Very useful application
What do you like best about the product?
The features that notion provides for coordinating all the details in one space, whether personal or business-related. It eliminates the use of MS Word, Excel and multiple other platforms we need to use while coordinating data and presenting to someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't feel any dislike towards the Notion application. Until now, all the features and services offered are up to the mark, and there is nothing to specify. Keep up the good work, team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me present all kinds of data in a precious space. When I use Notion, I don't need to use any other application for project management, knowledge base etc.
Notion has revolutionized the way I work and has made it so efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for over a year now and it has made my life, both personal and professional, much more organized and productive. I initially discovered Notion through popular YouTube channels that mentioned productivity tools and I'm glad I gave it a try. Although the learning curve was steep, it has been worth it. Notion has become my second brain where I write all sorts of notes, work on big business-related projects, and plan my travels. The databases are especially helpful and I love how Notion keeps getting better over time with all the additional features they've released over the past couple of months. Notion AI has been a game changer, particularly as a technical writer, where it has helped me improve my writing and maintain a consistent writing style across my work. I also use Notion AI for personal growth: I take courses on Udemy and use Notion AI to summarize the video transcripts, saving me a lot of time that I would otherwise spend taking notes manually. I'm always impressed with how fast the AI can summarize those transcripts and how detailed the summaries are. I'm excited to see what new features Notion will have in the future. My colleagues are always impressed with my Notion documents and databases, as they look much better than their Excel, Confluence, OneNote, and Word documents. Notion is a one-stop solution that does everything better!
What do you dislike about the product?
As my company doesn't use Notion yet, I spend a lot of time creating documents in Notion and then copying them to our business tools like Confluence. While Confluence allows adding bullet points and numbered lists in tables, this process is currently more manual in Notion. It would be great if Notion could add these features to its tables to improve my productivity at work. Spending time reformatting tables in Confluence is not an enjoyable task for anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is my preferred app for work. As a technical course writer, I use it extensively for taking notes and creating technical content. Notion is where I store all my technical thoughts and documents, and it's the primary tool I use to manage my business-related projects. Notion is a complete, lightweight solution that works better for me than Word, Excel, Confluence, OneNote, Jira, or any of those tools combined. I believe that large corporations would benefit from using Notion more often, as I find those other corporate tools to be complex, inefficient, and overall less productive.
An incredible resource for any individual.
What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail within the app, how easy it is to change and AI
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all, the app is amazing and flawless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to store all of my notes for my degree in a collected and organised way.
Old reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using notion for 4 years now and I use it to manage my student, personal and work engagements. It's useful in a way that note taking is standardised and how it's done is aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem with it being standardised is that it is limited on what you can do and unfortunately there is no option for iPad or tablet note taking. It's one of the biggest flaws of notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation of knowledge and documents. Without it, finding notes and finding what I need is harder and it makes me a lot more productive when I apply it to my day to day
Notion is my personal OS
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Notion as my personal OS. My company has other SaaS for documentation but Notion beats them on every level. From ergonomics, to layout, to dynamic data capabilities, to community templates and overall speed of the tool... There's nothing were Notion doesn't come first.
They recently added generative AI capabilities (seems to be powered by Chat GPT 4) which makes it even more powerful. I now added new usecases to Notion. It translates documents, fix typos, rewrite my my notes in actionable items I can share after meetings.
Notion has become my superpower.

Notion has become my superpower.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Notion at this point is that it's not a tool used by my org as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion and it's AI capabilities to collect notes, rewrite them and shemale them with colleagues.
I also use it to write entire emails for me from a few prompt making me more efficient.

A human way to work and live digitally.
What do you like best about the product?
Notions agility allows for a very humanizing digital experience. It can be as simple as I'd like it to be and when I want to be super creative and test some limits - Notion is capable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a fairly steep learning curve and difficult to get others excited about adopting a new tool. Their documentation leans towards those who learn more from reading than from watching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In preparation for an upcoming Lunch & Learn the AI Writing Assistant was super clutch in helping me take my outline form start to finish. The ability to lengthen my own writing and then simplify, give my voice different tones to cherry pick the most comprehensive syntax, and when I'm just simply stuck I can brainstorm about how to keep the ball rolling and not get stuck. I would hardly be able to keep up with my project management work and write this series of talks were it not for the AI writing assistant.
Great Tool, Good AI Integration, Looking Forward To Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility. I use it to capture ideas. I use to keep work with multiple types of information (videos, audio files, images and text all in the same place). But, I also use it to manage processes (producing a class, recording the class, publishing the class to various places).
What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably not a problem specific to Notion, but probably something caused by how I use it, but sometimes Notion is a little slow because I try to do too much with a single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for a variety of things... everything from taking notes and capturing ideas to managing complex projects to creating parts of the project's content. I also use it as a knowledge base to keep ideas organized and at hand.
Notion is my favorite planning and writing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using notion to organize many aspects of my life and to assist my writings in work or in daily life.
At first Notion is only a place for me to write notes or a to-do list like any other productivity apps. However, the more I explore the more I found out and loved about the customizability of Notion. With the help of databases, I am able to create plans for my work or life in many different ways. Either a calendar view or a board view, will help me a lot on prioritizing tasks and allocate them onto appropriate time slot.
Highly recommend for people looking for good planning tools, as well as writing notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Notion is that everything has to be online for me to load pages. I understand why this is the case, as Notion has operating on AWS, and your data across platforms are synced. However, even with stable internet connection, it tooks a bit of loading to see your content. Even if it's a simple todo list. It isn't a very pleasant experience when the internet is unstable. And I would switch to other handy notebooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem that most task management apps are not customizable enough. With Notion I am able to build many of my own ideas and I am able to tweak the design according to my need
Notion has been a game-changer for my team, and AI takes it over the top.
What do you like best about the product?
I've loved how easy it is to use and to integrate other apps, and it has been a wonderful for us to share documentation cross-functionally. I've used the AI function to help guide some of my initial documentation, and that's been great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find myself wishing it was easier to back-indent, but that's about it! I don't find much I don't like, nor do I wish for other improvements. Keep up the good work, Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's solving for my team is to organize and share key documentation that is not only relevant for my team, but also for others. For example, we use it to share product requirements documents.
Very Intuitive App
What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited databases I can create with Notion. I love how I can be as creative with my organization and customize it to my preference and style! I truly appreciate that it's free for personal use and we still have the option to upgrade it to really utilize all of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything wrong to say about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me with organizing all of my thoughts as well as keeping log of my work progress. The apps intuitiveness have allowed me to be more productive and effective with my job.
