Stays in Notion and Saves Time Across Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to limit the amount of time I need to spend navigating other tools and stay in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a steep learning curve to customize it to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was feeling stretched thing because of jumping in and out of multiple tools. Notion keeps me focused on what's important.
Intuitive, Robust, and Perfect for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be pretty robust, and I appreciate that it just looks nice with very consistent formatting. It has everything I could need in a note-taking app and then some. The Notion Calendar is great for helping me think through topic-related issues and expanding on pages I want to learn about. The integration with Notion Mail is also impressive, allowing me to access my emails easily and add them to the database and knowledge base. Notion AI makes it even easier to manage tasks like adding calendars for a series of events. Setting up Notion was incredibly simple and not overwhelming, which is great for anyone just getting started, with the ability to add complexity over time. Overall, I found Notion to be the best suited for our needs compared to Google Drive or OneDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know for Notion Mail, it's a newer service, so it's not as robust as I would like it to be right now. I appreciate the auto labeling, but sometimes interacting with the interface can be a little bit buggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything in an easy-to-access place with its file tree, helping me organize thoughts clearly. It ensures I never forget anything, like notes from class or meetings. It's robust, looks nice, and includes everything I'd need in a note-taking app.
Intuitive Project Management with Minor Collaboration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion for project management because of its clean interface and intuitive usage. The structure allows me to create nested sheets and organize my thoughts in a way that's easy to track. The initial setup was very easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could have better collaboration features. I would enjoy it more if it live updated similar to Google Sheets.

I use Notion for project management, helping with organization, timelines, assigning roles, and writing down problems. Its clean interface and intuitive usage make it easy to create nested sheets and organize thoughts.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the best way to make a basic piece of software that depends on SQL databases and a quality frontend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has started to gain a lot of features, many of which are useful! And to your credit, these features do not intrude on the core experience. But they have become harder and harder to understand and discover

Document creation and organization, project management. I can’t think is a better tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it can transcribe meetings, and how it also serves as a knowledge base for all of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able to open multiple tabs of Notion AI within Notion. I don’t think that’s possible right now, and if it is, I haven’t been able to figure out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion AI, it’s really simple to dump all my information into Notion (docs, meeting notes, etc.) and then ask the AI about whatever I need. It does a good job of going through my data and giving me clear answers based on what I’ve saved.

What do you like best about the product?
Database hub for the business. I bought a template so it’s very organized and helpful to have one central location with everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. Some things are not really intuitive to do, the UI could be improved to help have an easier experience setting things up. It’s very overwhelming to start and that’s why I thought templates because there’s no way I would have been able to figure out our setup without it

Effortless Handbook Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion is very user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It doesn't feel like I could do anything wrong in the program. I'm able to use it piece by piece with subpages, which is great for making changes to specific sections of the handbook without needing to alter the entire document. This capability makes it much easier to find and update information. Additionally, organizing my handbook in Notion helps me keep everything in view, so I can easily see what's missing. The initial setup of Notion was extremely easy for me.

I use Notion to organize my handbooks with subpages, making it easy to update specific sections without altering the entire document. It helps me see what's missing, keeping everything in eyesight.
A Versatile Tool That Feels Like an Extension of My Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to run my entire business, and it covers everything from project management and knowledge management to inventory tracking and even a sales CRM. I love how it creates a singular source of truth for many things, allowing the team to collaborate in real time. The AI Writing Assistant is a game-changer, taking Notion from a 9 out of 10 to a 100 out of 10. It's incredibly powerful, creating and populating databases for me in seconds, and setting them up used to take me 15 to 20 minutes. I adore how Notion feels like an extension of my brain, letting it run free. Notion integrates seamlessly with our existing tools like our website, Slack, Google Suite, and Quickbooks Online, among others.
What do you dislike about the product?
If our company grows a lot more I think we would need to migrate to a more feature rich CRM but for our current size and lead volume it works great. Also Notion Calendar only allows for a max 3 day view in the mobile device which is insane making it unusable for our team.

I use Notion to run my entire business, creating a singular source of truth for collaboration, project management, knowledge management, and CRM. The AI Writing Assistant quickly populates databases, saving setup time and allowing my brain to run free.
