Notion has helped me stay organized and on track, both personally and for work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual and intuitive it is. It's very easy to keep track of pages and documents, as well as store them in various places. I like the search functionality, which allows me to quickly and easily find what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the sheet/table functionality, it's not as comprehensive or capable as excel. It's usable and basic, but could be improved with additional functionality such as formula capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my company, Notion solves the issue of information sharing and accessibility. We are able to upload all of our external documents into a single software that everyone can access. Notion helps us keep track of our projects across departments, and provides visibility / transparency to the rest of the team regarding the status of these projects.
Notion and Notion AI are incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Notion have allowed my business to stay organized, keep in touch with my remote team, and scale with their various plans. In addition, Notion AI has significantly sped up our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are some limitations in Notion, there aren't a tone of downsides, especially as they start to create new integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing is storing my informaiton, keeping it organized, and helping us speed up our workflow. Notion has done this with their templates, intergrations, Notion AI, and their small business support.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other tools, the customisation yet simplicity of collaborated spaces with organisations is excellent for sorting knowledge and research papers. The new AI makes this even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving from another service (google suite) it would have been good to be able to convert docs and sheets to pages inside of notion. UNfortunately, you have to actually download the files and upload them, sometimes causing formatting errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion as a wiki has been an excellent implementation for us and our office; previously, using Google Suite, the searching and organising of files and research papers was much less user-friendly and practical. With Notion, within 2 or 3 clicks, we can arrive precisely at what we want. The AI Writing Assistant is excellent too.
Learning how to use Notion has been a game-changer for me
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create, simple but effective homebases for projects, tasks, and notes. Have been following the Building a Second Brain framework with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks is a little clunky. They've gotten setup in multiple places that makes it hard to track everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use, have many different pages, very organized. I love to toggle feature, it's really helpful for studying. All around good

I wish you wouldn't have to change the font on every page and you could just set a default (that you want) once for everything

Notion is easy to use and offer great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is project and personal management. I also like its new AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI recently charges me 15$ for notion AI without notifying me first. I'm okay with the charge but it would be more helpful if there's a email or warning before chanrges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say definitely the task management that helps me a lot. I use notion everyday to keep track my progress and plan. I'm also using notion AI to improve my English writing.
Notion and Notion AI has been a tremendous help for both school and work.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used notion AI several times a week since it was first offered. It has helped me draft emails, start writing assignments, and explain difficult concepts. I love Notion in general, but the AI has made a big difference for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Notion is the login process. Navigating to your email to get the code can be a pain. I would rather have the ability to enter a password.

Notion is a convenient place to keep everything I need to remember or have written down and stay organized. I use it for school notes, personal projects, as a second brain, and as a journal.
