Very helpful for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with anyone is a huge bonus for my business, it allows my clients to review projects easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients need to create an account to edit a document, would like a feature where they can edit it as anonymous without creating an account

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for collaboration and organizing our team's data all in one central location. Our entire team uses it from the engineers to marketers to service technicians.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get messy at times if you aren't careful of how you organize data. Maybe a few tutorials on how specific data sets can be organized would benefit new Notion users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has been critical in helping bridge the gap our team has in marketing. As a sales person, I can focus more time on selling than on creating content because Notion AI can help generate it for us in concise yet industry-relevant terminology.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion strictly for its AI feature. The writing assistance feature is invaluable as a college student. I use it to improve my writing (fixing grammar, removing passive voice, shortening or lengthening a piece). I prefer Notion over Chat GPT because it doesn't write papers for me, just improves them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the deleting feature on Notion, it is difficult to delete a tab/section which is frustrating when I want to clear my main page. Also I would recommend fixing the pasting feature that splits up the writing into different sections which also makes it difficult to grab the entire piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me improve my writing, I use it mostly for editing papers that have minor grammar and syntax issues. I also benefit from Notion's translation features.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do everything you need with the app, from organizing your daily life, to your job. Its high versatility lets you make whatever is in your mind quickly. I especially like the fact that it is accessible from everywhere and that I use word or more cumbersome apps only at the very end of the process..
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to personalize the tables, for example, is not possible to put sub-pages inside a table. Moreover some tools looks a bit complicated. Plus I would love if there would be a way to make a "word friendly" version when exporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a laywer and I always had a ton of folder and subfolder. Now it is much easier to have everything I need in a single app and to manage it from there. Moreover AI is really helping me out in summarising text.

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing being able to organize everything the way that can only be done with notion. I've used it to manage my academic, professional, and personal life.

Sometimes databases take too long to load.

Being able to keep track of everything in one place vs having separate docs that are hard to find and out of date has made managing a university club much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The best parts about notion is the ultimate customization. You can control every aspect of your workspace and create spaces that work the best for you! Compared to other tools I would use notion over them all.

The least helpful tool is the website feature and share feature. When you share your document if someone wants to view it they need an account and that can be annoying because not everyone is on notion.

They are making it easier to get all types of things done all in one place. It can improve writing and contribute to research all in one place especially with AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I've found that the AI feature is most helpful for my work. I use notion to take notes, creating SOPs, and email campaigns. I use AI to help me with blocks and rephrase my writing.

I cannot think of anything I specifically dislike about Notion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slight bugs appear with formatting.
For example when one wants to type in an in-line code formatted chunk, but ends the tick character at the end, and then comes back to the start to add the character, the code does not get formatted.

Personal project management as well as a note taking app.

Amazing, powerful tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes document formatting and collaboration easy. My team and I have been using it for approximately 3 months now and couldn't imagine working without it. Much better than google docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early model of ChatGPT used in NotionAI. Although it is fast, it isn't as precise when synthesizing data and isn't as good at writing without sounding repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a designer who does a lot of research. Synthesizing data and quantifying it has never been easier. Coming up with takeaways from user interview transcripts has been a great help as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's really fast and easy to use, and provides me with the ability to manipulate the output by suggesting different things or adding more. It's better than ChatGPT because it's integrated into notion and understands the context of what's around it, without me needing to jump to something different.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the best at understanding context. I feel like I need to try multiple times to get it to say what I want it to say. Sometimes it provides too much context (for example, reiterating stuff that I've already written that it doesn't need to) which means I'm deleting a lot of the output and it makes it a bit cumbersome to use sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get stuff done faster! It helps with brainstorming, as it writes out thoughts or ideas easily that I can then build onto. It's really useful for writing technical specs and docs as well, which I do often when I'd like to spend my time writing code or designing systems instead of writing docs.
