What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about this tool is the ability to access all necessary information without having to switch between different browsers. I can conveniently take notes and locate information on the same page. Notably, as someone who frequently writes for business, I used to jot down rough notes in Notion and then transfer them to another application for editing. Now, I find that using this tool helps me to refine my language right here in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides to it, but it would certainly be beneficial if you could make it a bit more presentable. Keeping it all white can be quite dull. Moreover, I personally would appreciate the addition of a whiteboard feature within the same application. This would enable me to brainstorm with my team and map out various ideas more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I previously mentioned, this tool enables me to consolidate all of my work in one convenient location, making it much easier to manage. I find myself utilizing the AI feature frequently for writing tasks due to the convenience it provides in comparison to other applications.

It help organised, and AI option helps to save a lot of time when I need to generate ideas for my blog or social media post
Multiple applications rolled into one
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different features and how i can group each part of my job together. I have been using the AI tool to help me with idea generation and as a new feature to see how far it can go and i am very impressed by it. This is my favourite thing about notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
This has only happened to me once, so it's not so much a dislike more so an annoying thing, but the other day the page wouldn't load at all and i was in the middle of a research project with all of my notes on notion. The other thing is when i highlight a chunk of text it sometimes doesn't let me, but again not so much a dislike more just a little irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast paced idea generation if i have to present some basic ideas for a project but only have a couple, i love how the AI assistant helps me get there with other ideas that i then expand on and can work with. In general, having my own personal documents all in one place helps me not lose anything important where it doesn't need to be on our central hub.
Notion has made my entire workday run like a well-oiled machine
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's organization, scheduling, and AI abilities make my workday so much easier. I use the Mac app to keep track of deadlines, schedule my week, make notes, and AI to create briefs. I also love that I can add GIFs to my work homepage to keep a great balance between work function and these adorable additions that keep my mood up throughout the day — no boring pages for me with Notion!
Other organization or AI tools that I've tried do not function for the way I work and the way my ADHD brain processes things, but with Notion, I'm able to stay on top of everything and produce content that is above and beyond that any other tools have been able to assist with. Notion for the win!

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some Notion AI answers are less than perfect, but I appreciate that the AI is new and still learning. I have also been able to use Notion help suggestions to tailor my AI requests properly and get the best results possible, for the scope of the AI's knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves all of my scheduling and notetaking problems, and I no longer have dozens of Google Docs that get lost on my Drive. Instead, I have a main hub on Notion for all of my work projects, schedules, deadlines, and notes, right where I can find them and with organization systems that I can tailor directly to my needs.
I also use Notion AI to kickstart content briefs, meta-data, and prompts for a variety of content. I can't even tell you how much time the AI has saved me since being released, as I've been able to use it as a reliable assistant that generally gets the answer/facts right, and ACTUALLY sounds like a human wrote it, as opposed to many other AI options on the market that I've tried.

There is nothing in particular i dislike about notion. i wish the AI writing function was factually accurate as i feel this would help a lot of people in there studies.

The AI writing fuction is helping me complete notes faster and giving more in depth knowledge on the subject. this is benefiting me as helps me understand course work better and helps me complete work faster

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is incredible for the platform. specifically with AI it has helped improve my writing techniques, taught me new skills and reframed the way I communicate in all areas of life whether that be formal assessments, casual emails or asking those hard personal questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often received, "misleading messages" which I could not clear and had to refresh the page. The misleading messages often come from more complex questions which I then have to reword and simplify in order for AI to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
'Notion' is solving issues in all areas of life. in most instances, it is a teaching tool that allows me to base answers on replica/standard responses. It helps become. It solves matters late at night when I am too tired to write an email and or do an assignment that is not relevant or crucial.

As someone who frequently works with coding and fixing errors, Notion AI has been a game-changer for me. The AI writing assistant has helped me quickly and accurately troubleshoot issues by providing suggestions and possible solutions to problems I encounter.

Whenever I'm stuck on a particular concept or need clarification on something, I can simply type in my question and receive a detailed and informative response within seconds. What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most helpful and powerful production/organisation app on the market. This is incredibly full of functionalities, and very easy to use once you get familiar with it. Having so many options for creating pages, projects, timelines, calendars, mood boards, and clients portal... this is simply a designer dream come true! I am using it every day, for everything in my life and career, and I couldn't live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, so far, I have loved every feature and functionality. But it could be a bit daunting at first and I have some clients that are not willing to use it for project management. Maybe a first notion for beginners could be useful, and then you can upgrade for free to a level 2 users when you get familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising a busy life with 3 businesses - 1 design and 2 photography careers! It also helps me write more professional emails and social media posts for my marketing. As I am not a native English speaker, my sentences are not as well formulated or professional as I would like. I use AI to improve my writing and to make it sound more professional. That gives me a lot of confidence when I exchange emails with my clients.
I love notion.

I love how organised it makes makes my notes, it makes them look so good visually and its super easy to learn how to use it.

Not being able to move images to wherever I like annoys me slightly, but not a big deal
