Greatest app for 2023 creative talent
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and now with the Ai it's become my work tool of choice. Anyone who needs creative inspiration and speed, Notion is the tool for you.

Folder Management could be made easier. Saving and sorting files can be improved

Notion AI is Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI allows me to work on projects more efficiently. Before using Notion AI, I spent ages aggregating and organising information into tables. Now Notion AI can produce tables for me automatically within a few seconds — it is incredible! When I work with transcripts, I can use Notion AI to correct transcription errors to an impressively high degree of accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI does not work well with large pieces of text. I tried using it to improve the spelling and grammar of entire lecture transcripts. However, the text that it outputs in such cases is significantly truncated. To get around this, I split the transcript into parts, which is inconvenient.
It would also be helpful if it provided some sources for the information it synthesises, particularly regarding scientific facts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is helping me reduce the time I spend working on projects and therefore helping me be more productive. It has also helped to reduce the resistance towards long or complex projects because tasks such as creating tables can now be automated with Notion AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for a few yearss now, and I'm really impressed with the features and flexibility it offers. The ability to customize and organize my workspace has been a game-changer for me, and I love how easy it is to create databases and pages to suit my specific needs. The collaboration and integration features are also really helpful, and it's been great to have all my notes and tasks in one central location.

Really can't think about anything that I don't like.

Life Changing App
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE how my entire life is integrated into one place. I'm a small business owner so I started using this to better project manage between my teammates and I and WOW! It's been lifechanging. We can easily share files, links, etc and have everything in one place. It's the best app I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the iPad and the mobile app were a bit more user friendly. I've noticed, especially on the iPad, it's not easy to move your blocks around, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and organization. I use it for my small businesses' to-do's and now my personal to-do. It's also great for my day-to-day life organization, i.e, recipes, trip itineraries, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is its ability to quickly summarize and shorten the text, making it perfect for those who need to condense information for presentations or reports. Notion AI's ability to understand context and intent also adds to its usefulness, making it an excellent asset for anyone who needs to save time while working in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. The only issue I've encountered is a 500 error, but I understand the limitations.

Organizing my life on sub-page at a time
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion to organize my academic life. I take my Notes on there, and organize them by dates / topics. I also love using it to hold databases and check off tasks I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Notion had a feature that allowed you to highlight rows in tables. Sometimes, I want to highlight rows in my databases to highlight certain items but there is no feature for that currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Notion AI to help fill in gaps in my notes. If I need ideas on certain prompts, or need information on a historical figure, I found Notion AI to be a good starting point.
Simple to use and everything I need in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility. The UI and its intuitive design make it easy for me and my team to communicate a variety of work types all in one place. We have progress boards, calendars, 1-1s, roadmaps and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super clear how to use the more complex features. I do not want to spend a lot of time learning Notion. I want to work.

Helps me write all kinds of things. With AI and just the minimal design I am able to utilize it for blog posts, emails to stakeholders and write interview questions
Great experience with Notion AI. I’ve used it for school and haven’t touched my textbook since.

Easy to use. The AI is very fast and conscise.

I love everything about motion. To create spreadsheets is a bit more challenging. I would like an easier way to manage personal finance on notion.

Great App
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features have been extremely helpful fkr my student lifestyle. Brainstorming and quick writes are significantly easier. I used to use remnote and the only feature I like from their is flashcards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use a calander for each workspace and it could transfer to Google calander or another calander. Also I would like you to add Flashcard features to the app.

Very Customizable Database and Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely flexible and open with its application. It borders on a no-code app building solution because you can do so much. I love the way it's structured to make references to other databases and build pages within pages within pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables are powerful, but so much less intuitive than Excel or Sheets. The interface for working within tables is kind of clunky and difficult to do repeat processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps our teams to keep everything in the same place for internal operations. The AI writing assistant gives me a quick way to generate content for advertisements, websites, social media...etc.
