An excellent option for streamlining work
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its combination of artificial intelligence and templates. Notion is a highly comprehensive tool that offers a wide range of features and functionalities, making it incredibly versatile and adaptable to different needs.
Firstly, the integration of artificial intelligence in Notion enhances the user experience by providing smart suggestions, predictive text, and automated formatting. This feature saves time and effort, as it assists in organizing and structuring content effectively. Additionally, the AI-powered search function makes it easy to find specific information quickly, even within large databases or extensive notes.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I find challenging about Notion is the complexity of using tables and linking data. While I haven't fully explored these features yet, I have found it difficult to grasp the intricacies of setting up and manipulating tables, as well as establishing effective data connections between different pages or databases. It can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for users who are new to the platform or have limited experience with database management.
Additionally, Notion currently lacks built-in functionality for creating charts or graphs. While it excels in offering a versatile workspace for organizing information, the absence of native charting capabilities can be a drawback when it comes to visualizing data or presenting insights in a graphical format. Users may need to rely on external tools or services to generate charts and then import them into Notion.

Notion AI is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for all my content, productivity tracking, and most importantly, Notion AI. Absolutely in love with Notion AI. It has increased my productivity at least three folds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I belive Page customization can be improved, make it little easier to change how a page looks. Especially after setting it up. For example, block view, section separator etc.

Powerful platform to uniformly host information that spans multiple ecosystems.
What do you like best about the product?
The top two aspects are (1) the multiple integrations that are possible (Git, Atlassian, Dropbox, etc) and (2) the AI capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a limitation on visual presentation. In particular, being able to adjust the margins (not just the right margin) would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing information from all facets of our company in a uniform and user-friendly manner. This absolutely makes our small team more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion AI Writing Assistant is how it has so many options for improving writing, grammar, tone, and even modifying content language. This is an ideal complement to Notion, which I use for creating blog posts and other content assets. Also, and this is very important, Notion AI is extraordinarily accurate, which is another reason for my absolute confidence in it. A great tool like this deserves nothing less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. As far as I know, the AI option does not allow me to create new content from scratch, but I do generate topics from the the content I'm writing. It's so great when you need inspiration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Notion AI, I can improve my writing, find a more creative, direct or simple way to say something, and correct spelling and grammatical errors almost instantly.When done manually, these tasks could be time-consuming. My go-to tool for work is Notion, so having an AI assistant to improve my content was great.

The whole platform is excellent. I used to use other products like OneNote or EverNote, but since I discovered Notion, I have started to migrate everything to this space.
With the integration of AI it's just expanding the catalogue of services. It's really one place for everything.

- Integration among multiple services (Ex: Mind maps, charts or diagrams).
- Shortcuts are very intuitive (it's like a Markdown with steroids).
With the integration of AI it's just expanding the catalogue of services. It's really one place for everything.

- The AI still needs work to fix some problems in their responses.
- The AI replaces my question/comments (Should be an option that should allow me to keep or remove it).
- The AI, when returning a list of all the bullets, start with 1.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a program that I use in every aspect of my life. From daily to career, notion is my go-to place. From a place to keep all my writing for clients and a space to connect with them on feedback and comments. It has made my freelance writing a smoother way to have a headquarters for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the spellchecker won't allow you to add words to a personal dictionary. This makes it a small nuisance when I'm writing fiction and random names are in the content. That is really the only thing I wish that notion could add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is very helpful not to have to dig through a million documents on notes from a meeting. It's the place that I have all of my ideas on one page that is easily accessible from the content that I'm working on.
Amazing app for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that notion is available on windows, android, and IOS. Besides this, I think its an amazing tool to increase productivity, for personal use or team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does have a bit of a learning curve, in the beginning it isn't the easiest to navigate. Besides this, I am really missing the hand written notes function (the ability to write on a page with your finger or a pen). One specific thing about Notion AI , which I like less is that the input data only goes until 2021, when notion AI is asked about the date it keeps insisting its 2021. Lastly, it is unfortunate that notion AI doesn't have the research capability of Chatgpt, the research capabilities together with the language capabilities of Notion AI would make it the PERFECT tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have one place to store notes, access them from all my devices. Besides this, the AI writing function is a huge help in my academic, personal and professional life.

The templates are great. You have a variety of templates and you can olso create your out templates. I also love that you can share your pages easily with others. And notion ai is great😇
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest problem with notion AI is when wanting to export the files in pfd. This needs some work since the pages include lots of empty spaces. Maybe create some templates that are better for exporting in pdf

Helping me being organised, reduce time. In addition to that, it helps me make summaries for university and add key notes using notion AI, which sometimes performs better than openai chat
Notion and Notion AI saves DAYS of my time
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion as our shared brain. Hence, anything we discuss, debate, agree or align on must go there. I can't imagine a world where I would be able to capture so much without Notion AI. It takes me minutes what used to take hours
What do you dislike about the product?
It still becomes messy quite fast. Easier hyperlinking or more automated crosslinking would help us connect the dots, catch duplicates faster, find useless and out of date info effortlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One tool that replaces at least 3 others. Nothing gets lost as much as it did before, projects have extensive documentation and context. We feel more aligned even if sometimes overwhelmed with amount of content.
