Seamless Transition and Top-Tier AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Notion provides a balance of readability and consumability between humans and AI. It's great that we can create pages in a traditional wiki-like structure and also have embedded databases. Having hidden pages with long-form data dumps is another feature I like. I'm optimistic about having the best of both worlds in terms of readability for both AI and the human members of my team. I also find the compatibility with cloud integration impressive, which allows me to have AI-ready articles and content right within Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having some challenges with Notion. I would love for Notion calendar to be integrated into Notion MCPs so that Claude can get a better sense of what's on my calendar across multiple devices and platforms. That alone would be a huge win for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solved our issues with Confluence by providing a more user-friendly platform for structured data and AI integration. It feels more human with features like emojis, and its integration with Cloud AI is a significant enhancement for my workflows.
Effortless Task Management with AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI writing assistant in Notion can create things for you when you ask it to, which is really neat because I can tell it exactly what I want. If I want a chart made with certain columns, it'll do it for me, which is really nice so I don't have to manually create it myself from scratch. The initial setup of Notion was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that there isn't a feature to highlight a row, which Excel does have. That's really the main thing that makes me a little annoyed with Notion. I think that would be a very helpful feature if it was added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a visual view of my daily tasks, helping me check things off, track meetings, and remember people I need to follow up with.
Great AI Transcription and a Handy Notion Calendar
What do you like best about the product?
The AI transcription is good, and I also like the Notion calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with a student subscription, I still can’t use all the Notion features, and there are limits on using the AI tool. On top of that, the Windows app also seems to load very slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot, especially with the Notion calendar. I just have to add my syllabus, and Notion AI retrieves the necessary information for my courses, like due dates and other important details across different classes. It’s made my work organization feel one step ahead every time.
Incredibly Useful Meeting Notes and Summaries

The meeting notes and summaries are so useful

Sometimes slow. Also, you can't access the audio of a meeting after it's transcribed and summarized

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's easy-to-use AI that is very intuitive and doesn't give me silly responses. It helps me create databases to house specific information and calculates formulas for me. I love how it suggests ways to organize information without needing multiple inputs. I also find it extremely easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had a reminder feature for tasks and a better way to pull in specific details, like if I wanted specific details on a school for a book fair reach out.

I love how Notion simplifies my daily tasks with its AI. It saves me time and effort, allowing me to focus on bigger things and ensuring a smoother workflow. I appreciate that I can ramble to the AI, and it still generates everything I need, often offering more than what I've asked for. It's brilliant. I highly recommend Notion AI to many people because it integrates well with my invoicing system, emails, calendar, and more. The initial setup was easy, even for people with little to no technical skill, and it streamlined my entire OS.

I think the pricing could be different for small businesses and personal use. It can be difficult to find plans that fit those needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion helps me edit each page to make it eye-catching, easier to study, and offers memory tips with the AI assistant. I love how much I can customize each page in very creative ways. It's also great that I can access it anywhere. The initial setup was very easy, and the interface is easy to navigate. It's a fantastic tool as a study system, diary, or journal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use the share option. It's just not something I find myself needing. There are options to collaborate and share notions with people. I never need to do that.

Notion helps me edit pages to make them eye-catching and easier to study. I love customizing pages creatively and accessing them anywhere. The interface is easy to navigate, making setup simple.

Notion AI could communicate more. There really needs to be in-app mail and messaging for it to be a TRUE all-in-one, single source of truth platform.
