Notion AI has been very helpful.
It saves me time by summarizing key points as well as translating them into Japanese.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want the highlighted part to be translated into Japanese, but the entire page is translated into Japanese, and sometimes the intention is not conveyed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a translation tool, it summarizes the points at the same time as accuracy when I translate Japanese, so it contributes to the efficiency of my work by simultaneously translating and summarizing Japanese.
Notion: Best app to keep you organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can use Notion to organize my day-to-day tasks and make sure that all my workflows and processes are documented. And their AI feature helped me a lot in terms of making my workflow faster. I let AI generate some documents for me and from there I just review and revise the document accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if there's something I dislike about Notion. I've been using it for 3 years now and I don't think I'd stop using it any time soon. Even if the company I'm working for isn't using Notion, I still use it to document everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of documentation / no central repository for documents – I use Notion to have a central repository for all of our documentation. Moreover, because of its ease of use, it's easier to create documents rather than using MS Word or Google Doc.
Notion is the all-in-one tool I use every single day.

The fact that it is completely customizable. I can make it exactly what I need it to be for my own life and business.

I am sometimes limited by what the app can do when working with relations and formulas.

Notion is providing a space to organize everything in my life. It is also building a community of people who are passionate about this tool and who want to share with each other.

I love notion because it allows me to organize every single aspect of my life, it helps stay organized and find everything i need in one place. I don't need to keep using a lot of different apps to help track my notes and information, and I can easily separate the information and put it into categories to help me better. I just love it

I wouldn't say I specifically dislike this but the formulas are not so user friendly, I'm still learning how to use them so I may need to revisit once I do figure it out

It's helping me save all my valuable information in one place. As a manager I need to constantly provide information to my teams and sometimes I do not have the words or the proper tone I want to use and Notion has been an incredible help
A great alternative to ChatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Notion in my day-to-day programming.
It is more convenient than chatGPT because it transcribes everything into a document and you can have it saved for review whenever you want.
It is also much faster and never has any delays or bugs.

The only thing to note is that sometimes you have to ask him several times until you find the answer that comes closest to your question and that the question does not stay saved as it does in chatGPT.

It solves programming problems for me. I pass him the code which is giving me failures and he gives me an alternative solution which, for the most part, is the best solution for me.

Having everything in one place to write my courses, emails and video scripts is been a game changer!

Sometimes I wish there was more memory to go back and edit your Ai commands or results.

Helping me fix my spelling, improve my writing using the correct tone.

What do you like best about the product?
I get bored with static tech solutions quickly. I've abandoned multiple apps and programs looking for that productivity app that holds tasks, strategy, billing, CRM etc. in one place. With Notion, I've found a space not only for all of these things and more but also a space that I can customize, modify, add relational databases and more. It is essentially my own personal app to develop however I choose!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is wonderful but doesn't work well if you don't give it attention daily. It's only as good as the data we put into it. Catching up in notion after a few busy days can be a challenge!

Organizing my service-oriented education business to reflect ALL current projects with multiple timelines or one large timeline for all projects at once. For a one-person shop, knowing what the next action is for each project and how it relates to workloads from other clients is invaluable

The whole feature of Notion AI itself and the ability to just add the response and results directly to the file itself

It sometimes shares data that is inconsistent, it rarely happens but ofcourse AI is ever evolving

Notion AI was able to help me cut down hours, days and even weeks worth of work, it made me more productive and creative when writing. It helped our business to grow and give us more and more client because of its help

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this app can organize my work and personal life! I also really enjoy using the calendar feature to organize deadlines that are of importance and it helps me manage my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the graphics can be a bit dull. I would like to see more font options, as well as editing features that are catered to presentation and design. I find that it is hard sometimes to find things by category.

Notion is solving the problem of writing blog articles by taking a large amount of information and condensing it into a readable and less wordy summary. I like that the content is easily digestible.
