Smooth Setup for a Master Task List with Easy, Day-Sorted Reminders

  • March 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have made a home page in notion which is a master task list of the projects inside it, so that i can add reminders in the different projects and see them in a single page sorted by days, with much ease. The implementation was smooth and i had not found any reasons to reach the customer support. I have yet to integrate it with any other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need Notion to be able to send notifications like the native app of mac like reminders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is combining the need for me to have a different notes app and a different reminders app to combine into one.

Flexibility and Collaboration at the Center of Documentation

  • March 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility I have with documents in Notion. The way we can share and collaborate on multiple documents is excellent, because, in the same tool, I can have a client base and manage shared feature rollouts. I can also create a base of ideas and initiatives, centralizing the work of squads in an easy and transparent way. The templates ensure that all documents in a given context have the same standard, greatly facilitating collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried several times to use Notion's AI to format my documents, but in the end, I ended up opting to paste externally so that ChatGPT could format them, so I understand that this could be a point of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize documents, share, and give visibility to work. It allows collaboration on multiple documents with flexibility in formats, something that other tools like Google Docs do not offer sufficiently.

Flexible, All-in-One Solution for Seamless Workflows

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion, especially the ability to create a bullet-pointed list on one page and a detailed spreadsheet on another. I can create a task manager with due dates and assign tasks to people. I also appreciate how I can create visually focused, educational pages and share them with others. Notion integrates smoothly with other resources and AIs, like GPT, which makes it a versatile tool for me. It feels like a Swiss Army knife, adapting to any need I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know, I think one thing that could be improved is when you create a new page or like a block, being able to find the correct block can sometimes be a pain. There's a lot of different options, which is awesome. But it also means you have to scroll down through a lot of different things in order to find the exact option that you want. And when I'm talking to somebody and I'm in the middle of something, it would not be nice if it was simplified or easier to find some of those different blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to connect my Salesforce environment and calendars, simplifying my workflow with one viewpoint. It organizes my calendar, integrates with CRM, and keeps everything neat, helping me see my day's schedule and follow up seamlessly.
