating. Thus, I go back to using the web version for now. I really wish that Notion can improve the reliability of its app because I'm the kind of person that would always use the app, whenever available. Also, the initial setup wasn't really easy. I had to watch a full guide of another Notion user on YouTube setting up things for product management purposes. I think this is also one of the downsides of having very, very customizable software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me streamline team workflows, integrating all work into one place with features like Kanban boards, page views, and tables. It's affordable, unlike our previous tool. I appreciate how it consolidates tasks and documents, enhancing my ability to track team activities.
Effortless Management, Excellent User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be very good for formatting and design, which really enhances the user experience. It's great for managing command materials and databases for our business. We have a nicely detailed management application for all of our materials, and it's easy to access all the documents. I also like the easy calculation functions for managing team sales revenue and internal processes. The user interface is quite easy to use. The initial setup was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates from the community are not always timely or suitable. I think Notion could enhance the formula functionalities to be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for managing business materials and databases. It provides a detailed management application, easy access to documents, simple calculation functions, and helps with team sale revenue management. Notion's formula functions make creating detailed tables and tracking processes easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility. I can organize things as per my needs. I also like that I can switch between different views like a board or calendar without having to recreate everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe databases and tables can use some work. It can be slow sometimes especially when size of databases are large. With tables there are limited options to manage. Attaching things within tables and formatting them can be really challenging

1. We use notion AI which is great since it helps us look for context across all resources wether it's slack,git,emails etc
