A complete solution to having al sorts of docs
What do you like best about the product?
Product is solid, has a lots of templates to offer, it ia very easy and fun to use.
Usually writing documentation is a pain, that definitely does not happen with notion.
Also the tech support is always there for answering questions and receiving feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we are experiencing now is the slack integration on pages. When someone updates a page we receive to many notifications about it. We have already reported it, maybe throttling the notifications would be a good idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all the documentation of the different business units at our company, we also use it to have 1:1 meetings with team members. We completely replaced our wiki with notion
It's like having a searchable memory
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drop in notes about anything in any format quickly, then easily go back and organize. Plus the shared nature of Notion leads to easier shared knowledge around the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get pretty busy in there, so you have to make time to organize. Plus waiting for more and more sync'd blocks, which will make a big difference when working across multiple apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared organizational knowledge is the biggest. Having team members keep track of the different specific processes they do in their roles makes it much easier to accomplish my goals without having to constantly ask questions.

Notion is simple, lightweight and extremely flexible.

Not a fan of the mobile experience. It's a bit clunky and unintuitive.

Notion helps me document both on a personal and professional level. It has helped me build a documentation culture.
Notion is only limited to our creativity

The customization opportunities are the most appealing feature of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "blank canvas" that provides customization opportunities also comes with the chance to overcomplicate pages - but that is a user error, not a fault of Notion.

Notion is the tool I used to take notes, manage projects, and create playbooks for our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best, that you can customize everything. Especially the databases are awesome. Also, their customer service is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how slow the mobile app is. That actually reduces how much I use Notion when not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of where to store information related to tasks or projects, as I can simply link and store them in notion with the tasks.

Notion is an extremely powerful piece of software. The customization options are almost endless and it can be modified to fit your exact need.

The flip side is that creating a process in Notion can feel complex. You really have to have your objective and intentions well thought out before beginning to build in Notion.

The fact that it is so incredibly easy for people to use, but I can create powerful features in databases like relations.

I wish Notion had better support for embedded pdf documents and potentially supported recurring reminders.

Notion is incredibly useful when tracking multiple complex projects with different deadlines.

Notion is very easy to use and very flexible in layout. You can put all your notes, ideas, and tasks to Notion and get organised. You can also share your Notion content with your family members and colleagues easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much time to open Notion, you cannot take quick notes to it. There is no Chinese version and some of my Chinese colleagues find it difficult to use, especially when it comes to databases.

It helps me to organise my work and manage our team projects. It really saves a lot of time from sending emails and making changes to various documents, also it helps a lot in collecting information and making notes for a small team.
There is literally no other alternative. Notion is in a league of its own

Notion organises pretty much anything you can imagine. I can sync all my highlights from Kindle to collect all the best parts of books I read. I can organise multiple workflows, both personally and for my team.
We have 1:1 meeting agendas, sprint planning, monthly retrospectives, content creation calendars, marketing messages — The entire internal operating for the company happens in Notion. Before we were spread out across Google Docs, Monday & Shortcut. Notion is literally our home for everything now

It is complex mind — or it can be. You need to properly dive head first into learning all the features and how best to use them, otherwise I think you can get a bit lost and not fully grasp the full capabilities of the programme.

I'm not really that much of a fan of how notifications work — I often get a bit lost with what I'm being tagged in and changes within documents

Organisation — Workflow — Systems.
Systems are the best way to optimise a business and give it stability, we have so many systems: Paid media, content creation, creative process, onboarding, invoices, working with freelancers.. a lot.
Notion orgnaises everything and you are able to link docs together to help people get a full picture of everything.
As I've said, literally found no other alternative for this

What do you like best about the product?
Can be used for personal use as well as work projects, roadmaps, customer project plans etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to really get the hang of it, but lots of content out there.

Easy to collaborate and share projects internally and externally.
