Awesome Product - Saves me hundreds of hours, literally
What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature is the powerhouse behind the #1 reason why I enjoy using this product. I can access anything I need straight from the User Interface. It makes life a little more than crystal clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the User Interface is a little "touchy" when clicking around within the app. But other than that it's overall mostly upside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines my creative process. I no longer need to spend hours daily looking for and organizing information. With Notion AI, I can have it all under one roof.
An amazing tool. I recommend to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, it's the perfect tool for collaboration and centralising all our key tasks, projects, and resources. It's made a huge different to how we work and collaborate as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much, but it would be great to see slightly improved commenting functionality, ability to create reocurring tasks, and better functionality with tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralises tasks and project management. It's note-taking capabilities are the key improvement over other platforms, which is great as a marketing team.
From many aspects, it changed my note-taking and documentation habits.
What do you like best about the product?
Especially after adding the AI feature, it helps me correct the articles I write and add additional context to them. Apart from that, I also get help for improving many code snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI feature doesn’t work and it slows down significantly (if the document is too large). Apart from that, the navigation on the left side is not functional. Search features should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to search on the Google I used to be. It reduces time to wrote my documentation.
Best integration of AI in any software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my do-everything app. I have my entire second brain built within their platform, but I also have portals for all my business clients to keep everything organized and in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have thought, "Maybe there's something better..." it's usually because you have to build everything from scratch in notion. The possibilities are endless, and the templates are helpful, but sometimes I need a system that doesn't let me change anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily I use Notion as a knowledge base. I input everything I do through notion and connect it to anything I can not input natively. Because it houses all the personal and business information, I use it for my dashboards, giving me one location for many points of reference.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Task Board, Ease of use, Customizability. I love that I can keep all my projects and tasks organized. And being able to set the status is brilliant@
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. The more I use it, the more I LOVE IT!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my projects organized and I love that I can set a status on each one. I love the check boxes and the drop downs. the drop downs are my favorite.
My go-to tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I've personally been using Notion for a couple of years now, both for personal and business cases. The customization is unparalleled when you put it against the competitors out there. I've easily created setups for managing our agency work that has greatly sped up our onboarding process. Recently I've benefited from using Notion AI to help consolidate notes and brainstorm ideas to present to clients. All around- Notion has made it easier for me to get projects done faster while leveraging AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy building Notion templates for others, so I would always prefer to have even more flexibility and functionality with specific block options. Their release frequency for updates is great, but I'd love to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is giving my the ability to easily manage projects and update our workflow as an agency as we go. Since we are scaling fast, it's great to have a tool that can scale with us so that we never feel like we've outgrown it.
Simple and Smart Tool
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of block options and an AI writing assistant, I can easily prepare readable and simple documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could take some serious time to upload big files

It helps to improve writing while preparing guidelines, descriptions etc. I also use it as a notepad.
Notion is my go to note and information repository.

I love Notions cross-device support and I love the note taking and note organizing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I don't know how to use Notion more effectively. I know it can do so much more, but it isn't easy to discover new capabilities in an easy way.

Note taking. A central repository of notes with a way to organize by day is what has won me over.
So Helpful in Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to utilize AI along with the tools that Notion has offered has made organizing my day, and figuring daily things out so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to utilize AI to make charts, graphs, or locate multimedia online through Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to write better emails, meeting descriptions, take better notes, and making life a little easier on me in a high stress work environment.
AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Organizational teamwork is easier, the AI functionality makes everything easier. We find ourselves doing actual work in Notion instead of in Google docs or other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Projects end up everywhere and it is really hard to stay on top of everything. The ease of setup and templates are a huge plus until you end up with 100 different pages and templates with no clarity on what is where and who is responsible for what. Additionally, the task assignment and sprint templates are very confusing. ClickUp was a far superior tool for actual project management and especially for laddered-up strategy and OKRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company brain is the main thing we got it for. Helping now with AI assisted creation of content and other things.
