Streamlined Project Management, Versatile Yet Complex

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fairly easy it is to switch between projects and different tasks in Notion. I work on three different project management boards, and being able to switch between different dashboards and tasks while having everything organized in one place is really useful for me. It was actually very easy to set up Notion for project management, tasks, and social media posts. Even though Notion can be very complex with many features, for the things I use it for, it was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little complicated to use the platform. There's just too many features. It would be nice if there's a little bit more of a basic mode, but I know that takes some learning to do, for Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keep everything organized, provides tasks, and lets me have everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the search bar in Notion. All you need to do is write maybe a word, and it directs you to it right away, whether it's in a paragraph or a folder. It's easy to search things, which makes it so much easier to maneuver stuff when you're on a call or on chat with a patient. Notion is very organized, and even if you're not tech-savvy, it's very easy to use. My coworkers and I find it easily editable, and it's super helpful in our workday. Also, the initial setup was very, very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my work info, making it accessible without bothering others. It's intuitive, even for non-techies, and the search feature is great for quickly finding details during calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Notion, making organizing documents a breeze. The AI chat feature is also something I really enjoy, and everything generally works really well. Setting it up initially was very easy too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its ease of use, classy UI, and how they handle feature updates. It's very clean, intuitive, and professional, even for presentations. The platform offers a delightful experience and has become my default go-to for everything. The navigation is very easy, making it simple to invite people for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike. Looking forward to trying out the AI capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion really helpful for tracking account status and enjoy its ease of use. I love that I can create databases and link templates to each account, and I appreciate being able to post my notes and create Kanban boards all in one place. Notion provides a universal view for each client, which is fantastic. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm really pleased with its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any but I would say perhaps some direct integration to Zoom or Meet that can pull transcripts from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create templates, track account status, post meeting notes, and provides a universal view for each client, consolidating dispersed information all in one place.

Versatile Tool with Improving Features

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the database feature in Notion, it's what I use most often, and I appreciate that it's always improving. The user interface is always taken into account, making it easier for me to use Notion and have everything in one place instead of using different applications. I use the AI feature to transcribe and summarize my meeting notes, which helps me be more efficient. The database tool is great for organizing my tasks and projects. As a traveler, I find the map tool invaluable for organizing and showing where I have traveled and linking that to my projects. I also like how I can link everything, from meeting notes to projects and task lists. This helps me organize my information much better for reporting and showing my contributions. I use Notion databases to keep our price list updated, which makes the process much more time-efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice the speed at which the content loads has improved, but there are still some little bugs here and there. For instance, when I'm in the project task view looking by category, and it's in a board view of the tasks and projects, if I go to insert a place or location, my cursor jumps to the title, which is a bug I'd like to report and have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's AI to transcribe and summarize meetings. The database helps organize tasks, projects, and travel. It's efficient for managing our price list, reducing manual updates. Everything is connected, which improves my reporting and workflow.

Exceptional Flexibility but Improvements Required for Databases

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the whole of Notion, especially for its flexibility. I find it to be a modular tool that allows you to do a lot of things and offers the freedom to go far if I want to. For example, I have used formulas and more advanced features than others I work with, who sometimes use simpler and more basic things. I love databases, they work well as long as there isn't too much information inside. As a freelancer, I really manage everything with Notion, and it's a tool that I consider reliable and powerful, which doesn't have as many bugs compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clearly, databases don't work very well as soon as there are many entries in a database; it's heavy, it doesn't load. As a freelancer, I can't always easily duplicate the pages I've created while working with the agency. The home section is not very clear. I don't really see how to create a dashboard that truly fits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralize documents and links like Google Drive and Figma, structure information for stakeholders, write my interview guides, and save time with templates. It's a powerful and flexible tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall usability of Notion and how flexible it can be. It's great that it allows people to submit requests in an organized manner. I value the integrations as they let us automatically have information come in, which keeps us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I have challenges with the transcribing tool in the past. The main issue with the transcribing tool is that it's not able to hear other people on a call, at least that's what I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing tasks and ticketing. It allows people to submit requests to us in an organized manner and integrations help us have information come in automatically, keeping us organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has genuinely changed how I manage projects and personal knowledge. What stands out most is how it removes the need to juggle five different tools, I can keep my roadmap, my docs, my task tracker, and my team handbook all in one place. There is so much ease of use with great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steeper than it looks. Offline support is also very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, it replaced my daily planner, my project tracker, and my reading list aap, which adds up to real time savings.
