I love how customizable Notion is, with its multitude of formats such as embedding tables, links, and creating powerful databases for tracking progress of larger or longer-term initiatives. It's really a one-stop shop for all of my internal documentation or communication needs. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, and I'd say self-explanatory.

I think additional functionality around databases and how they connect to pages or how you can work with them internally. I think the help guides are pretty good at showing you what to do, but I still think, even more support or more robust resources on how to make the most of features would be definitely appreciated.
