Notion just makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the AI feature and being able to save and share pages. It really just makes life so much easier and more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to organize the folders and pages. If notion could create a screen that showed all of the folders vs just having it on the left hand side, I think it would ease my OCD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI helps me to communicate my thoughts in a well-formatted context. I use AI for caption-making, emails and editing anything I need help with. It takes the hard work out of trying to be creative when stumped or unable to get into a creative mindset. It helps me complete time-sensitive tasks in minutes and makes my life so much easier.
Notion is a great tool to manage life and work!
What do you like best about the product?
Adding an AI writing tool is a great addition. I find it easier to write content, and it helps me edit my content more efficiently. I enjoy the databases and the ability to switch between table and board views. I like the block structure and the ability to resize images. The search function is performing to expectations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing each database preference to open pages in a preferred view is a bit cumbersome. The open page button on page links is sometimes a bit unintuitive to me. The AI pulls info from my content; sometimes, I'd rather it be external only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI tool helps me be more efficient in starting my writing because it helps me build the framework. It also helps with writer's block and allows me to see other ways of putting my thoughts into text.
Perfect way to get creative with organisation!
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to balance my personal goals, career goals and hobby goals without feeling overwhelmed! It goes amazing with digital note taking, physical notebooks and even simple to-do lists on my phone.
The addition of Notion AI is the cherry on top with its ability to form simple and attainable goals for me to stay on track every day!

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is very customisable to the point where I can sometimes get overwhelmed when I see an empty page. I tend to use the notion desktop app so maybe showing template examples using Notion AI would be a nice idea !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to make goals with different categories like work goals, hobby goals, side hustles and personal goals like health. Notion had helped with me staying on track towards my goals! I now have my dream job, a beautiful side hustle and I know how to attain my fitness goals.
Not just for notes, it is a total platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is as a platform, not just as a note-taking app, and with the new AI feature, I am able to create more in less time.

There are so many options and the app is so flexible, it can become overwhelming at sometimes.

I am able to build single app platform using Notion; journalling, goal settings, habit tracking, content creation and management, note-taking, nearly anything I need

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using NOTION AI everyday for months, and it works on my iphone. One of my uses is I can write a sales script while on the fly with voice
What do you dislike about the product?
This product works with my iPhone and laptop and desktop, and it is near flawless. I couldn't access it a few times on the road, but it's been up 99% of the time. I hope they keep updating the platform with new AI TOOLS.

Writing letters, sale's scripts, and providing information
It's the tool I've been waiting for during many years and I'm grateful I learned about it.
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible enough to create the perfect to-do list for my needs and allows me to view the same data using different views. It also proved to be great for taking meeting notes and extracting tasks from each meeting directly into my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features do not have a shortcut for it. Also, I wish it had a live integration with Google Calendar to be able to synchronise automatically my meeting notes to calendar events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other task managers do not offer enough flexibility to choose the parameters each user consider relevant or allow to have several views for the same data (they don't offer the Gantt view in particular).

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is an all-in-one tool for organizing my life. I can create databases, to-do lists, notes, and even manage projects all in one place. It's also great that I can customize everything to fit my specific needs and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the mobile app doesn't have all the same functionality as the web version. It can be frustrating to switch back and forth between the two, especially when I'm on the go and need quick access to certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of having multiple tools and apps to manage my personal and professional life. By having everything in one place, I am more organized and efficient in my daily tasks. Additionally, the ability to customize everything to fit my needs has greatly benefited me in terms of productivity and workflow.
Best Notes app on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ai seamless integration and I love how simple it is to use the app. I love the many features and how it helps me make my notes organized and easy to read

I dislike that there is a cap for how much the ai can write .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves almost all of my problems in writing, all of my problems in idea creation, and helps aid me in topics i am unsure about and my performance has increased drastically
Notion AI makes me more productive
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion AI because it has preset prompts that make it easier to use. It helps me summarize long documents, create social media posts, and outline reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the results is very repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and track projects in one place, and helps me brainstorm some ideas or even to write an email.
Easy knowledge base for international team
What do you like best about the product?
New AI feature is amazing. We recently hired new people and we're have to translate the knowledge base into different language. With Notion AI it took me a couple of hours instead of couple of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't notice anything I wouldn't like. All good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us to organize our knowledge base and keep it up to date. AI Writing saved me hours. It's super convenient since you don't need to copy and paste the text you want to improve it or translate. The tool can do it for you and save the text structure and formatting.
