Love Notion and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much I can get organized in Notion! It is a dream for fellow organizers like me. Very easy to use. It just takes a little time to get used to the setup!
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that Notion's AI would stop working half way through and not generate the response that I was looking for. I also wish there was a better way to organize all of my pages and tabs. Maybe a more cleaner way to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI writing assistant!! Game changer for me. The AI has really helped me level up my social media game and content which is what I was looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely user friendly. It's quick and very responsive. I also love that it can be downloaded on to the desktop and syncs with your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't glamorous or super eyecatching. Sometimes you need a nice interface to make you want to use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, I need to be productive with my time while managing my business and also working. It's cut the "what" out for me. What should I say? What should I do? etc. Notion's AI is so dope and quick, and again I love that I can use it in an app.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for organizing multiple streams of work and sharing with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the way you can format things within some blocks like toggles and callouts which limit your ability to create custom designs. They also don't have workflows within databases. Some of the integrations are not easy to set up (ie Google Cal) to create seamless workflows & deadline reminders for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Note taking capabilities, intergrated AI, personalization features, versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Writing features are very basic. The spellcheck feature is behind it's time, interface can be intimidating for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me as a user become more organized and efficient towards my tasks, also helps my studying methods as a student.

I think the ai is good but I think it's getting too complex. It's not as easy on the eyes to use.

I think the look and organization could use some work.

Rephrasing things more professionally, coming up with ideas, quick problem solving. Makes everything more time efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love how endlessly customizable it is. I'm a person who enjoys making things look aesthetically pleasing so I love that I can customize pages to look exactly the way I want them to! I also enjoy how user friendly it is, so much so that if I use another note taking app I'm surprised that I can't drag around blocks with ease. I've been using Notion for less than 2 years but it has completely changed my life. I use it to organize every single aspect of my life: my personal life, my schoolwork and my business. It's truly a phenomenal product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot I would change about Notion overall. The only thing I find sort of inconvenient is exporting pages to send to other people. I feel like the formatting sometimes gets messed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant has been a game changer in all aspects of my life. It has helped me cut down on so much time spent on what I call "busy work" tasks. It has also helped us generate ideas or guidelines when we were struggling as a team. I find it incredibly convenient to have AI directly in Notion. Not only does it save time but it also builds upon the information that already exists on the page.

Notion is not only the prettiest way of keeping track of your life, but the option with the most useful functions. I love it so much, it helped us organise our move and I use it daily for work.

I love the AI function and would love to see it expanded further.

Helps run quick tasks and organises all my notes. Very reasonably priced

It's intuitive, easy to build, and has excellent edit experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion AI daily to optimize my note and use it as a primary editor to fix my grammar and spelling. But some trivial problem still needs to be fixed, like the translate function only supports simplified Chinese, but I always use traditional Chinese. And "improving writing" function, sometime GPT treats my word like it needs to be explained. But I only want it to be better written. However, nothing can replace Notion on the market right now, IMO. Fully recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy configuration, intuitive and integration with most of other apps im using. The new AI function just makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even better if there is voice recognition through siri type AI and hand writing recognition. and AI pricing is quite expensive

Doing the summary for my meeting notes. And try to abstract summary for a very long article
AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature allows me to brainstorm or correct language in a flash. I estimate it saved me 20 to 30% of my time. It's extremely a powerful and I learned something new about it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some limiting commenting features, particularly when it comes to databases. It's very hard to collaborate on the contents of the database when you can't select something for a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to capture high level details when discussing a product or plan. Ability to make something customizable and add as many sub-documents as needed has been really important.
