Insane Flexibility: Clean UI, Powerful Databases, and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is insane. You can build literally anything — from a simple personal to-do list to a complex CRM for the whole company. I absolutely love the database features and the seamless integration with tools like Slack and Google Drive. The UI is incredibly clean and distraction-free. Also, their new AI features are actually pretty solid for summarizing meeting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you can build anything, starting from scratch can be super overwhelming. If you don't use templates, setting up a good workspace takes a lot of trial and error. Also, the mobile app is still a bit clunky and slow compared to the desktop version. It’s hard to do quick edits on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have our company docs scattered across Google Docs, Trello, and Jira. Notion brought everything into one single source of truth. It saves us hours every week because nobody has to ask "Hey, where is that onboarding document?" anymore. It completely streamlined our team collaboration.

I like the speed of the application and the organization that it provides me and my workflows. Also, the meeting transcribing feature is very, very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used OneNote for years, I would like to have the ability to directly import OneNote notebooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The meeting transcribing feature is essential to my workflow since I work on various meeting platforms (Zoom and Teams). Transcribing the meetings allows me to greater engage with the clients and internal team members rather than typing my notes.
Effortless Note Organization with Powerful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's AI features, including the AI assistant that lets me stay within my notes without needing to switch screens and ask questions about my content. I find the meeting transcript feature super convenient as it automatically detects when I have a meeting and starts transcribing, summarizing, and keeping a raw transcript. I also like the integration with Google accounts. Notion's initial setup was very easy due to its interactive tutorials and the intuitive, straightforward interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think easier toggling between my work Notion account and my personal Notion account as well as the ability to link multiple accounts, my personal and work accounts, so I can have multiple email accounts in calendars, etcetera. And use AI with all of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to access notes across devices with different structures. The AI and service integrations help me summarize work automatically, enhancing my productivity.

Effortless Organization with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for taking and sharing notes. The search function is strong, which really helps in organizing my notes efficiently. I enjoy the integrations with other platforms because it makes the experience clean and interactive. The uncluttered interface stands out to me as a major positive. Integrating tables is easy and they don't get weird formatting or constrained to page limits like in some other tools. The initial setup of Notion was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not yet 100% clear on navigating the pages I have created, maybe too used to traditional file systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing notes efficiently with its strong search function and integrations with other platforms, making it clean and interactive. It simplifies note-taking and sharing.
Intuitive Project Management with Customizable UI

I love the UI and how customizable the UX is for stakeholders that I want to share my particular page with. Tracking is easier, and it's a good file management platform. The initial setup was very easy for me, and I loved how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe better integration with 3rd parties. Also for the export feature to include Docx option.

Versatile Yet Challenging with AI Perks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the mix of flexible and structured elements in Notion, allowing me to do a lot within the format and databases. I also appreciate the AI assistance, as I can just dump all my ideas onto a page and ask it to organize them for me. And I like AI agents, even though I'm still figuring out how to use them more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is very steep for Notion. When I first downloaded it, I was very confused and didn't end up using it. Even later on, it remained very challenging and takes time to learn. There's a lot of resources available, which is nice, but sometimes you just don't know what exactly you're looking for because there are hidden gems, basically. It's not easy to get started with all the capabilities, and it's hard to figure out what you actually want. I started with templates, and even though it's been working out okay, I still have to figure out the way that works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me manage everything in one place with automations and AI assistance, which is great for my solo business.
