Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organize everything in one place which helps me be more productive. Also, love the fact that I can make it so aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything particularly but I am sure there are more tools that can be added to make it more accessible and I am looking forward to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have got all my stuff there. And as a student it becom3s so easier to navigate through assignments, notes, calender, upcoming events all 8n one app.
Best business and personal productivity suite
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion since it first came out and it's been nothing of awesomeness. I use it for business, personal and ministry work. The possibilities are endless. I recommend it to everyone I meet that needs a good productivity tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I'm having is that when I create templates for tables, and populate a table, if at any time in the future I want to update the template with new functionality, all the other entries remain old. I'd have to go to every old entry and update the pages manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my brain, keeping track of business and having a central place of productivity. I no longer need 5 apps to do one thing.

What do you like best about the product?
I've compared many different digital solutions notion is the cleanest and simplest to share with people that aren't fully up to speed with the tech integration. Simultaneously also giving me masses of customisability band then displaying it in a user friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small niggles, but nothing but I would bother getting upset about enough not to use it if I wanted something with a slightly more preprogrammed organised features and there are other applications out there, that notion would lose. What makes it notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using the AI, quite heavily degenerate, outlines, too complex ideas, for putting my words in a different tone or format. I have a number of different teams that I work with a create databases to create kPIs and other ways to report and share information

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has many amazing features that allow you to structure and customise everything to how you like it. Ease of accessibility across all devices helps me view information on the go. This is truely an incredible program for students, I've been recommending it to all of my friends, many people ask me about notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion requires a steep learning curve to understand how to use all the tools. I've been using notion for over a year now and I still only know a small fraction of the program. One feature I would love to see be improved is when you create a table for information but you can't place your information into bullet points or paste in images too similar to how you would in Microsoft Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that notion helps me with organising all of my university content in one place. I can structure and organise all the information into different pages so I can keep track of everything.
Makes projects a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an incredibly powerful and versatile tool that can be customized to fit many different needs. I find myself using it constantly throughout the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you can do so much with it, sometimes it's unclear exactly what Notion's capabilities are. It would be nice to see real world examples of how others use this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager Notion allows me to easily keep track of my projects as well as who is working on them, status updates, and any other relevant information.
Good help with notes, writing and structuring
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows keeping the notes on the research progress in a structured manner, and the simplicity of format will make using these tools intuitive quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does not allow working flexibly with some formats, like screenshots, while this is often one of the quickest ways to store information, apart from sketchy note-taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant works well with making lists, tables and flexibly summarising the content in the text form, from one phrase to one page and back. Summarising the literature is very convenient, as well as looking for best explanation of complex scientific terms. Some downside of the present AI tool for research is in the actual literature search. For instance, if you request a list of most suitable papers on a certain subject, the AI delivers a comprehensive list of references and can give you links. However, when attempting to retrieve this literature from the internet, the links are often outdated, and these papers are difficult to find in different systems, such as Google Scholar or Academia. So that, working with text and obtaining summaries for the papers you already have in full-text is easier than finding new sources.

While Notion offers many benefits, it can be intimidating at first and has a steep learning curve. To fully understand its range of capabilities, it's recommended to follow a tutorial at the beginning.

Notion is a powerful tool that can help users solve a variety of information management problems, including information overload, scattered information, inefficient workflows, lack of collaboration, poor organization, and limited functionality. Notion allows users to organize their information in a clear and structured way, create custom workflows, collaborate with others, and customize pages, databases, and templates to fit their specific needs.
I'm still unlocking the power - but wow!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it most to help with improving my writing and cleaning up complex items. I'm still learning how to use the power of the tool to generate Notion features such as lists and databases. At this point, I would say I use the AI tools at least two or three times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, this is more of a comment about me than the tool, and that is, I still need to learn more about how to make the most of the prompts to unlock the power of the AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my second brain. I have a million items to juggle and Notion helps me keep track of EVERYTHING! I maintain databases of all of my projects, people, and priorities and link them up through the relational tools.
Best organisational software!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and organise all my notes in one place. Fantastic knowledge base for me university studies and revision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the notion AI to better integrate with features of notion e.g integrating the toggle feature into the AI's writing.

Great for organising and storing my notes neatly in one place. The AI specifically helps me to generate questions and answers to use to revise content from for my university exams.
Game changer with the way we work
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create groups and endless subgroups within. Then having database systems I enjoy looking at all topped off with AI that helps me with my writing and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could sync my Google Calender in a fast easy way so i'm not having to manage double diaries. I wish you could add your own colours to text, text boxes, backgrounds etc and I wish the AI could scan attached documents the way it can embedded content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One great example is that i'm now able to create protocols with ease thanks to the AI assistant, and then I can share them with the rest of the team so we're covered and all in alignment.
