What do you like best about the product?
It's very dynamic, amazing to organize an agenda and share information. So many templates to choose from and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The poor color palette. It could have more colors to play with.

Notion AI takes multiple channels into consideration to provide solutions and answers, and I LOVE that.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has helped me stay organized by letting me create documents in various formats, which makes it easy to separate my learnings from important documents. I use notion everyday in order to grab information I need or to simply write notes down that will be important in future conversations so I can quickly recall details of specific needs. It also allows me to share this knowledge or information with colleagues easily so they can have the information needed at anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, searching for particular keywords or documents can feel challenging and even overwhelming, especially when there is a large volume of different documents being created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it both for learning and for gathering information on topics like coding, brainstorming ideas, and app development. Notion also serves as my project management tool, helping me keep different projects organized and easily accessible. It allows me to store all the necessary information, which I can share with the wider team or quickly reference myself whenever I need specific details.

What do you like best about the product?
The notetaking organization and integration with tasks. I also like that the AI notetaker integrates with my meeting notes seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that that new pages are created when you the hit the plus button on a task or project and there's no confirmation and its hard to undue. So i have a bazillion zombie tasks that I didn't mean to create nestled everywhere.
I also don't like that subtasks that are assigned don't show up in the assigned persons to do list.

Everything can be linked together, so you avoid duplication

It takes some learning to fully understand it. But once you do, it becomes easier to use. Made me feel old a bit lol

It provides most features that I meed to really consolidate my productivity tools into one space, and the aesthetic is clean and well thought out.

The pricing tiers are vaguely defined, especially the AI add-on offered to students.

Notion helps me consolidate my thoughts, tasks, and notes into one place and easily index and search across everything I have with the AI agent. I like where Notion is headed with agentic features.

Super efficient - great suggestions and really easy to navigate.

The limit for usage is slightly annoying before you have to upgrade to a more expensive version.

Quite a bit of a learning curve! It can get pretty complex. Also the fact there’s no Apple Pencil support is a huge loss for me (a student)

Makes my work go by a little bit faster but it’s far more organized. I have a database set up as well
