What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best productivity app ever. Every day the notion team add new valuable and awesome features. Is the best way to organize IA answers and work with text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm delighted with the product. The only problem is that the performance sometimes becomes slow, but not often. In general, the app works well. Another problem is the paying system. It displays pop-ups with no messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion as my second brain. I use it in my daily work as a knowledge base to study at weekends. Also, to manage projects in a job as a volunteer, with other volunteers.

I'm really not a big fan of the notion calendar, it's underfeatured and I have yet to find a reliable way to be syncing all my calendars to one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves centrallizing places for knowledgebase, project management, and project tracking. It's made me much more on task and productive understanding what me and my team are doing, and what we are looking for next.

What do you like best about the product?
I find helpful that it can provide a wide range of tools for you to create your document or blog or even to have your company information. And gives you a space that's very easy going for the eye and the non-experiented people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I think for me, the AI is very intuitive, and very helpful but sometimes it gets repetitive and recently didn't allow me to run certain prompts, like if my money wasn´t good enough to be using the service in any way I want or like...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, is helping with a lot of questions I have about legal, goverment and related issues. It's helping me save a lot of time! And I can focuse on other tasks!

It is a very rich tool, especially for students, professionals who need to organize their demands and organization enthusiasts!

While Notion is an amazing tool, it's important to mention that its learning curve can be steep for first-time users. The artificial intelligence feature works very well, but seems more integrated with the service's own functions, such as creating lists, topics, etc. I also experienced having to redo the prompt a few times to receive the expected result. Also, another downside is that there is no way to sync your data and files locally. Backup can also seem confusing, in case you ever want to move to another service.

Notion's AI tool is being very useful for reorganizing quick texts and notes, like converting the temperature of a speech, for example. Keeping things organized for quick reference is also something I really appreciate.

We're using Notion for our engineering team and operation team from we started our company. From dev tasks management to expenses tracking or even customer database, Notion is the place for all of these. Super recommended for startups like us, you can save a lot of time and money to buy and learn multiple tools, because Notion can fulfill most of your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion app experience is not so great, it's too complicated to use on a small screen device. Really hoping that Notion team can put more effort into it. Everything else is just great from my experience.
