Best app for note taking and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a lot of the modern tools that I've come to expect that you see across most enterprise apps and still has some features that are ahead of the curve like AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion like most apps does some things very well in particular organization and note taking being very design first oriented. They unfortunately do not give a lot of in app help and I struggle to adopt things like databases that I'm very interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps my notes organized and gives me a little extra creative freedom to structure my thoughts in a clean way that I can easily go back and reference from time to time.
Notion makes it so much easier to organize my school and work life
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can organize several pages in one. It makes it really efficient for organizing different classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I can see is that it is sometimes hard to add images or files. However, this is a minimal downside.

Notion benefits my note management.
Intuitive and Stress Free Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great features that are easily adaptable. Visually effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are multiple instances of updates where a person is tagged, it gets very messy. Wish there was a good way to see these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to collaborate asynchronously, review and offer feedback immediately.
Flexible and intelligent productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible. It's what you make of it. Quite a daunting task, the help of smart search and AI tools aims to create a personal productivity space. Overall, I recommend it to those who take productivity seriously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the homepage on the app or computer that intuitive, nor the sidebar. I find that often it can also be slow on some platforms. I therefore find myself reverting to apple notes for quick notes. This can confuse things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great flexible platform for developing and following plans. It also helps in the project conception and development stage, with the AI tool particularly helpful for brainstorming, aiding to think outside the box.
Wonderful Workspace Platform for personal and professional
What do you like best about the product?
personalization features are great, along with the options to compartmentalize pages
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how when templates are imported, you cannot edit the font or make smaller changes because it is locked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to brainstorm different ideas, while also allowing me to have the creative means to do so. I believe it has made me alot more productive, and allows me to share my ideas in a visual manner
Notion is my favorite tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion has become an essential part of my personal and professional routine. Its AI services have made it even more indispensable, and I have no intention of leaving or migrating to another tool. Notion's completeness and versatility make it a standout tool in the market, and I am thrilled that it has positively impacted my life. I will keep enjoying the power of Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process may be confusing, but I gave myself a few days to get used to it. I wouldn't say this as dislike; I was just unfamiliar with it.

Its completeness and versatility have allowed me to work faster and organized, and its AI services have made my work even more efficient.
AI helps my ADHD and anxiety
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable it is, I also really appreciate the tutorials and templates available. The AI helps me start school assignments, organize my thoughts, and keeps me from getting overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty steep, definitely not something that you can get the hang of right away. The tutorials are definitely necessary to get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps with my writing quality. I really like to input long reading assignments to get a summary of the key points during heavier school terms to help lessen my workload
Used for Personal and Work Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take information and filter it down to digestible amounts is key for my work organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of Apple Pencil integration is definitely the biggest downside in my use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving literal Calculus problems, helping me to organize writing assignments, and keep track of my project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Notion for collaboration within our team & with cross-functional teams. Because so many people use it, it really acts as a source of truth & common place for people to find information, take notes, track goals, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Notion that I have found is the onramp to it. Because it is so customizable & unique, if you haven't used a project management software before it can be a big hurdle to learn & understand how the software fully works & all of the customization it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primarily serves as our "source of truth" for software epics, meeting notes, & software roadmap. Because it is highly accessible, it makes it an easy place to "pull knowledge" or search for updates on a project.
An Absolute Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility of use for different projects that I am working on. The AI tool that has been implemented is simply a time saver. It's so easy to get through work now and do higher level thinking. I spend less time creating outlines, generating ideas, taking information and making it presentable, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it was easier to take a page that you have and transform it into another "page style" of the page. There are so many things constantly being improved that I'm sure this is already in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion takes all of the legwork out of creating starting points for projects. It makes starting a discussion, presentation, etc. very easy and allows us to spend more time on content.
