What do you like best about the product?
+ Notion provides a universal way to manage knowledge, notes, and thoughts. I use Notion for work, class, personal finance

- The benefit of the paid account seem not clear to me. I paid monthly subscription for Notion 2 years ago It's similar to the free tier now.

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI, the all-in-one system and many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't center the content on the table; sometimes the data is not synced correctly. Some tools for editing text (like Words or Doc) would be a great idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion obviates the need for any other apps. I mean, I don't need to switch between app to app to perform a task. And that makes me feel satisfied
Very useful tool with a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to store information, and it has a lot of useful templates to choose from. I like the different integrations with other apps and the option to have different team spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
How to use Notion properly is not very intuitive and comes over time. There could be more of a how-to guide and maybe best practices. I also think there should be more templates for complex project management and the timeline view could need an overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good single source of truth and helps teams to organize their projects. It's easy to share pages with others, even if they are outside your team.
Best asynchronous collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
As noted in StackOverflow survey 2022, Notion is by far the most loved asynchronous collaboration tool. It eases managing notes and information, yourself and as a team or group.
There are endless of useful features, including LLM, KaTeX, mermaid, etc. integrated within Notion.

What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes load contents (somewhat) slowly. For example, Database page with 300+ entries will take seconds to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works as knowledge base. I manage my vast amount of notes using Notion, using rich features like page link, inline KaTeX, etc.
AI Writing Assistant is helpful for brainstorming ideas. It sees subpages so that I don't have to write prompt myself.

Best writing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Rich text, database, plug-in, ai, a lot of things
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing is very slow and disconnects frequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The combination of notion and ai greatly facilitates writing and improves efficiency, but still the AI has some shortcomings, for example it may always repeat it's sentences, and it's support for chinese is not very good, sometime even your whole document is written in chinese, when you type continue writing, it still give you english output.
I'll keep some logs of myself with notion.

Notion AI.When I don't have any inspiration or the sentences don't make sense, I let the AI polish it for me.The AI will give me good inspiration, and the content that has been polished by him will be smooth, which is what I like the most.

It's just a personal opinion, don't care, what I don't like about Notion is that Notion can't provide some common templates, such as when writing some professional documents, it is better to provide a template

Notion solved it for me when I was not inspired, AI would give me some good advice, and at the same time, because I used to record articles with md, but I couldn't show it to others in normal times, and Notion solved this problem for me very well.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to express my appreciation for Notion. Here are the reasons why I like it:
1. Notion has all the necessary tools to create any mental ecosystem. I have not reached a limit where I say, "No, I can't do this in Notion" for my needs.
2. It is simple, aesthetic, and humble.
3. The AI of Notion has been a cosmic leap in productivity for me. With creativity, organization, and an understanding of AI's general capabilities and limitations, I have been able to do wonders, saving me not hours but days of work. And it is so fast that it never ceases to amaze me. It is simply extraordinary.
4. Notion has made my life more comfortable, efficient, and effective. Sometimes I can't believe I have so much free time when I could be busy, but I have been able to delegate all kinds of tasks.
5. I have connected with friends who have also learned to use it daily, and I am surprised by the joint creativity that we achieve to improve our spaces and give each other ideas to create new ones.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate Notion's many options for creating, I sometimes worry that I might miss out on better ways to do things. I wish that there were suggestions and step-by-step instructions within Notion itself so that I wouldn't have to go to external sources to learn. Unfortunately, I don't have the time for that.
Additionally, the load times on my phone can be pretty slow, even though I have reduced the amount of information on each page. I understand that more information will naturally require more time to load, but it would be great if Notion could be a bit faster on my mobile device. Nevertheless, despite the slower load times, I still find Notion to be very useful on my phone. It may also be because my data speed is not the highest in the world.

Notion has solved a lot of problems for me. Firstly, it has given me more time to do the things I love - I'm talking hours here. Secondly, it has given me a sense of organization that just oozes out of me. Even when not using Notion, I can keep my life organized because it has become second nature. Thirdly, it helps me start writing and even structure my thoughts when I'm struggling for whatever reason. Fourthly, I have been able to systematize things that I never thought I could. It has helped me think better about how to manage all kinds of information. Lastly, it gives me peace of mind and hope about the systems I will have to take my life to another level in all its dimensions. I am thrilled with Notion!

Notion Ai is the best. Notion AI can help me do almost 80% work.

Notion not that easy to get familiar with. There are still some study costs.

Notion helps me to set up the framing stuff, and I just need to put the right content in.
Notion Ai is my favorite writing tool out there, and I tried them all!

I love how easy and flexible it is. With Ai connected I can easily create Outlines, ask questions, get ideas, and much more all on the page I'm working on. I can separate everything easily with having ai turn it into a table.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know if there is anything I dislike persay. I do however wish there would be some drag and drop options, or instead some pre made database's and relations, to make it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing a book and before Notion and Notion Ai, my notes and research was scattered. Now I'm organized, I don't get writers block, and I have help with my writing and style.
