Notion for note taking for a medical student - an invaluable resource
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the toggles, which help to provide an easy means of active recall
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bug with mac, where when the "find" toolbar is open, pressing the alt key (ie for other shortcuts) automatically redirects the cursor to this toolbar, which is a bit annoying and I am yet to receive an update from notion following my raising of this issue, otherwise impeccable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its able to easily provide great simple yet complex enough explanations for the purpose of revising for medical exams, and can rationalise a lot of the answers to the questions with the highest degree of accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for note-taking and planning. I use it extensively for taking notes and organisation. It is aesthetically pleasing and has a great format. I prefer it over any note-taking platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I can think of that bothers me in Notion is that you can't search multiple databases simultaneously. I think this would make a significant improvement if it were changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant is extremely helpful for a multitude of tasks. For example, when I have a large body of text and I would like it to be transformed into bullet points, it can do it far faster than I can!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been life changing. I love how I can use it as a note-taking tool, planning tool (both personal and professional!) and organizational tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing...I wish there was a way to consolidate task lists based on who the task is assigned to.

Strategic planning, content creation, daily planning, team organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create sources of truth that can be shared across the company I'm at. Not only does it allow for better documentation but it has improved our overall communication. The AI feature is now a game changer as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of icons mostly and I'd love for the tables and excel compatibility to be improved. Overall small things that will likely be addressed in the future. Overall very happy

Notion has created a streamlined repository for all of our documentation which was previously housed in Google docs. Everything is now searchable and it allows us to use ai to ensure we are documenting for the future.

I've been able to track so many of my life, career, and passion goals with the help of Notion.

The ability to customize more. Wish there were more colors but I'm a visual driven person!

I love how everything is synchornised in the same place, esaily accessible. I love all the options available by using different views on templates.

I don't like that you cannot create recurring events in the calendar.

Helping me to rewrite sentences, correct typos. I use it to synthethise academic essays or to propose plans.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is simple and the overall ui of the app is perfect for university notes, especially since i can access them wherever i am. Notes also look a lot cleaner

Would like more text customisation options and theres some function errors and glitches that are annoying to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the AI function a lot when i do uni lectures. I use it to ask questions regarding things i dont understand in my lectures. Being able to highlight sections and ask the ai about the highlighted sections is also a huge plus.

The editable nature of all platforms: the personalisation and the way I organise absolutely everything one there.

I dislike the lack of training in further personalisation, if there was a contactable chat or or some training videos of further personalisations and workflow optimisations that would be helpful

Task planning, content writing and organising any meeting notes, notion is useful in lots of ways but primarily the AI tool has become a daily use for myself now
