An ultimate live changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is structured - being able to create pages within pages, link between pages or even blocks, and being able to leave comments and timestamps on items is super helpful and it's the first app that allows me to structure my thoughts and ideas in a way that really works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to reach out or get a timely response from their customer service, when you're having issues with Notion. My Notion AI stopped working 2 weeks in and I couldn't get hold of their team. They finally responded to me on Twitter after a month and I had cancelled the AI add on by then. Bit frustrating! Unless you experience issues, Notion is fantastic though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me structure my thoughts and ideas and take notes in a way that feels natural to my ADHD brain - and I love that everything is searchable also! It's helped me stay on top of things in so many aspects of my life - both personal and business and the different structure options are simply fantastic and allow me to create a structure in exactly the way I want it & most importantly: in a way that my brain understands it also.
Notion is so versatile, works for any simple or complex organising
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of notion is that it is so versatile. It can be used to organise your whole life in one app and can be changed so easily if something changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, if I were to suggest any updates it would be to offer repetitive tasks.

I can keep all my projects in one place, and AI really helps with writers block.

What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant, I can't recommend Notion AI enough as a go-to productivity powerhouse. This all-in-one platform is extremely versatile, giving anyone the ability to create customised workspaces for all professional and personal projects.The AI features help keep my notes organised, content suggestions and writing efficient. This has been invaluable in terms of saving time and reducing cognitive overload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion was a bit overwhelming at first, I was new to the platform. Specifically around understanding the database linkages and customisable options available. Once I got the hang of it, Notion became an indispensable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been a lifesaver when it comes to streamlining project management, enhancing team collaboration, and centralising our knowledge base. Additionally, it simplifies client onboarding, improves meeting management, helps track goals, and optimises time and resources. In brief, Notion is an amazing tool that helps make my professional life smoother and more successful!

Sometimes the notion AI is down. There should be a refund for the downtime.

An all-in-one tool that increases my productivity and keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of APIs/Plugins available, straightforward, AI, clean aesthetic, cohesive across all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve to understand all functionality, wish there were more customization options that I didn't have to 'hack' to get, wish I could get a gallery without having to create a database, linking to a sub-page several times across multiple pages can be a bit clunky - no easy way to get back to the page you were on previously unless it's the only one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the last year I've used Notion to manage my coursework during my MBA program. It helped keep track of all my assignments throughout the semester and class notes. I could access any of this information from any device, at any time, and liked the reminders I received when a deadline was approaching. I also have used Notion to track my job search. I have pages dedicated to interview stories, networking notes, and job application tracker. As a result, I'm organized. Everything I need is in one spot and I have a visual guide for whatever I need.
Notion makes creating content, planning projects, and executing much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a platform that continues to evolve and become more integral to my productivity. Notion AI is a game-changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management isn't quite on par with platforms like Todoist - but they continue to close the gap!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to organize and take better notes, create useful content quickly, and organize it in an airtight fashion. I have been able to get much more done, personally and professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
The life has become so complex nowadays that each day is a torture if you are not organized. With notion a disorfanized person like has built a platform to handle all aspect of my life. In notion the options are unlimited!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the olatform has some errors uploading photos and videos and either way is easy to soent some time looking for information that is not properly clasiffied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notions for me works has my business and personal database, also I could safe photos and documents unlimited. Additionally the AI help me a lot in imrpove my emails and ideas.
Notion is wonderful at helping me organize my documents for work.
What do you like best about the product?
The design! It's so easy to create new boards and organize them. I appreciate the dropdown and toggle menus a lot because I'm always able to see and compress things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit more customizable in terms of background. I don't like how I can create photo grids within a toggle menu,

Project management in general. It makes it easy for me to work on new tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be very detailed. I like how I can connect pages the same way I connect my thoughts. For someone with ADHD, AI has been incredible for me. It has helped me with sending messages and other thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to use the mathematics aspect of the databases. Like calculating the average. I am a teacher and it would be useful to be able to use these features easierly
