Intuitive and Powerful Organization with Notion

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and intuitive interface of Notion. I enjoy the possibilities it offers for use, and I use it a lot, always learning to make the most of the tool. I really like the part about creating spaces, as well as the translation available in texts and the tool for help in text editing and list building.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a guide showing where I can click to start a space or even the possibilities of ready-made spaces could be a little clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization, storing information, and processes.

Versatile Platform for Notes and Collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its very comfortable interface and nicer looking text documents. It makes writing easy for people who don't enjoy it much and allows for fast collaboration. I appreciate how it makes managing documents easier and facilitates sharing information. I also really enjoy the meeting capturing feature with AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI note-taking needs way more formats and control, and also more features for collecting multiple meetings and projects, like in Timeless. I'd like missing formats like 'brainstorming session' where you need every thought captured, a way to use AI mid-meeting to add ideas or help out, and maybe have more outputs other than texts, like mind mapping or even whiteboard notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion offers easy writing for those who dislike writing, fast collaboration, easier document management, and sharing information.

Flexible Tool with Slow Desktop Performance

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's flexibility; there is really a lot you can do with it. I also like that you can publish pages as a website, which adds a lot of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow from desktop. Its slowness compared to Apple notes is a big reason why I actually have to use two platforms and info is spread out. There is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for storing information, making it accessible to team members, and as a CRM.

All-in-One Tool for Seamless Project Management

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use, which simplifies managing my projects. It solves the problem of moving from different stages smoothly by making it easy to check the status, calendar, and details for full visibility for the whole team. Having a team space is perfect for communication, and we can assign team members for different spaces. I switched from ClickUp and Google Docs because Notion offers an 'all in one' solution. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI in Notion could be smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management because it helps with moving between different stages. It provides easy visibility of status, calendar, and details for the whole team. The team space feature enhances communication, and the all-in-one capability led us to switch from ClickUp and Google Docs.

Effortless Project Management with Interactive UI

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's simple and interactive interface, which makes it very easy to use. The built-in integrations are one of the greatest features. I also appreciate the very easy initial setup, where you don't have to do much because of the amazing built-in capabilities Notion provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the table layout could be improved. It feels very congested, with a lot of options on the column side being stacked and presented in a compact manner. Maybe a UI filter or something similar could provide more space for the options to be viewed more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects and catch up with teammates, allowing us to check in equipment and structure data effectively. It also integrates well with my cloud for streamlined queries.

Flexible and Powerful: Notion AI Chat Finds Solutions Fast

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible for how you wish to feed data into it. You can use it to record meetings as well which is helpful. I love that once you feed data in such as all the KB info you can possibly feed it, the AI chat works really well towards finding solutions to problems, how to address issues, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most products that are very flexible, it sometimes doesnt feel as intuitive or simple to use as something more streamlined for specific uses. I could see a benefit to being able to select how you plan to use Notion when setting it up for the first time, and then certain structures and limitations put into place to then have a product very streamlined for how your team wants to use it. Things can always be changed, but this kind of setup would really make it more attractive for less tech savvy users or teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central information repo for our helpdesk, our KB items, and even a good place for meetings to be stored. Also we can enter issues and solutions, then as a team we can search using the AI chat and find solutions much faster. It really is a great way to store and access information way easier then any manual platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

Streamlines Document Management with Easy Embedding

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use and the ability to embed many things we use, like Google Docs and Sheets. Being able to embed documents or sheets directly into Notion and having all related information visible in one place is important to me. It makes it faster to share information and avoid repeating work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the table functionalities could be improved. Often, I don't want the line items to be a separate page, and I wish there was an option to not do that because people click on it and get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a wiki for planning and linking to other documents. It keeps everything in one place, makes resources easily accessible, and helps avoid repeating work with its embedding feature.

Powerful Collaboration with Room for Improvements

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of properties that Notion allows us to create, including native properties for when things are last edited, created, and by whom. We enjoy the ability to create templates for our tasks and projects, and it's easy to track projects in a Kanban view versus a list view. We also appreciate working with other teams and being able to see their types of projects to mimic that on the business operation side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the lack of visibility in the team spaces. We work in silos, and it's hard to link our team's databases to others. This causes us to miss out on seeing who's working on overlapping initiatives and can result in double work, as we end up documenting the same projects in different team spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track and log tasks and projects efficiently, linking objectives to larger initiatives. However, I face visibility issues across team spaces, causing siloed work and duplicate efforts.
