My team and I can't do without it anymore
What do you like best about the product?
the thousand pages that can be created
the fact that photos, videos, audio, and all documents can be attached
the shared tables
the interconnected links between the pages

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, due to the fact that there are a thousand links, one can get confused and it's not clear which are the spaces, the team spaces. I would indeed like more clarity in the management of shared spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the issue of not overloading my PC with information that I had scattered here and there among various PCs and that everyone can access easily thanks to a link.
Notion is so good that even this title was written using it.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me with report writing and work communications because I can write something without worrying about what tone of voice to use or whether I am expressing myself correctly. I also use Notion daily as a habit tracker and personal diary, which helps me stay organized and keep track of my ideas, moods, and habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Notion may seem difficult to master, especially when looking at the templates of people who seem to spend all their free time figuring out how to make things not only efficient but also incredibly convenient and beautiful. It took me a year to truly understand how to use Notion to the fullest, but now I'm very happy that I put in the time. It was worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me communicate effectively with clients As English is my second language, I often feel uncertain about the structures I use. However, with the help of Notion, this problem has disappeared entirely. Now, people compliment me on my communication style and expressions :)
The Perfect Project Management and Wiki Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility you get while using Notion is what makes Notion the best project management and wiki tool. Notion takes the best of platforms like Jira and Confluence without the overly complicated control and setup. Plus its AI capabilities are KILLER.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the increased flexibility can be its greatest weakness where users can experience choice paralysis. While Notion has gotten better about making it easier for users to use templates and structure pages, it can be a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to organize my life and my projects all in a singular location. Plus, Notion has been incredible for documenting existing processes and product specs which makes it useful for me and my team.
A happy user who uses Notion for work and passion
What do you like best about the product?
The system works quite well. I mainly use it to create summaries or short texts that serve as a "framework" for longer articles and texts. I also make use of the automatic translation system (this text was originally in Italian, and Notion AI translated it for me).
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to determine the length of the outputs. Additionally, it would be very useful to be able to ask Notion AI to intervene on linked pages. Or, it would be very nice to be able to limit the responses to a specific topic or database, in order to create one's own "sectoral" and personal artificial intelligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage a lot of texts together. Additionally, I can create correlations between projects using links. As for Notion AI, it helps me with: summaries, production of text structures, but also optimization of texts from an editorial point of view (small editing errors, etc.)
Game changer for the Business
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has allowed us to develop a fully customized project management solution for the business. Remote teams have the access we want them to have, and our full company information archive of IP and resources are now at our fingertips instead of buried in the shadows of an endless hierarchy of Dropbox folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. We're about four months into our implementation and have found that we can do just about anything we need to with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to integrate AI into our day-to-day fully and are gaining efficiencies as a result. Having a centralized resource of project management processes right alongside the task/to-do system makes it easier for us to get work done.
Incredibly flexible and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
For anyone who loves notebooks (perhaps a little too much), this ticks all the right boxes. The ability to click and drag content around, nesting pages within pages, and utilising more advanced features only when necessary (such as databases and integrations), Notion can be tailored to whatever you need it for - from a collection of ideas for a hobby, to a comprehensive CRM, content calendar, or project management system. The free cost makes it highly accessible for everyone to try, with paid features if you want AI tools and team functionality. I'm a heavy user of various business apps and this has replaced quite a few of them as my favourite for a variety of tasks and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor issues, such as integrations not being as comprehensive as I'd like - for example, Miro and other whiteboards being viewable but not editable directly in Notion. However, I don't know if this is a limitation of Notion itself or of the third parties.
Exporting with markdown can be a little problematic - often formatting is lost when copying/pasting between Notion and other platforms, such as Publer and WordPress, so double-checking your formatting for blog posts etc. before blog posting is particularly important, albeit slightly time-consuming.

I use Notion for both long and short-form content creation, for both myself and clients, using a blend of AI for idea generation, outlines, and suggestions and human oversight (and humour/enthusiasm that AI isn't particularly capable of yet). This gives me a very streamlined workflow which helps me to produce more in less time, with helpful tools such as summaries. In particular the ability to use databases of planned content to produce a working content calendar which can be added to and updated is excellent - I then use other platforms for publishing.
In addition to marketing content creation, I also use Notion for note-taking, policy development, idea generation, and organising external resources (such as sources for creative assets and digital marketing tools and guides), to give me a helpful knowledge base for my work.
Additionally, despite the shortcomings of the desktop app for Grammarly, I've found that using the Chrome extention works well with Notion in the browser, allowing another layer of integration with my existing apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Notion is its loading time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Notion is solving is being able to make me more productive each day.
Great app for second brain
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create workflows, project management and personal day-to-day lists and tasks. Creating entire dashboards helped me to achieve new leves of productivity. I Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle with formulas. I think it should be easier and maybe more like Excel or google sheets, that although I'm not an expert, I can do pretty much anything work-related
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think today it solves two problems: the first is productivity. With dashboards, pages, and relations, I can manage almost all my business from one place. The second is to write faster. With AI, i've been able to write faster social media posts, business proposals and pitch decks.
Most versatile productivity app ever
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple but a very powerful app to manage all kinds of information, be it in a database, images , web links or text. The clean UI is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's insane flexibility can sometimes be a hindrance. I've spent hours crafting the perfect templates, page structure etc even when it wasn't required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI writing assistant is great for brainstorming ideas, polishing up thought pieces etc. It's also great for getting things organised.
Great leap towards a productive future!
What do you like best about the product?
On a basic level:
- Summarization of large text bodies
- Ability to ask for table creation and get very creative with it
- In general, the ability to ask for revisions and follow-up questions
More specific and complex use cases
- Once you rewire your brain to take notes with a future-facing perspective
- Ability to ask AI questions about anything that exists within the same page

What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy is my most significant pain point about the AI integration in Notion. Sometimes the simplest task request, such as creating a table, can result in a completely inaccurate outcome. This may be due to the amount of information that already exists on the page. I ask AI to perform this simple task because when asked on a blank new page, the outcome seems much better--and this is my current workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding on the pro's I listed on Notion's AI functionalities:
- Ability to ask for table creation and get very creative with it. An example was to create a simple retreat meeting agenda table, but AI inspired me to add further details to the table, add Yelp links to restaurants, even detail into the type of food available based on the dietary restrictions that were already available further up within the same page.
- Once you rewire your brain to take notes with a future-facing perspective. I love that I can ask AI to give me the full details of a case/project that I remember little details of and stay on top of my work.
- Ability to ask AI questions about anything that exists within the same page. Here's a use case: our team is notorious for using abbreviations for terms and policies. I have a page with a list of all of our abbreviations, along with many FAQs for my direct reports and some best practices on procedures. Given the information that already exists on this page, I can ask AI to remind me of the meaning of an abbreviation, or I can get creative to ask it to write me up a text/email or summarize an email where AI will accurately refer to the information to complete the text.
