Your Work Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion Ai isn't Superman. It has its limitations. But the fact that it's housed within an already amazing notetaking/productivity app makes Notion Ai so incredibly convenient, resourceful, and fun! Anytime I need something summarized, turned into an outline, or even to brainstorm ideas, it's as if Notion Ai gives you a platform to jump off from. Getting started is always the hardest part, Notion Ai takes that stress and difficulty away by giving me a place to start. I use it for everything in our business and even in my personal life too! Needless to say, Notion Ai is everything I didn't know I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking it to create ads, memes, or images, I wish it would actually load an image. Currently it gets it from Imgur, but it says the image cannot be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting started and brainstorming. An artist will tell you that the hardest part about drawing on a blank page is where does one start? It's always been "just start anywhere" but now it's "Notion, give me a few ideas on...". I save way more time not having to sit around thinking and force motivating myself to start.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how personalizable, easy, and accessible Notion is. I love that I can access the app on different devices and everything is synched and how there is a lot of flexibility to be as creative as you want. I also like all the features Notion has that allows me to keep everything in one space yet still organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion app on my desktop is a bit glitchy and sometimes synching between different devices takes a while to work or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to solve my collaboration problems with my business. It is very easy to share pages on Notion. I am a lot more productive because of how organized everything is.

Notion is so easy to use, and has a great interface. I use databases for everything from data entry to project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality within databases - sometimes when you click in the bar it doesn't really work and you end up changing a cell title instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me combine all of my data in one place so that my whole team can access it easily - with different permission levels in a way that is easy to understand.

I have discovered the significant potential of Notion! It transformed my documentation into a living process where my team can find information and collaborate!
I am using its AI capabilities to draft my ideas easily and brainstorm some concepts before my work.

The onboarding process was complicated at the begining. I was not sure how to find information or organize it properly.
The governance of the documentation should be appropriately defined before anything and Notion could warn or advise about it.

Project file documentation, company process documentation, team collaboration spaces during meetings.

Could be used for almost anything you need to write and Keep. Notes, Databases, todo's.

The design could be prettier if we could add HTML and CSS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Added structure to my note-taking, kept my ideas and did the relations with all I could do in my work and personal life.
It has been a fascinating experience and easy to use.

What I like the most is the flexibility and synchronization of content and now I enjoy that it is in Spanish

That there is no native application for Linux

In my personal productivity it helps me solving tasks and the artificial intelligence writing assistant manages translations and brainstorming among other things for me

Just when I thought Notion couldn't get any better - it did, thanks to its AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that multiple teams can collaborate very easily; notion keeps edit logs so it's easy to restore a previous version. Also, all your information can be linked via databases so whenever you change something, it will be updated everywhere and everybody is up to speed.
Their AI tool is very clever too - I've used it multiple times though I'm still learning the right prompts. It has saved me hours so I'm already very pleased with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish would change, is enabling more formatting change to tables, like changing the alignment of text, color, merging of cells etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects across multiple teams with many stakeholders and daily updates - it's impossible to miss anything when using Notion. It saves us all so much time and effort to constantly align and update

This app assists me in managing my tasks and personal journal, as well as planning events and work projects

Sometimes its difficult to use formulas.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion lets me store lots of data in tables and to use same tables on different pages, without having to rewrite same data on those pages, also lets me store website pages through links, that are stored in notion pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not downside, but i want sub folders like how private folder and in it there should be folder options to create.

Notion is storing my data in table format, and i can make my page blog also.
