What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI and agents personalization is a game changer, all the AI functionalities are amazing. They also have offline mode now.

Permissions and granular permissions so enterprises can full benefit sharing with teams

The variety of blocks and templates offers many possibilities for creating and structuring content. Plus, syncing across devices is flawless, ensuring quick and easy access to my notes on the go. It is a very rich tool, especially for students, professionals who need to organize their demands and organization enthusiasts!

While Notion is an amazing tool, it's important to mention that its learning curve can be steep for first-time users. The artificial intelligence feature works very well, but seems more integrated with the service's own functions, such as creating lists, topics, etc. I also experienced having to redo the prompt a few times to receive the expected result. Also, another downside is that there is no way to sync your data and files locally. Backup can also seem confusing, in case you ever want to move to another service.

Notion's AI tool is being very useful for reorganizing quick texts and notes, like converting the temperature of a speech, for example. Keeping things organized for quick reference is also something I really appreciate.

We're using Notion for our engineering team and operation team from we started our company. From dev tasks management to expenses tracking or even customer database, Notion is the place for all of these. Super recommended for startups like us, you can save a lot of time and money to buy and learn multiple tools, because Notion can fulfill most of your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion app experience is not so great, it's too complicated to use on a small screen device. Really hoping that Notion team can put more effort into it. Everything else is just great from my experience.

The organization of notes by subject, date, or anything else you can dream of. It's quick and easy to create a note and keep it, and just as easy to find it. It's easy to share notes between databases, or share it with others. Then, each page can be embedded within others, or upgrated with all sorts of great blocks like images, tables, calendars, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep if you go into it without knowing what you want from it. The templates are great, but they're hidden on other sites or not clearly delineated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large amount of information in the form of articles, news clippings, documents, and just simple notes. It helps to organize them and keep it all in one place that is accessible.

I have been using Asana to work on my memos and proposals, and I appreciate how its AI functionality saves me time. Instead of waiting for inspiration to strike, I can start writing, confident that Notion will help me structure my text in the best possible way.

As my current main job is in English, while my mother tongue is Spanish, AI helps me a lot with my writing. I love the idea that everything is in the same place.
