Streamlines Information Management, Needs Desktop App Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion to be user-friendly, which makes it easier to save a lot of information and keep track of stuff that really helps with our company's daily activities. It also allows me to access information quickly and organize it in different types of folders, which I feel is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app doesn't open, but it freezes on my computer and some of my coworkers' computers too. So we rather use it on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to record meetings, create and share SOPs, and structure our company processes. It helps save and organize information, making it accessible and easy to track daily activities, which benefits our team's efficiency.
Flexible Like LEGO Bricks, But Hard to Keep Up With New Features
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible and has a lot of ways you can use it. Like giving you a multitude of lego bricks in different shapes and sizes that you can use to build as you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to see the newest features. Say, I really looked into Notion and its features around 2024, but haven't kept up with the newest stuff they have. I don't know what the answer is--a place to review features? A refresher look?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team first explored Notion as a task/project management tool as well as a note-taking repository.

I find Notion easy to use, especially for documentation. I like Notion AI and the search capabilities which work really well for me. The initial setup was very easy too.

I am frustrated with tables in Notion, as they don't work very well in documents. I would like there to be a functionality similar to Excel within Notion, especially for table formatting.

Everything works how I want it to. The automations could be better as the triggers are limited. The AI is cool but I wish it wasn't an add on.
