What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion consolidates all my work, whether it's resumes, job applications, notes, or project tracking, into a single platform. Its clean interface and AI capabilities assist me in brainstorming, customizing my resume, and staying organized throughout my job search, all without the need to juggle multiple tools. This has made my workflow much more efficient and has taken the stress out of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is incredibly powerful, but its flexibility can sometimes feel overwhelming. Building the right structure or template takes time, especially for new users. Also, large or complex pages can occasionally lag, which slightly slows down the workflow during heavy use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been invaluable in keeping me organized and efficient throughout my job search. It addresses the challenge of managing information that would otherwise be scattered across different places. With Notion, I can keep job descriptions, customize my resumes, monitor my applications, and get ready for interviews, all within a single workspace. The AI tools are especially helpful—they allow me to quickly summarize job postings, identify key skills, and rewrite content, which saves me hours of manual effort and ensures I maintain consistency across every application.

The sites and forms lag and are slow I would like better mobile user friendly ease of use on mobile.

This centralization is incredibly beneficial for us as it keeps essential information accessible for everyone. I like how easy it is to ask Notion AI a question and get tasks done seamlessly, such as setting up a hub or creating a landing page. These tasks become incredibly straightforward, saving me a lot of time and effort. The task management feature stands out significantly, helping me streamline my business efficiently. I value how easy and streamlined Notion makes my work processes, making it a tool I'd consider purchasing again. Overall, its vast capabilities and user-friendliness are tremendous assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that Notion's image management capabilities are lacking, particularly as an artist who would like to use it as an image database, which it currently does not support. Additionally, the formula function in Notion is not as intuitive as I would prefer. I have struggled with its complexity, leading to a reluctance in writing many formulas, which suggests it could be improved for better usability.

I use Notion to create a robust project management system that the entire team can utilize, streamlining our workflows and centralizing information access, which greatly benefits our business by making tasks easier and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibilty to organize data in different ways. Notion AI is great for transcribing meetings spoken in Macedonian language.

Nothing in particular stands out. It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut for creating a new page

Notion has proven to be very dependable. I have been using it for several years, relying on it to store data, manage my productivity, plan my life, and much more.

One downside is that the available payment options restrict how much I can use the AI.

I find the setup process for Notion quite challenging due to the steep learning curve. Initially, I had no idea how to set it up, especially when it came to using different templates. This made it hard to start right away. Also, the inability to integrate Notion with my work email due to institutional restrictions is a limitation.

I find Notion’s format and AI features beneficial for my daily work, helping correct grammar mistakes, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively with its calendar and to-do list.
Notion AI Streamlines My Workflow, But Needs Audio and Calendar Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI generates transcripts for all my meetings and then provides summaries, key details, and action items. I also really appreciate being able to bring all my calendars into Notion so that I can view everything at a glance. Notion AI has helped me build my databases using natural language, and since I wasn't very familiar with the platform at first, this made it much easier to get started and learn quickly. Now, I use it for everything, both work and personal tasks, and even for managing my finances. I can simply ask Notion AI questions about any content in my workspace, making it incredibly fast and convenient to find important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate an audio feature that lets me listen to my pages whenever I want. Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have the Notion calendar accessible directly within the Notion app.

Keeps Me Organized, But Needs Better Spelling Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! I love the it can search my entire workspace and keeps me organized.

I don't love that it won't update spelling corrections.

Notion saves us tons of time by storing our business SOPs and Processes. It's the system where we store all of our team and business information. It save us tons of time by allowing us to easily find the information in seconds.

I love using Notion because it vastly improves my efficiency as it allows our systems to capture a lot of insight and information about the tools and resources needed on a daily basis. It helps me as a seller to retrieve information swiftly without going through the hassle of asking various people for the same information, thus allowing me to work much faster. I also appreciate Notion’s search functionality, which is incredibly useful for finding previously recorded information, and the feature to easily create projects and tasks. The ease of use is another compelling aspect, making it straightforward to set up and navigate. Moreover, I love that Notion’s system can interpret what I'm asking for, even if I'm not initially clear in my query, which is incredibly helpful in some instances. Lastly, the overall ease with which it integrates into my work means that even as I use other tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Count, Notion remains a reliable hub for various functionalities.

I find the integration with other tools like Salesforce and Slack lacking. It's difficult to seamlessly incorporate these tools into my workflow with Notion, which hinders my ability to fully utilize all the resources and capabilities available across different platforms.

I find Notion speeds up my workflow by capturing essential data and insights, allowing me to easily access and gather information without unnecessary communication hurdles.
Great AI Product
What do you like best about the product?
It has made working so much easier, I am able to not focus on writing more and become more involved in conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I start the meeting on Teams early and fire up notion it will Pause the meeting intake and I will have no notes afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing me to have deeper conversations with clients and allows me to not be writing notes the whole meeting.
