I have found in Notion what - I think - it's left in other apps.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the dashboard and the ability to take notes and keep tasks on track.
Sometimes I stop using these tools because I get tired and bored. But Notes has been working pretty neatly for me so far.
I am not that organized, but I like Notion is there for me, helping me to remember things and warning me about others. For the moment, this is what I need.
Also, it has decent support, and it's much appreciated.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the browser extension lacks some functionalities, or at least it doesn't work correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my time more efficiently. Helps me organize my days but primarily for taking notes about my day-to-day activities. It also helps me to manage my calendar events in a better way. I can insert a variety of elements that I show/share them with my team.

* Notion is complete (though it continues to grow) - with databases, properties, views, and fantastic tools for collaboration and sharing.
* The flexibility to create workflows that confirm to your own business needs is outstanding. You have so many options to customize the structure, views, and relationships, while at the same time being guided to smart default choices.
* Notion's interface is intuitive for beginners and experts alike. You can get started with smart defaults and even learning how to customize the UI to an advanced degree is relatively self-documenting within the app.
* Notion is complete (though it continues to grow) - with databases, properties, views, and fantastic tools for collaboration and sharing.

* Notion can be slow or buggy at times if you're in it for a length of time.
* I'd like to see Notion's product roadmap focus more on polish and small features for power users instead of focusing on things like AI integration.

Notion is our complete tool for managing our business. We use Notion to manage our clients, deals, projects, tasks, calendar, ledger, digital inventory, as well as our ideas, links, and notes.
Everything, everywhere all at once
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for over a year now and I'm completely hooked. I can manage my personal and professional life so efficiently. Among Notion's highlights are the wide variety of templates available and the ease of integrating the account into different operating systems and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot identify negative points in Notion. Tecently I had to contact customer support and the response was quick and accurate. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me keep my personal and professional life organized. I can create and manage my projects anytime from anywhere in the world just using my cell phone. Notion helps me conquer time and freedom.

You cant use pencil (unlike in OneNote) for drawing and scribbling

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an endless space for ideas, people, projects, and everything in between. Making independent decisions regarding the content of every page and database allows me to keep up and share and create a better team, delegating and pushing others to gain ownership of their responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being too flexible and offering every single way to manage your info could be a curse. Still, it pushes me always to be one step ahead and to design every detail of our everyday Notion life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and collaboration in every way. Before, every decision was based on assumptions, past experiences, or maybe even guessing. With Notion, I have accurate data, tracking and real-time visibility of every detail in every direction.
Minimal and a robust tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick, minimal, intuitive and clutter free as a tool. Therefore which, you tend to focus on "the core purpose" of the task at hand rather than questioning the functionalities of the options around. The intuitive platform just guides you and assists in doing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downsides of using Notion for me would be the customisation of the platform -- the possibilities are endless with Notion. If you want to use all the potentialities that the platform has to offer, one could get distracted from the end goal. This very con, was averted with the integration of AI into notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving and benefiting me by pulling in all my thoughts together, in the right format whether it be, text, bulletins, images, snippets, et cetera on a blank canvas and also allowing me to seamlessly manage and share across platforms or publishing it on the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the app itself and in how much different ways it could support and improve your daily work. It also perfectly fits for private coordinate and planning like I use it for example for my wedding planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really something I dislike, but maybe only some issue we had with features that are deprecated now. But there we maybe also misused notion and it's features concerned rollup of a rollup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project status tracking is done with notion and as well documentation of requirements or customer information, functionalities etc. We also use it for monthly revenue planning and starting controlling with it.

The formatting flexibility and the fantastic power of databases have really leveled up our documentation/internal wiki.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the flexibility is overwhelming, specifically with databases. We end up having some colleagues who create new database properties or options - it would be great if we could lock specific properties or page sections vs the entire page or database.

Source of truth, open form note taking, replacing the madness of google drives.
Great tool for organizing school and life information
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion offers building blocks for you to create pages customized to your needs. This feature makes Notion my go-to for a wide range of things ranging from class review notes to spreadsheets tracking my job application progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be better is if templates were easier to find. I feel like it would be great if templates were suggested as I made a page so it fits better in my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to have a centralized hub organizing all my needs. For my research group, we use Notion for important tasks like taking meeting notes, track ling upcoming deadlines on a calendar, and distributing tasks among team members.
An amazing tool for individuals and teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me manage my tasks and projects. I can see everything I'm working on at a glance. I like that it allows me to build my own custom workspace. I've recommend it to every organization I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I dislike about Notion. If I'm to think hard about it, I'd say probably the fact that Notion AI sometimes produces non-factual output.

Notion helps me stay organized and consolidates the major features of all the tools I used in the past into a single workspace.
I used to have a problem with people I manage being unorganized. Now I simply create a templete for them so they can handle my work in an organized manner.
