What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track my work so that I can share it with my manager and colleagues. Alerts help remind me to action certain items. We've built automations that pre-populate info from multiple sources into our kanban board.
User-Friendly and Efficient Workspace Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Notion is. It's really easy for me to navigate and learn how to do things, like creating new docs and sharing them with people. I also love that I can keep documents private and use cute and cool emojis for my campaigns. Notion allows us to share things with clients kind of like Google Docs, but without actually using Google Docs, and it provides a workspace for everybody on our team and beyond. I appreciate that it records and transcribes my meetings, so I can easily go back and check my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had short links for campaigns instead of the really long links. I also think I'd like it to be a bit more editable when I'm creating a page and stuff like that. Maybe it could be more interesting to the eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us share documents like Google Docs with clients, provides a workspace for our team and beyond, and transcribes meetings for later reference.

I really like how easy Notion is to navigate. I've used other services or platforms like it in the past, and they were kind of outdated and clunky. Notion, however, provides a really clean and user-friendly experience. Everything we need regarding our resources is nicely and easily categorized with a very easy view, and the platform is clean and not clunky, making it a valuable experience. The user interface is extremely user-friendly, which is incredibly helpful.

Notion creates a one-stop shop for all company resources, making it incredibly helpful. It's user-friendly, clean, and helps organize our resource hubs, client materials, and onboarding guides for new employees.

I use Notion to create a single source of truth for our company, where it holds projects, standard operating processes, and updates. I love that it's easy to navigate and that the AI bot is amazing. It keeps our team using the same version of resources, so we aren't worried about finding the latest version of product info or blogs. Notion has been adopted well and eliminated the need to search through Google Drive, ensuring we all have access to the latest information. It's created a great source for all of us.

I would say the new pages can have a learning curve but the templates available online help with that. Just more templates and ways to hit the ground running.

I'm still getting my head around forms and calculations - but I'm sure I'll crack it soon. Make it easier for simple forms, like it is in Excel or Sheets with simple sums for additions.

I like that it is very intuitive and user-friendly. I also appreciate how it doesn't limit my messages like other AIs, which makes it a reliable main source of research. With Notion, I can rely on it until all my questions are answered.

An option to dictate would be great. I recently had a hand surgery, so typing was a bit harder than usual.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for writing notes and documentation at work, and I like how easy it is to format notes. It's also great for structuring notes and linking tools together. Notion is easy to use for users, which I really appreciate. The links and packages work well, allowing me to create pages within other pages intuitively. The AI is useful for asking questions about things that are documented in the code. Integrating Notion with Slack makes it easy to share pages. The setup was very easy and intuitive, which was a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of tables in Notion needs improving. I was trying to center the text in the cells, and it was not possible. There's a need for the possibility to change the format for a whole row or column, enable centering or aligning to the right, and change text color or cell background for a whole row or column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion makes formatting and structuring notes easier. The links help organize pages intuitively, and the AI is handy for querying information in the code.
