Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Adapts to Any Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is as an all-in-one workspace. I can manage projects, documents, client notes, and task tracking all in one place without switching between tools. It’s customizable enough to fit different workflows and simple enough for the team to adopt easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Notion is that while it’s extremely flexible, that flexibility can make setup time-consuming. It takes some effort to structure pages and databases in a way that’s efficient for ongoing use, and collaboration can get confusing without clear organization or permissions. Monday now has an ai that will build boards, if Notion could do something similar that would be very helpful. Also a lot of the good templates are not free. It would be nice to have more template options.
