Notion is a GAME. CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Notion is how user friendly it is. It's an incredibly easy knowledge base for new hires to grasp and be able to contribute to in a very short amount of time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides us a central hub for not only documentation but also a place to store our project histories and evolution history of our organization. It integrates so well with our culture of transparency and resoluteness that it allows a new team member to see where the company has been, where it is and where we want to go. Plus with Notion AI, we're able to use Notion for so much more thoughtful daily work and project engagement

It is very customisable and the ability to load templates improves productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to edit pages the way you want them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly improves the time it takes to complete tasks. For example it speeds up formating, note taking and basic idea creation
Notion is a great note taking app but it goes way beyond your typical note-taking app!

Love Notion's databases and the ease of use of the app generally.

It's not well suited for project management. I wished it were so I could have everything in one place. But sadly it's not

It's given me an easy to use Note taking app and a host of templates and features that make it great for storing data.

Easy organziation, customizability, and able to keep track of so many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have more freedom in the pages and do things such as place photos and text wherever you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organzing different projects - making it easier to handle multiple projects at once. More productivity, less clumsiness in my schedule. And a good way to keep up good habits.
Absolute game changer when it comes to content writing and task management.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredibly 'smart' and time-saving it is for me when I'm in the process of writing content for social media, newsletters, podcast show notes, and even some paragraphs for blog posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use the AI tool inside the property sections of pages (for the long text property option because that's where I write my content captions for social media for example, or that's where I add my show notes for my podcast content calendar). Another thing would be to be able to choose in which English version of the text should be written. I've had to repeat to it over and over again that I wanted a UK English version and not a US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me gain a lot more time when writing content for social media. Instead of spending hours getting the right tone of voice, Notion really helps with choosing the right words and punctuation.
Perfect In Every Way
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion. I use it for just about everything! I have separate hubs from every aspect of my life: school, health, life, travel, and more! It has several ways to format information in concise and aesthetically pleasing ways. Above all, I love the latest AI update. It is beneficial in helping to organize my schoolwork and help both further and also shape up my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism regarding Notion is that to utilize AI, I must pay for it per workspace. It would be great to have AI usage be an add-on available to any workspace owned by the paying account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have recently returned to school, and Notion has helped me organize all of my assignments, keep up with deadlines and outline essays and papers. The new AI feature assists me in getting started with particular projects or when I get writer's block.
A productive upgrade to my note taking and writing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with other applications I use. Templates are very helpful to create useful notes and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there is an offline mode yet, this would significantly improve the user experience.

It's my central storage for all notes - my second brain.

What do you like best about the product?
I have the basic free plan but even with this plan I'm able to sooo much. I have a planner for school, my personal life, and even my small business. It's such a useful tool to have and the Ai writing tool is so helpful!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a real learning curve when I first started using it. So I guess the only down side was learning everything. I've had it a while and am still learning something new all the time!! that's not really a bad thing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that notion is solving for me is making it easier to write emails. I tell the AI writer what i want and it does just that, I can even make things longer!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate with my team and work together asynchronously. It is beneficial to share ideas, updates, comments and questions while having a "source of truth" for the entire company to refer back to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I could think I may dislike are that there are endless capabilities and capacities I have yet to explore. All the features can seem overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us brainstorm, create content, comment, provide status updates on projects and goals and stay focused and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great tool for organizing information and tasks in a flexible and customizable way. Its ability to create linked databases, embed files and templates makes it a versatile tool for personal and professional use. I use it for both the management of my life with databases for daily tracking and knowledge management as well as for keeping track of clients, building out client portals etc.
It's a fantastic tool that gives everyone the room to build whatever they need!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely a tool that has a bit of a learning curve if you don't have a template to start on. The ability to do anything means an infinite amount of ways to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has allowed me to track everything I let slide in my life, from personal and professional goals to habits and routines.
Lately, though, the Notion AI tool has also provided a great benefit. As a student, it's allowed me to draft my essays, provided supporting peer-reviewed articles and assisted with referencing formatting, which is fantastic!
