Elevated my day to day life and educational experiences
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Notion was the way I could easily organize my academic, work, and social life with a few clicks. It was equivocal to my educational success and will continue to use it going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Notion is the learning curve. I wish that there was more of a guide on how to use each aspect of the site, and maybe even more video tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love using AI to check my grammar and see if my thoughts are clear and concise. It also organizes my insanely busy schedule because without a platform like Notion I would be all over the place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar feature and how I can create a client-facing content calendar for them for my social media management services. It works flawlessly to tag clients in comments and get approvals and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I wish Notion could do would first be to allow me to see multiple databases in 1 calendar, i.e. for me, that way I could see ALL my client's content that needs to be created in 1 view. The second thing I would love to see is an option to repeat calendar events which would be useful for putting recurring holidays into the calendar.

Storing all my client content in one place.
Notion AI makes me 5x productive
What do you like best about the product?
It's the tool chosen by my company to store and share all our knowledge, so I use it quite extensively. It's intuitive to use, polished to look at, and discretely powerful in all its functions.

I find it very intuitive to use, but it takes a while to get the basics right. UX could be easier to learn.
Other than that, no real complaints. It's a nifty tool I use both at work and in my personal life.

Flexible and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Connection of different topics using the link or block.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no annotation, which could be helpful when I am adding notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of my daily life, my working project, and my knowledge. I also use the Notion AI writing which is really powerful and helpful at least for me. I changed the habbit because of it, I used to be a Grammarly user. :)

I wouldn't mind a toolbar for some common operations like creating bullets, headings, etc.

Notion is great for taking personal notes and sharing information with my teams. The AI assistant is a great plus - I use it all the time for creating quick summaries or turning my ideas into bullets.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, ease of use, and sharability. Great to collaborate with colleagues and outside users!!!! I love the ease of use when you want to quickly update styles.

Sometimes features are a bit hard to find. They don't stand out.

I love that I can copy an email, paste it, and have it weight it in a format that I feel fits the sender better.
Great Asset For Notes!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about notion is the speed at which notes can be taken. The UI is great and easy to use and navigate, and provides useful assets for studying and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion needs an integrated way to write hand write notes, the current implementation requires a screenshot, but an embedded writing system would make it more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An environment to organize lecture notes and code. The AI assistance also helps format papers as well as integrate and write code. Notion also solves the problem of quickly navigating between notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the folder and sub-folder functionality. Also love using the toggles to collapse information. probably my favorite thing is that i can share a notion doc with someone who doesn't use notion and they can still edit it
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that it doesn't connect with Jira the way I want it to -- I wish it could sync in tickets by epic, but currently, it cant, which means I have to duplicate work in notion and Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my relevant documents in one place and easy to access + share with others. I'm definitely more organized using notion than I was using google suit

Having a central location for every single aspect of our business has saved our team more hours looking for things than I can count.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a bit of a learning curve. It took months of convincing to get the team on board and convince them it was worth the switch from the more traditional platforms theyre used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the never-ending problem of having 50 different storage platforms. For anything that is still stored elsewhere we can still link back to it in Notion in an organized and easy to navigate way.
Notion is my second brain (maybe my primary brain...)

Simple connectivity to so many different elements. Ease of template creation and sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could customize the public publishing website portion of it more. Right now it shows as Notion instead of our own information in search.

Notion lets me organize my content, business processes, client project workflow, and various resources almost effortlessly. This has helped me scale my consulting and agency work by 3x.
