Notion is my go-to tool for organizing my thoughts and life
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has a low entry barrier, however a lot of the powerful features do take some time to understand. First of all, from a conceptual perspective, new users may encounter new concepts that are not super easy to grasp. I'm still learning how to get the most out of the tool after a few years of usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use notion to organize my own life.
- I need a place where I can see all the different categories of my life at a glance
- I'd like to take notes on the fly
- I'd like to easily arrange the notes, combine them, or change their properties
I also use notion my writing projects:
- I want to organize all my projects and their components in an easy to view way
- I want to quickly navigate between sections I'm working on
Something I'd like to have but notion doesn't provide:
- I'd like to see the word-count of my projects easily displayed as a property
- I need a place where I can see all the different categories of my life at a glance
- I'd like to take notes on the fly

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped me become more productive, organised, and achieve better results. It is a versatile and powerful tool that has allowed me to realise my potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is better suited for using on desktop. I wish that the app was more convenient, particularily the timetable, because it doesn't give as good of an overview as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collaborate with my teams, take notes, plan my schedule, keep track of my habits and to-do's. There is really to app that compares with notion in my opinion.
Best AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it is so versatile. I am able to create and organize notes, to-do lists, databases, and even websites all in one place. I can even use the AI tool to create accurate summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've heard about notion many times before, and have tried using it only to abandon it because of the steep learning curve involved with learning how to use the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notions AI tool is so incredibly worth it; it has increased my business performance in several ways. Notions AI makes it extremely easy to format notes and create summaries which saves so much time and effort in organizing ideas and projects.
Handy and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
AI Writing Assistant is a huge helper for graduate students like me in handling daily reports, protocols, and experiment records. Notion's been a powerful tool for teamwork, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The synced block with another synced block inside can not be actually synced but pasted.
Many new users complained that it's too complicated to begin with (especially adding / editing the database). I wonder if there's a walk-in guide for them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A collaborating platform to manage a team and it is open to everyone for adding their knowledge in the same page about the same topic in real-time.
Powerful, small learning curve, useful for variety of applications
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing is the customization. You can make whatever type of dashboard, pages, database, or even a place to write notes to categorize later. There are tons of templates premade by Notion available for free- all sorts of templates from budgeting to blogging. One other great thing about Notion is that it has many enthusiastic users who make templates and tutorials on how to use Notion. So despite a bit of a learning curve, the app has a lot of support from users and from the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit to get over comfortably, and then there is just the slight overwhelming of being able to do so many different things within Notion. Once you get past that, it's very fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping with organization and tracking progress within projects. It's very easy to track things, make things like archives to reference older projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very helpful application that keeps notes, databases, tasks and other information in one place. We can easily operate notion on laptop as well as smartphone. It is very helpful for the students to keep their study notes and can share with other applications like google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited formatting options. It also has performance issues when I try handle with larger database or notes. Notion offers free version but for advance features it ask for a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Notion help me is that I keep my study notes in a application and I can easily access that notes through laptop and mobile at anytime, anywhere. Instead of writing lots of paper Notion makes it very simple and easy. Also Notion gives an AI feature that can make a specific topic notes which I want.

Takes a little while to get used to how to use it, but once you get over the learning curve, it's a breeze

Outstanding AI
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very customizable way to organize your entire life and it allows you to make calendars, databases, and write pages. The AI is much faster than ChatGPT and it is so easy to provide feedback to get a more detailed response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view of database would be nice to have colored blocks instead of all white. Otherwise nothing is wrong.

It lets me organize my entire life and it allows me to be more productive and focus on actual tasks rather than taking my time to write a planner.
Excellent for business or personal use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use! I had been using Apple Notes for various notes/lists/etc. It got out of hand quickly. Notion makes it super easy to categorize notes and keep things together in a seemless workflow. Also, love that I can easily use the desktop app or iphone app. I recently started using the Notion AI and like it far and above ChatGPT. Notion really makes my note-taking life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it prompts me to re-enter credentials (password, etc) and I have to go hunt for what that information is to proceed. Still not a bad tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a wide variety of notes in a seemless and straightforward platform. I'm more productive and organized using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to completely customise your own "second brain system" integration with gpt (notion ai), it allows me to create and organize my own knowledge base with the power of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't have the ability for mind maps to the same extent as an app like Obsidian. how it is dependant on an internet connection. it could be easier to change fonts and text colour ext. also there aren't vertical dividers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
main note-taking and uni management personal "hub" helps me to organise my studies. helping me to organise all of my workouts with a template I made, helps me stay motivated at the gym. helps with keeping all my thoughts through the day with the notebook. also using it to track all the movies and tv shows I've watched this year.
