Flexible and Powerful Databases

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and intuitive. The database feature is incredibly powerful, it's definitely the app's biggest strength, and there are many integrations with 3rd party services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app often feels slow and sluggish, especially on pages with a large amount of objects. There's also no way to disable AI features in Notion. If you don't use them, they often get in the way and ruin the overall experiance of using the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as our internal Knowledge Base and database store. Because of Notion's flexibility, it can be adapted to almost any usecase imaginable. It allowed us to replace several other 3rd party tools, and keep all our internal information centralized in one place.

This platform is a combination of note-taking and project management with databases. It has blocks for everything that we can easily drag and drop to rearrange our work. What I like the best is its pre- built templates to set up pages instantly.

Even though it has many features but there is a lack font choices which is important for designing.

It serves as a brain storming platform that tracks everything easily and saves a lot of time with countless features. It also has AI to summarize notes, and help in improving the written text.

Customizable, Clean Interface with Minor Export Hiccups

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is so customizable and has a much cleaner interface than many other systems I've tried, even simple notes apps. It's nice, neat, and tidy, and allows you to make it anything you wanna make. I like that you can export projects in a visually appealing manner and publish them to the web. The tagging function is great, and I really appreciate the ability to create databases I actually use, even for simple tasks like grocery shopping. Working with the AI assistant to craft a way to check and uncheck what I need is a fantastic feature I didn't find on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would really like to be able to just print the notebooks that I have on Notion for ease of communicating, like household project management and things like that. It's not as print-friendly unless I'm really trying manually to configure it. The export is sometimes wonky and just takes some extra time to make it into something that's more digestible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for household management, business content creation, and creative projects. Its AI assistant saves time configuring projects without endless tutorials. I enjoy its customization, clean interface, and love creating navigable databases. It's great for my note-taking and project exports.

A Powerful Knowledge Management and Organization Tool

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an extremely flexible tool for organizing information, documentation, and collaboration in one place. The block based structure makes it easy to create pages that combine text, databases, checklists, tables, and embedded content. This flexibility allows teams to build custom workflows for documentation, project management, or knowledge sharing.

I also appreciate how easy it is to organize content with nested pages and linked databases. Collaboration features work smoothly, allowing multiple people to edit and comment in real time. Overall, it provides a very clean and intuitive interface that makes managing internal documentation and knowledge bases much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is very flexible, that flexibility can sometimes lead to inconsistent structures if teams don’t define clear organization standards. As workspaces grow, navigating large amounts of content can become more difficult. Performance can also slow down slightly when pages contain very large databases or heavy embedded content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize documentation, notes, and internal processes in one shared platform. Instead of spreading information across multiple tools or documents, everything can be organized in a structured workspace that is easy for the team to access and update. This improves knowledge sharing, reduces duplication of information, and makes it easier for team members to stay aligned.

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much I can do on a single platform. I can organize my entire life in one place without having to jump back and forth between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be tricky at times. I’ve spent longer than I expected just trying to get things to look the way I want, or to place them exactly where I want them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep all my information on a single platform, so I no longer have to jump back and forth between different places. It saves me time and makes everything feel easier and simpler overall.
