Flexibility is power
What do you like best about the product?
It's so flexible to use for different purposes, from a personal website to an agile kanban, to take your notes. We use it in the company I work also as a repository of ideas/newsleters...

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot, at least from mac app, open more than one window at the same time. That would be very useful at some point so you can jump from one thing to the other very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem by taking notes without any other. I use to have paper notes, and digital notes on my phone, on my laptop, and everywhere. Now I have them organized.

The cool new AI features are fun. Some of the features and abilities of Notion were hard to grasp, and the AI tool makes it super easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "onboarding" to Notion could be better, like showing people what they can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helping me with tracking everything that I have to do across teams, including individual actions. Entering things that I have to do only takes seconds, so I can easily input everything, including small things like responding to an email. I have only used this as an individual, so my team hasn't experienced direct benefits besides my own performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd also look into other project management options for teams.

nbot so easy to nodify, a lot if features but interface and some fuctions are not that user friendly. would be great to improve interface and functionality. it requires a special treining to understand all the features :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team communication for remote workers. we use it as primary source where store product updates, workflow rules, tracking project status and collaborating. helps to keep everyone on the same page

What do you like best about the product?
It is very dynamic, I can create a page - and then a page within itself and even use template for that. Very fluid when it comes to linking and or even assigning tasks. Plus it got robust templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
tryIt's not that easy to use and setup and has a learning curve. Plus I was unable to find on data privacy amongst that easily - I mean if say I have a workspace and I wanna make board wth data visible to only 2 out of 10 people of my team, I couldn't figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to solve task management and collaboration. I'm also using it as a personal content calendar for my LinkedIn. The benefits are - it is very dynamic and can adjust to any data type and workflow. Amazing it is. I also use it at times to maintain certain event log and notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a tool that can do it all - maintain tasks, content calendars, take notes, share knowledge base - pick notion without a second thought.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion is a fantastic platform for both personal and professional use cases. I have used it in both. For personal use, it is free whereas for team workspace we have to pay some amount. I use it to share the resources to the attendees of my webinars as we can customize it according to our theme, and we can share it with others instead of that old styles docs. I also use it to create readmes for my Github projects.
Moreover, I also use it with my teammates to track our project progress write the future notes and backlogs from the previous projects. We also use it to write the meeting notes, and we can work simultaneously over it without any lag. Its UI is impressive, which gives you feel like the old skool whiteboard of the companies where we used to write the tasks and all things.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the whiteboard kind of space it provides, but I don't like the navigation of the web app. It needs to be more straightforward than it is now. They have added a lot in small space instead of using any kind of dropdowns.
And it takes some time to set up a notion for the first time, even though it is fast, but they should also improve the setup time of notion.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to make a webpage on my website to share the webinar resources with the attendees because I like to use things consistent everywhere. There's not much customization available on other platforms, but Notion made it easy for me.
Secondly, it made us easier to work in lockdown as we can do everything here in a collaborative environment. It was hard to track the tasks of every teammate without notion.

I will recommend using it for your team collaboration work. It is one of the best tools among others in the markets, better than asana and all.
Great all in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is entirely customizable. You can create many different templates and pages for all your needs, business and personal. It is easy to use. Easy to customize. Easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still challenging to copy large text parts and paste them into another app. The app on my phone also closes out of pages when I switch between apps, so ease of use when doing multiple tasks is not the most streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of ideas. It is one neutral place to keep all my ideas and projects and to-dos. And that makes it easy to apply the ideas and get working on the projects. It's a great place to capture my thoughts and then do something about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out what you want to use it for and tailor it to that, rather than seeking other people's templates and fitting those to your life.
Collaborations between teams are easier to link.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a notepad but improved and more technological, it allows you to keep track of all the tasks added and grouped, its interface is a breath of clarity in the eyes of designers because of how clean and simple it is to manage, configure and reset, the templates that notion has integrated are quite subtle. Smooth and appealing, they offer a better workflow when it comes to editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect of this software is its security, it is not high enough in terms of point-to-point encryption for sending and saving information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the months that I have implemented Notion, I have noticed that our productivity and management of projects and documents has improved and flowed much better, product development has been more satisfying, cross-company organizations have developed in a better way and customers have been satisfied with the processes carried out.

I have implemented my daily report in notion, I can easily add links and notes, Also, when I learn something about work or special life, I took notes on Notion and then come back to check my notes
Best app for organising notes
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is more smooth now and alot of new features are also introduced. Also with the addition of the Notion AI using notion has become much more simple and helpful. The AI can translate complete pages, analyze your notes, give insights on your data, help to create data and much more. I cannot suggest a much better notes keeping and sharing tool than notion. Recently I have planned a trip so I have noted everything down and using the AI also improved that alot and then shared the link to my friends so that they can also see the itinerary and they were impressed with the clean design and how easy it is to share there type of notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still not sure on that. Like the needs that I have it fulfills those there is noting extra I need from that. So I dont have anything that notion can improve.

The problem that notion solves for me is the ease of taking notes and managing them. It maintains and keeps the notes in a very organized way which saves a lot of time and we can access them anywhere anytime.
