What do you like best about the product?
AI functionality is very fast and intelligent, and it is the AI product I use most frequently. It can segment the processing of editing text, which I think is very practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The handling of tables is sometimes confusing to me and doesn't seem to be very convenient compared to other notebook tools of the same type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me organise and manage information efficiently, keeping everything in one place. It also promotes seamless collaboration among teams, making it easy to work together and share knowledge. It streamlines workflow management with customisable templates and task lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an incredible notetaking app that has completely revolutionized the way I organize my work and personal life. It's actually not really a notetaking app - but more a data base with a very nice UI/UX. The app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to get started right away. Notion allows me to create an unlimited number of pages, databases, and tables, which means that I can easily keep track of all of my notes and tasks in one place.
For me, who works multiple jobs, tracking tasks and projects, tagging different notes, and setting up linked tables has been particularly useful that I feel no other notetaking app which I have tried comes close.

What do you dislike about the product?
You require an internet connection. This is both a plus and minus. On the plus side, this means all notes are always sync'ed and never forked. On the minus side, there is no offline use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes my life broadly, from housing, the work, to personal, to tracking various projects and discussions. Honestly there are so many use cases with Notion that it's hard to enumerate. I'm so happy I switched over from Evernote.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is THE productivity tool I only use for my personal... everything. To-Do list, Kanban board, diary, career management, you name it. I like the simplicity, the organization of my notes, and not only I can manage a lot of things, I can use the AI to help me improve my writing, and come up with ideas. I used to use ChatGPT before but the Notion's AI response is much faster to my eyes. I really like Notion to manage my daily productivity.

I can't think of the reason I dislike so far...

It helps my tasks on track. Also, it gives me new perspectives using AI.

I really like Notion's clean interface. Programs like MS or Hangul are difficult to customize and create with, but with Notion, you can create a satisfying screen with just a click or a shortcut, which is great.
Also, I like that it has various uses. Compared to other competitors, it's easy to use, easy to learn, and great for sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
For example, in Excel, you can use formulas to perform calculations. Notion also has a formula feature, but it's different from Excel's formulas, so it takes time to learn and feels unfamiliar. Therefore, I can't make good use of Excel's formula feature. Also, when I need to organize more detailed content, I tend to use Excel rather than Notion. If I had to choose just one to use instead of both, I think I would choose Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for creating and managing pages that can be shared with team members when managing in a company group. It can be utilized on various devices such as mobile, PC, and tablet, which positively impacts work. It's also good for managing personal matters with Notion. It's very convenient for sharing pages or inviting friends to my page.

The personalization that it has, so you can make it your principal tool in many tasks

That it doesnt have colors sometimes so i would like a little more personalization in that aspect

It improves how i´m organizing my time, and also how i take notes about the books and articles

What I find most helpful about notion is the fact that you can find everything in the drop-down menu and that you can customize all your deals with the templates so they all are similar and easy to access to every member.

I do not like the notification system that notion has. Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to see when you have been tagged or if there are any updates on anything that you are following it is a little bit difficult to understand what happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works as a personal library and a place where we can have all our company documents perfectly organized and labeled so they can be accessible to all the team members. I love how notion has help us improved our day-to-day work and I really like the way that you can organize everything.

One aspect I find frustrating about Notion is the difficulty in conducting searches. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find specific information or documents within the platform, leading to duplicated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or redundant content. This can create confusion and inefficiency when trying to locate and reference essential materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves a range of problems by offering optimal formats for various purposes such as meeting minutes, procedural documents, and project management. This has been highly beneficial as it allows us to consolidate all company records, which were previously scattered across different applications and software, into a single platform, Notion. By doing so, we have achieved better organization, improved collaboration, and increased efficiency in accessing and managing important information.
Must have AI assistant

One of the best AI assistant I know. I like it because app is easy to use and its UI is quite good.

The Font is quite small. I want some option to make it bigger and sometime it's lagged.

What do you like best about the product?
The "Related Pages" feature is a personal favorite of mine. It automatically suggests pages that are related to the one I'm currently working on, saving me time and effort trying to find them myself. This feature has helped me discover connections between different projects and streamline my workflow

1. Navigation: Its navigation can sometimes confuse new users, because it has many levels and nested pages.
2. Search: Its search function can sometimes be not powerful and accurate enough, because it cannot search images or other types of files.
