Notion at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Notion is with Project documents and tasks. It helps organize documents in several different locations in one place without moving them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having basic formulas for the tables feature would be beneficial. I like the tables feature, but anytime a value is changed in the table, the user has to adjust other values manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves gathering seemingly unrelated data from several sources into 1 location.
An Incredible App for Personal Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
You can build it however you like. The flexibility it offers to create a note taking, personal wiki, planning or information database is not found anywhere else that I have found. Being able to customise the format and layout of my notes is a core requirement for my personal organisation tools, and Notion does this perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do a lot of offline work and often find myself out of signal, or with an unreliable connection. Not being able to work offline is the main limitation I have found with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising information, planning work, writing meeting notes and connecting them to projects, creating plans and roadmaps for my team. Notion allows me to do everything I want with my work tasks. Being able to use it in the way I want by setting it up in the way I like means I can use it however I like, which is very beneficial for my work

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and ease of working with Notion. It is very simple to understand and work with. It allows you to share things with colleagues and create tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Notion that I don't find useful. In my personal experience, I have used all the features this application offers on a daily basis. In any case, I could always add new options.

Solve problems and incidents. Organize all the information and facilitate the team's work.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Notion is how it allows me to create pages for each aspect of my life. I have a page for work, one for personal goals, another for documentation, and even one for habits. The ability to customize each page to fit my specific needs is incredibly useful, and I love that I can easily switch between them with just a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the bigger downsides of notion is that there is no support for custom plugins. Community made plugins would make notion even better and give the development team less of a hard time because lots of stuff is already made for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do some pentesting and notion is a great way for me to document my findings so I can look through them later and find alike problems again. I can make subpages and subpages so there is just infinite room for documentation.
Notion as an interactive knowledge base, shareable with everyone
What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, Notion has been the best tool when it comes to sharing & collecting information, to make it visual & interactive. Notion became the canvas for my ideas & ongoing projects, as well as the founding material for my project WeProduct, an interactive knowledge base for entrepreneurs & product managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using notion, from my perspective, are the unsupported offline access & editing, making people with poor home wifi like me helpless, as well as some features that would be most helful like split screen view, and an improved desktop application. Said software is unable to sort & rearrange Notion tabs, which is for me a founding part of a browsing experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Notion solves the problem of collecting information for sharing. I use it primarily for that: for my freelance activity, creating a database for my clients inside my CRM & sharing a personalized dashbboard for each of them nested inside their cards made it easy to take notes of the mission I was hired for, & adjust when needed, with them able to see the changes everytime, in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion since it allows me to take neat notes. I became more organized because of using Notion every day. What's more why I love Notion is that I can share my notes others and people even my lecturers really like them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a university student, so I attend lessons and take handwriting notes during lectures, leading me to use another app for taking notes. I wanted Notion to allow taking handwritten notes. What I dislike about Notion is that it does not allow handwriting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves time, and by using Notion, I can easily and directly access my notes.
Notion is wonderful

Notion is not just a great note-taking app. It also has incredible support. They are there to help if, for example, you deleted your workspace 🙄
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of using Notion is that you learn to use a number of shortcuts that are not available in all other apps. I would love for it to have an offline option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes our business documentation. We have everything there. From content creation for marketing to customer returns. It has our stock and product tracking management.
Using Notion for personal and educational purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for over a year now! In both managing my personal stuff, Mini business and mostly, my Education.
The best I can say that the templates and the pages can be varied based on whatever you want to organize.
I use the calendar format to keep daily track of my educational progress. And plan ahead of what I will do.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is very variant, a lot of people can get distracted by the very large amount of templates and formats that can be used. Some people prefer single use for each app. But Notion combines them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is combining all the features I need: note taking, date-appropriate daily track of my work. Business management and lersonal life planner. I also ise it to plan any trip ahead.
Really easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I´m not an informatic girl, so all apps and programs are some hard to use and get used to. But notion had really good tutorials and templates, so in just 1 day or less you can learn and do some good organization pages ( that was my case). Now I use it for everything.
I had a problem understanding how to make relations and the support team was really helpful, with user-friendly language and so much patience!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Notion is that isn't available in Spanish, but it is already in German and English, and also many other languages. I would like a button inside to change myself the language sometimes because the language depends on the dispositive language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to organize everything: my personal projects like language learning, house chores, budgeting, year goals, habit tracker, wellness tracker, and journal.

Super intuitive and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The checklist in two clicks and the language checker in both English and German
What do you dislike about the product?
In board mode, there's always one unnamed column for cards or tasks and it drives me nuts. I think are drawn to Notion because they are slightly ocd about organizing stuff and aesthetics of digital stationery so I think it goes against that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For project managment and sub-tasks and sub-deadlines, keeping it all in one place and easily trackable. That's the problem Notion solved for me especially with the new update.
