Great product + easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great and easy to use. I love the available templates for easy organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would appreciate it if Notion added more customizable features to their simple tables.

Helps improve my writing, keeps me organized, and is used for overall work functions.
My go-to tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I've personally been using Notion for a couple of years now, both for personal and business cases. The customization is unparalleled when you put it against the competitors out there. I've easily created setups for managing our agency work that has greatly sped up our onboarding process. Recently I've benefited from using Notion AI to help consolidate notes and brainstorm ideas to present to clients. All around- Notion has made it easier for me to get projects done faster while leveraging AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy building Notion templates for others, so I would always prefer to have even more flexibility and functionality with specific block options. Their release frequency for updates is great, but I'd love to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is giving my the ability to easily manage projects and update our workflow as an agency as we go. Since we are scaling fast, it's great to have a tool that can scale with us so that we never feel like we've outgrown it.

Ability to create multiple layers of blocks.

The complexity to create a working setup. It would be great if the could integrate AI assisted guide to help at every step.

Simple and Smart Tool
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of block options and an AI writing assistant, I can easily prepare readable and simple documents.

It could take some serious time to upload big files

It helps to improve writing while preparing guidelines, descriptions etc. I also use it as a notepad.
Notion is my go to note and information repository.

I love Notions cross-device support and I love the note taking and note organizing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't know how to use Notion more effectively. I know it can do so much more, but it isn't easy to discover new capabilities in an easy way.

Note taking. A central repository of notes with a way to organize by day is what has won me over.

One helpful feature of Notion is its AI-powered language tools. It helps non-native English speakers to improve their writing and documentation skills, by providing suggestions for grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

The mobile app can be more limited in terms of functionality and design

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to utilize AI along with the tools that Notion has offered has made organizing my day, and figuring daily things out so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to utilize AI to make charts, graphs, or locate multimedia online through Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to write better emails, meeting descriptions, take better notes, and making life a little easier on me in a high stress work environment.
AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Organizational teamwork is easier, the AI functionality makes everything easier. We find ourselves doing actual work in Notion instead of in Google docs or other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Projects end up everywhere and it is really hard to stay on top of everything. The ease of setup and templates are a huge plus until you end up with 100 different pages and templates with no clarity on what is where and who is responsible for what. Additionally, the task assignment and sprint templates are very confusing. ClickUp was a far superior tool for actual project management and especially for laddered-up strategy and OKRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company brain is the main thing we got it for. Helping now with AI assisted creation of content and other things.
Love Notion, Notion AI just made it better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can act as a second brain for everything going on in my life

There are a couple of glitches e.g. callout I cannot change colour to black/white

It is saving me countless time writing blog posts, taking notes and doing research
