Easy to Use with Rich GUI for Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use and appreciate its rich GUI, which makes it interesting to read. It also helps with managing company documents like standard operating procedures and onboarding. My team has been using it for over five years, which indicates its simplicity and effectiveness since setup was a breeze from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve its autofill feature. It would be great if it had a pre-sense autofill, like in some other apps, to make typing easier and quicker.

Easy Team Collaboration with Powerful Database Tables
What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration between teams, both for 'external' use i.e. like a little wiki page with resources for sales team and internal - for using to plan different projects etc. I really like the database / table features. It's a resource I use daily, referring to it for 1:1s, future planning, project execution etc. I also like that it's possible to share with agencies easily (something I found hard in competitors like Coda).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone in the company is comfortable so some things to senior stakeholders have to be hosted on excel / sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me stay organised in one tool vs having to use many different sheets / calendars/ to do apps etc. It's a one stop shop for majority of work. It also makes it very easy to collaborate with my coworkers. This helps with reduced workload on creating reports / databases / updates etc. It's saving me time and effort, allowing me to focus on driving value.

Highly Customizable and Intuitive Tool for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is highly customizable and very intuitive. The layout is something I really enjoy as well. It's easy to add the properties we need to manage customers, which makes it valuable for our work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticket structure is a bit complicated to change when it opens as a constructor. I still didn’t get how to change the pre-filled areas of the ticket to make sure they get duplicated on every new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion partially as a CRM, for storing policies, and as an HR hub. It's easy to add properties to manage customers and is customizable and intuitive.
All-in-One Workspace: Flexible Blocks, Powerful Databases, Smooth Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion combines documentation, task tracking, and knowledge management in a single workspace.
The block-based editing system makes it easy to structure content exactly the way you want. Databases are surprisingly powerful, you can turn simple pages into structured trackers for projects, notes, or resources. Collaboration feels smooth with inline comments and real-time editing.
Templates help teams standardize documentation without spending time formatting from scratch. It adapts well to different team workflows instead of forcing a rigid structure.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can slow down when pages become very large or heavily nested. Advanced database setups can be confusing for new users. Offline capabilities are limited compared to traditional document tools.
Permissions and workspace organization require careful planning to avoid clutter.
Permissions and workspace organization require careful planning to avoid clutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces scattered documentation across multiple tools. Makes team knowledge easier to organize and maintain. Helps keep project notes, decisions, and resources in one place. Improves collaboration by allowing teams to work on shared documents simultaneously. Reduces time spent searching for information across different systems. The biggest benefit is clarity, information stays organized and accessible instead of getting lost.
The ultimate internal knowledge base and operations hub
What do you like best about the product?
As an Operations Manager, Notion's flexibility is unmatched. We use it to build our entire internal company knowledge base, employee onboarding wikis, and departmental SOPs. The ability to link databases, embed files, and create a beautiful, centralized hub for cross-functional teams makes keeping the whole company aligned incredibly easy
What do you dislike about the product?
When your workspace grows massively, managing permissions across different teams and nested pages can become a huge administrative headache. Also, the global search function sometimes struggles to surface the exact document you need if the workspace isn't strictly organized with tags, and the offline mode is still surprisingly unreliable for a modern app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion, our company policies, project trackers, and operational guides were scattered across Google Drive, Slack, and local desktops. Notion solves the problem of siloed information. It benefits us by providing a 'single source of truth' for the entire organization, drastically reducing the time employees spend looking for internal answers or onboarding materials
Effortless Documentation with a Clean UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for documentation, notes, and content management. It helps me with reporting during penetration testing by allowing me to document my findings and structure them in the right way. I like that the UI is good, easy for usage, very clear, and clean. It's very easy to set up, whether on the web or mobile applications. I along with my team of four find it very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything for now , I am good with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documenting my findings and structuring reports in penetration testing. It helps in organizing content clearly and effectively.
Stores All Context but Slowed by Clunky UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion works really well with Claude, particularly enhancing my information architecture. I use Notion alongside my agents, and it helps me be very effective. Notion acts as one of the key data sources for my target agents to learn and develop. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Notion to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that it's slow. And that's honestly some of my biggest frustrations. The UI is not super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps all my knowledge organized with lists and tags, making information easy to identify.
